Who is running this assylum,?

Did you just call the zoo republic asylum shocked shocked Omo this one off me grin grin

Meanwhile, you can't stop an idea whose time has come. All these desperate acts by the Nigerian government is like pouring water into a basket. It is all a wasted effort, if anything, they keep shooting themselves at the foot by giving the Biafran agitators more publicity to their cause.

Nigeria is indeed living its last days!!

Lolz, it's so funny seeing how a woman is whooping their asses only for them to be running around like headless chickens grin grin grin

@ThickSharon123, you may be half Igbo and half Ashanti, but verily I say unto you, you have that indefatigable Igbo woman spirit that doesn't bow to pressure. The same blood that flows/flowed in great Igbo women like Arunma Oteh, Dora Akinyuli, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala and Chimamanda Adichie is what flows in you too.

Teach these overgrown scratch-faced afonja men babies and equally scold them appropriately.

Besides the fact these group of guys were sponsored and paid to come out and protest on the empty streets of Anambra with their specially branded shirts, one wonder why they were armed?

What sort of group goes on peaceful protest with arms?

Hmnn, na wa o. These could be the unknown gunmen. Whoever sponsored them knows about the unknown gunmen!!
Politics / Re: If Nigeria Finally Breaks Up... By SIMON KOLAWOLE by FreeIgbos: 11:09am On Aug 11, 2021
This guy only sees doom with break up simply because he wants the status quo to remain. However, he fails to explain how we are better off now than what breaking up will offer.

The worst form of break up for Southerners will still be better than the current situation in Nigeria.

Politics / Re: Two Naval Officers Killed In Gun Battle With IPOB Members In Anambra by FreeIgbos: 10:54am On Aug 11, 2021
onumadu:

Exactly my fear as well! cry

There has been a significant increase in IPOB's militancy since Kanu's arrest.

One can bet that Kanu would not have approved of these endless sit at homes, for example.

No matter what his opponents might say of him, Kanu is a pacifist and a rational actor. Kanu listens to rational arguments and concedes to superior logic.

I've always seen Kanu as the lid sitting on top of a dangerous volcano.
Nigeria needs that lid there.

One thing has become evident and that's the fact that Nnamdi Kanu is not bigger than IPOB. Some pundits actually thought that taking MNK away will lead to a collapse of IPOB and their agitation but recent activities has shown that such believe is absolutely false.

From the look of things, MNK may be the face of IPOB and also radical in rhetoric but if he is killed by ommition or commission, the following is bound to happen:

1. A more radical and violent leader will emerge who will ride on the anger of their members to go on a MAD campaign.

2. IPOB will split into two or more groups with different ideologies and it will become impossible to dialogue or reign them in.

My take is that federal government must protect Nnamdi Kanu by all means and ensure he remains alive. Otherwise, should he die in their hands, his already radicalized members will throw all cautions to the wind and the result will certainly not be palatable for all sides. Who says they can't launch attacks in Abuja and Lagos? They can't do so at the moment because they understand the risks and implications but once their leader is confirmed dead, believe me, that will be the last straw that will break the carmel's back. They will have the justification to go all out without minding the consequences on other Igbos, the East or Nigeria at large. Does Nigeria have the manpower or expertise to provide 24/7 protection to all its critical infrastructure? The answer is no!

Keeping Nnamdi Kanu alive is the only leverage the federal government has in its hope to negotiate with IPOB someday either for restructuring, semi autonomy or total break up.

I just pray they heed to wise counsel.

[s]You show them by killing innocent people, by looting people's goods, by vandalizing people's properties. The spirit of innocent people killed would continue to hurt you. if that's all about freedom you're clamouring for, sorry to say this ,igbo people are clamouring for slavery, nepotism, insecurity and all sort of social vices[/s]

So how is it your business? Why are you crying more than the bereaved? Have you solved the challenges facing your own region? Why fixate your attention on Igbos who don't even know about your existence

It was always Oyigbo

It was Azikiwe and Ojukwu that renamed it Obigbo but it had always been Oyigbo named by the Ogoni

Majority of Oyigbo Local Government Area was Ogoniland and Ojukwu deported and killed many Ogoni in order to disposes them of their Ancestral land

Sorry, you're extremely dull and ignorant.
Now let me educate you and other re.tards of like mind. Obigbo is contigous with Igboland as well as other Igbo speaking tribes of Rivers State. Ogoni on the other hand lies in the southward fringes just like the kalabaris and the rest. If only you're not an illiterate, you will know that 1960's is not 1760's, so everything that happened even dating back to the 1930's are all documented, so can you bring just a single evidence to prove your idiotic tales?

With all these state sponsored terrorism going on in Nigeria yet someone will want to criticize ESN, like seriously?!

This sham country is gone forever and what is left a band of terrorists trying to wipe out indigenous people.

Well, they may succeed elsewhere in Nigeria considering how alarmingly foolish majority of them are, but Igboland will surely be their doom.

The problem of igboland is not the land itself but rather the people that dwell within it.

For an average young Igbo man, Igbo land is the most dangerous place on Earth .

You run out of your villages because of the wickedness that abounds there.

I know of a young man who left to Lagos to live with his uncle to learn a trade. He could not cope with the hardship under his uncle's roof were he was treated less than a slave by his wife. He was forced to leave the house and reunited with a friend from the same village who was Hawking on the streets in traffic hold-ups. After a year of suffering , this young man had saved enough to start a barbing saloon but due to Lagos tax , agberoes and high rent he decided he.will relocate back to the village and set up a barbing saloon there and use the remaining to farm.

All went smooth when he relocated and was doing well for himself and he had vowed never to return back to Lagos until one morning and Igbo police man came to his shop to cut his hair. The police man had known this young man since he was little and he then asking him where he got money to oepen a shop. The policeman will later come back with a warrant to seize everything the boy had not only in his shop but in his room in his father's house claiming that they were procured with proceeds of crime. The wicked Igbo police even claimed the boy was an armed robber and kidnapper. The boy spent well over 7mths in Enugu prison before the case was dismissed . Since then he has refused going back home and is now back in Lagos selling used clothes.

Now tell me if this sad pathetic case wasn't a case of Igbo wickedness, greed and envy.[/s]

It's either you're a kid or an adult with very low IQ. You just concocted this rubbish to prove what exactly? That wickedness can only occur in Igboland? That Yoruba people or policemen are all saint while Igbo people or police are all wicked?

YOU'RE A DISGRACE, A BIGOT AND VERY RE.TAR.DED IN REASONING.

My brother please ignore voices of division. I am from a community close to Asaba and Asaba is an Igbo city. There is no single doubt about it.

Ignore voices of division.

I like the way you added Asaba which is a 100% Igbo city and ignored the other one that many tribes are contesting ownership of. Asaba is already fully integrated with other parts of Igboland and is now more or less a twin city with Onitsha. We must continue to carry everyone along and ignore those still battling with identity crises.

The next area we should be thinking of in the near future is regional integration through Intercity rail network to connect all our major cities.

Seriously, it's always so easy for people like you and me to sit down in the comfort of our home and criticize people who are out there putting their lives on the line to defend their people. Have you ever been involved in an operation where there is heavy shooting? Can you stand it? Seriously, if you don't have anything meaningful to say, I think it's better you just wakka pass than for you to type those rubbish you typed up there.

Don't mind the fool. They chased the fulani herdsmen terrorists away yet he is complaining, if ESN kills them now and display their bodies, it is still the same bastard that will shout that ESN is killing people.

Ignore them, they're vermins!!
