A Ukrainian journalist who was captured by Russians has been released, the news outlet she works for reported.

Viktoriia Roshchyna recorded a video saying the Russians "saved her life" after she was released.

Her publisher says the video was a condition of her release.

Local Ukrainian publication Hromadske said on Tuesday that Viktoriia Roshchyna — a journalist for the media outlet who had been taken into Russian custody on March 15 — had been freed and was now on her way to Zaporizhzhia to meet her family.

Hromadske reported that several hours prior to her release, pro-Russian outlets and Telegram channels began to show a video of Roshchyna saying that Russians were never holding her captive, but instead, they had saved her life.

Hromadske reported that said video was a condition of Roshchyna's release from detainment.

The outlet said she plans to tell the truth about captivity in the "near future."

Hromadske said last week that it learned on on March 16 that Roshchyna was taken into Russian custody. Witnesses told the outlet on that Roshchyna was "probably" detained by Russia's Federal Security Service.

Roshchyna was reporting on the Russia-Ukraine war at the time of her capture. She wrote about issues in the Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions, Hromadske reported.

I was part of NPOWER 2017 set that's batch B enroll in under Nteach before our program terminated

Since then I used the savings I had to buy a fairly used daylong machine.

So after the program I used that to feed the family 3 months back we both discussed about how we will be able to upgrade or our lives Abit to earn more cash to sustain the family
so we both agreed to sell the bike then borrowed money and buy Keke napep.
Since npower stop paying I was not really enable to borrow from the bank but before I sold my bike.

Her friend promised to borrow us 200k so that at least we can get fairly used Keke for 320 since the new one is costly but after selling my bike her friend refused to assist us saying that the money she could have borrow us was used for another purpose.

Although I was a bit disappointed but didn't complain now my wife feels guilty because my life totally changed my things spoiled and I could afford the Keke since our plan didn't work out and the money on saved from the bike I sold wasn't enough anymore to get me another bike.

How do I get her to stop blaming herself? I believe God has reasons for such thing happening to me. How do I feed them till I buy one?

Major problem is family and friends see her as a woman that brought me down but I clearly understood that her intention was to support but it failed so I myself consider it as a blessing from God.

Last night was just the most embarassing moment of my life, i still don't believe that it happened to me.

I'm 31years old now, and i can't even remmember the last time i urinated on the bed while sleeping. Those time was my childhood age. But yesterday, it did happened again.

So, i was with my friends in my dream, while we are walking on the street, i decided to urinate.
But while urinating, i did not no it was happening real as i was doing it in real life with my girl beside me.

i woked up and discovered i was being covered in urine, not just me, but the bed as well was filled with my 2ltrs of urine.

If you can imagine the embarrasment when my girl was asking; did you urinated on the bed? I could not even replied her, i don't even believe it.

So I made a post earlier about how my partner wasn't interested in growing emotionally, well we continued having issues because of his behaviors (complains a lot, petty, prefers to keep malice instead of communicating and so much more). I finally decided to break up with him.

The next day after the break up, he messaged me on Instagram (I blocked him on every other platform and forgot this), he started begging and promised to communicate better. I didn't pay attention to him until after two days, then we started calling on Instagram and it was as if things were getting better.
