People are dead and still dying. Mothers, fathers, children.... whole villages are being decimated and the threat increases everyday. But some arseholes consider this moment the right time to chip in their Ebola jokes. |
So a corpse from an endemic country was allowed to enter Nigeria, eh? Only a deluded fellow will rely on the monkey government of Nigeria to take appropriate measures in preventing the outbreak of Ebola. I pray this virus never spreads in Nigeria or the only effort we'll get from our authorities is the cordoning off of areas and arresting suspects after outbreaks. |
This is too much! Can't they just scan the faces of these terrorists to know who they really are. Oh Sorry. I forgot we don't have the high-tech to do that. But can't the traffic and security cameras be used to identify how they got to their target locations and possibly where they came from. Sorry again, forgot the ones we have installed don't work. |
pixtuk: igbo people representing nigeria since 1900I'm from Anambra but I kinda find it awkward when people from Anambra give praise to the state and Igbo tribe alone for this man's great innovation. chimchim1: Is he really producing or buying and assembling them? And the strong hate and mockery of innoson that come from the other tribes is really appalling. It's also common among Yoruba, Hausa and other tribes to brag about developments in their region to others. This is a huge barrier to the One Nigeria project! |
anonymous6: if it's in that ladies cultural society and it's considered the norm then I guess she can get away with showing her boobs but in any other society where this is considered strange, not appropriate and etc then she shouldn't do it. For example she can do it in her village where it's accepted but not walking down the street of Lagos or New York CityIt's actually legal to walk bare-chested in New York. |
chinolization: There are different types of drones. Some do not need run way to take off. Some just pull up into the sky like a chopper..Ok. If that's the case. Even if they're remote-controlled small drones, it really doesn't matter as far as they help the security operatives sniff out criminals. Anyway, I'll still like to see pictures or a video. |
Developmental strides should be lauded but we are Nigerians and know what our politicians are capable of. So please, I want to see the pictures of the drones that were tested and also a video of the test-running of the drones. You can't just tell us that these drones were acquired and tested without a single picture or video to back it up. And why was it tested in the governors lodge? Is there an airstrip there? |
Lolz. I think I'll like to bank with micro finance bank, guarantee trust bank and fidelity bank. |
Wow! A group of just a few hundred people holding 170 million people in a tight corner. If only Nigerians will throw ethnic, religious and political sentiments away and face our common enemy, boko haram will be crushed immediately. But there is too much distrust among us Nigerians. So sad! |

overhypedsteve: dont mind him, instead of him to say heineken,Why did you make me laugh? This is a serious issue. |
NwaNimo1: A sufficient amount of 'Ose' will kill any virus within the meat . .. . Also if you wash it down with a minimum of 3 bottles of 'star' you can't catch any 'ebola' from the meat. This is why Africa will never develop! Backward and unreasonable thinking. I feel like slapping you, mister. |
Tallesty1: Nothing can stop me from eating bush meat............. I know most of them sha so nobody can fool me into buying something else. You are risking your life here if you stick to your bush-meat addiction and ignore safety measures. This is the exact reason why so many new diseases have infected humans. Eating undercooked meat of reservoir hosts of deadly pathogens. Stubborn uneducated and intractable people have been causing epidemics since 2000BC! |
seanet02: Tell your Israhell to stop stealing lands that do not belong to themThe land originally belongs to Canaanites! Not to Israel, Arabs or Jordanian pretenders. Israel displaced the original owners and settled there 4000 years ago. The Arabs came to settle there after the Islamic jihadist invader, Saladin took over Jerusalem and later on with the Ottoman empire. The British later created a two-state plan when the Ottoman empire fell for old Palestine ( Today Jordan and Israel )— Israel for Jews and Jordan for Arabs. If the Arabs faking to be nonexistent Palestinians want there land, let them go to Jordan! |
caseless: i'm older than u. D entire arab states have been compromised because of american involvement. U knw what hizbollah did to isreal ryt? Without the backing of america, isreal wil b gone. Not even britain or france can save them when the time comes. You're so delusional. Hezbollah is preoccupied with the war in Syria. What can they do to Israel? A country with hundreds of nuclear warheads, thousands of tanks, aircrafts, warships, heavy artillery plus the iron dome technology. Pssst! Hezbollah will be crushed in a day! |
How come Buhari never campaigned in the southeast and southsouth before elections? He doesn't consider the people as anything or he wants to be the president of north/southwest Nigeria? |
abrajways: there are multiple ways of identifying a cultist even if his putting on jalabiya ... we sabi demOnly a cultist can identify another cultist easily. So *coughs* |
How do you identify a cultist? Any casualty will automatically be labeled as cultist. |
Nigerian government has been signing MOUs since 1960 so that's not a big deal. All we want is 24/7 power supply. Isn't it funny that power generating equipments were lying dormant for 11 years in the ports while we have been suffering from epileptic power supply. Gives one an idea about the kind of people we have in charge. To hell with any rubbish MOU signed in the clouds! Just give us steady power. |
myspnigeria: na wa for wee continent oCoupled with the fact that doctors in Nigeria are on strike. That just worsens the whole situation. Everyone that the Liberian man had contact with when he started showing symptoms should also be quarantined and tested. In fact, his house should be locked down and all his belongings sterilized or destroyed. |
This is one of the easiest virus to control but guess how the government in West Africa is combating it?— With an abstract plan! If not for the efforts of the W.H.O and Doctors Without Borders, we would have had a major epidemic across Africa. My main fear is not about this virus spreading further but a likely mutation of the strain which can make it airborne or boost its transmission process. God save us all. |
madridguy: Israel killed more than 600 civilians.Hamas sends thousands of rockets into civilian territories in Israel #Where is the Arab league Palestinians cram up on rooftops of Hamas buildings after an Israeli warning of an imminent strike #Where is Al Jazeera? ISIS orders all non-muslims to leave Iraq or face death #Where is the Muslim umar? Muslims murdered innocent Christians in Kano after a cartoon was drawn in Denmark #Where was the sultan? Thousands of Easterners were maimed and butchered after a counter coup in Nigeria #Where was the Egyptian airforce? |
Wow. And the BBC and CNN have been stressing the FACT that the insurgency in the north is due to marginalization in disbursement of funds for the development of the states. 60% and yet nothing to show for it. 100 years of taking the lion's share and they're still backward in all sectors. Who is to blame? |

I'll only rejoice when these plants start working 100%. Last year, they promised us 24 hours daily power supply before the first quarter of this year runs out and up to this moment, nothing has happened. I know assembly plants can't run on generators and still produce affordable cars. I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope they will deliver this time around. |

anago1000: bwaaaahaaa you gat jokes God's own country my foot...Please put the site you copied that from. A reputable one not some Arab media propaganda machine. |
Stop living a filthy life and discard some barbaric customs and traditions and Ebola will leave Africa alone. This virus probably infected humans when a few local tribesmen decided that dead monkeys are the best lunch and burying their dead is a difficult business. |
IdomaLikita: You have to see the Military Campaign in the NE beyond rescuing the Girls alone! Tell me, What stops BH from returning the Girls and Abducting 600 more? Why have you decided to be delusional, sir? Remember the murder of boys in their hostels in the same Borno long before the kidnap happened? Why didn't the mighty Nigerian army wipe boko haram out in a matter of hours then? Yes, the gallant foot soldiers are doing their best with the little training and utilities they have but those people at the top are the reason why this war is still raging! |
fr3do: the Army is oursThe Nigerian military cannot struggle to be better unless they receive global criticism. Let Nigerians be the judge? Remember Lagos Army-BRT chaos?? Nothing has been done about it!! All the culprits have gone scot free. |
Edygrin: With all this you begin to wonder whether this people mean well for Nigeria. Instead of helping to clear out this menace they are here talking about human right, are boko haram not violating human right? Why not go to sambisa and preach to them instead of telling us what we already know. They are right. Our military men are high handed. How many times have you heard of soldiers drilling civilians in the streets of New York. They can't work with you if you abuse human rights. |
