This one is the next Chidinma in making. Sometimes they're born, not nursed. #thefutureisfemale |
Lol... If Nigerians can travel back in time to 2015, with the knowledge and consciousness of 2021, will we still have campaigned and voted for Buhari? I personally would've gone further back, to even before my conception. I would have a chat with God - "Baba, we need to talk. You see that Country you're about to send me to. Kole work! If you insist, I'll take my blanket and go back to sleep here " |
Hmm... If he had stayed out of trouble, that's it, he'd have been a free man. Some people just don't deserve a second chance. |
internationalman:Klopp isn't being replaced. Gerrard will be Liverpool's option is Klopp decides to leave to coach Germany. Nobody in Liverpool wants Klopp gone, but if he leaves, they need a coach. |
The value of an area is the location. Ebutemetta is the corridor linking Mainland with Island. From Ebutemetta, the Island is easily accessible, Ikeja is easily accessible via the 3rd Mainland, so also is Apapa. That's what makes Ebutemetta a big deal. |
Yes, you have a right to Assemble, but the NBA is a Statutory Body governing the affairs of all Nigerian Lawyers, by LAW!! Whatever NBA says is binding on all your members, but what you say isn't even binding on your own Members. |
That building isn’t new, so I can’t blame materials. It’s the maintenance culture that is lacking. If they can shut down 3rd Mainland that Julius Berger built for maintenance, is your building too big for maintenance? |
"Computers destroyed at NFIU before panel’s visitLol... So who come do am na?? |
Funny... FBI are probably saying among themselves "These are the people that wanted us to hand hushpuppy over to them..." |
He should start with his own sister. I'm sorry for that man. |
“No. I’m not a ritualist. Nobody sent me to kill anybody. But I noticed that since the prophetess of this prayer ministry prayed for me, a lot of things have changed and I no longer reason right.” So what did they do to the prophetess?? Has she been investigated? What is the source of her |
Hmm...how many of the "yahoo boys" they arrested, charged, and/or secured convictions against had petitions written against them ![]() ...but they need Petition for Tinubu?? |
abbaapple:If you give your child those toys, he'll cry and run away. You have wasted the money then. |
Most likely a drug war going on there. Nigerians who leave the country for the hustle have only one thing on their mind - the hustle! Any intra-national violence they engage in ALWAYS boarders on the hustle!!! They'd be the first to ask you - "who confra help for this side?" |
From the story you'll know the name. |
IamD18:You are an idiot!! You need to return to the kitchen. Showing public support for criminals doesn't make you a fraudster or criminal. |
A disturbing video has emerged online showing a government school, CSS Oroworokwu in Port Harourt, where students are seen jumping from a first storey classroom building. According to report, teargas fume allegedly brought by SS2 students sent the entire school population scampering for safety. In the video background, some kept screaming blood of Jesus, begging the students loudly not to jump as caution was disregarded. Teachers were also seen running for their lives as no one wants to be caught in the reported fight between both classes. As at the time of writing this, there has been no official claim confirming the incident in the state capital of Rivers state. Comments, however, said that the video is a reflection of how the society as failed young ones in the country. In the video, the students who escaped from the violence were seen breathing a sigh of relief as they all hurried home in their large numbers. Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Nyesom Wike, the Rivers state governor, stated that the politicisation of security is responsible for the insecurity across the country. While speaking during a courtesy visit by the Charge D’Affairs, embassy of Netherlands at the Government House, Port Harcourt on Wednesday, May 8, Governor Wike said when security issues involve opposition states, the authorities play politics. It was also gathered that the governor said if there is security challenges in any state controlled by the opposition, politics is usually introduced. "The problem we have is the politicisation of security. As an opposition state, once we have security challenges, politics is introduced," he said. He urged the government of Netherlands to give Rivers state the support to tackle insecurity in the state. Wike blamed multinational companies for encouraging insecurity by patronising cultists for surveillance jobs. https://www.legit.ng/1240295-ss2-students-bring-gun-tear-gas-school-fight-ss3-seniors-rivers-video.html |
EFCC were being sharp. In the Nganjiwa Case, a sitting Judge was arraigned without being dismissed by NJC before arraignment. On appeal, the court held the trial court had no jurisdiction to entertain an arraignment of a sitting Judge, and that the court ought to have struck out the case. The same thing happened here. But sometime during trial, EFCC petitioned NJC, and, after investigations, NJC dismissed Ajumogobia. However, she had, at that time, already been arraigned as a sitting Judge. Justice Oshodi had no choice but to strike the case out. A "strike out" is not a "dismissal" or an "acquittal." A dismissal or acquittal essentially means "go and never return." It operates as res judicata, and you cannot retry the person for any issue related to the subject matter of the charge dismissed or acquitted. A strike out means "there's something stopping the court from doing anything on this case. Go back, sort that thing out and return." You CAN retry someone for the exact same charge struck out, IF you sort out the issue for which it was struck out. Right now, Ajumogobia is NOT a sitting Judge, as she has been dismissed by NJC. So, EFCC can retry her. This time, the court will have Jurisdiction. I'm sure that's why they waited to rearrest her. Her Lawyer lacked foresight. He should've seen this coming from a mile. They should've allowed them to convict her, then Appeal on grounds of Lack of Jurisdiction. The court of Appeal would've set aside the conviction, and that would have had the same effect as an acquittal. |
Hmm... Na Dem!!! |
Why? If she provoked him that much he would've reached out to the Nigerian Yahoo boys there to teach him how to turn pant into Rands!! |
No human Heads involved?? That's more like it... ...unlike a particular region of Nigeria... |
