gfelo:This is when innovation to your business will be key. Businesses can collect a dedicated pos machines for their business. They can also accept transfers too pending when the new notes starts circulating as it should. If you don't collect old notes, you won't loose anything because your goods will still be there. |
JejeIsLife:First of all, let me inform you that there is no job you will be employed to do that you will not be trained on how to do it. Except it is an experienced hire. Secondly, If you don't get any formal training on it, you will at least be put asked to understudy someone. The time for this might be short though. Thirdly, like some people suggested you can google and also do a YouTube search on what is expected of a customer support job as it relates to the company you were hired. Just relax and flow with whatever comes up as you resume. There is always a first to to everything. You can make mistakes at the beginning too but as time goes on, you will get better. |
AntiChristian:He didn't sleep with his daughter. He slept with his daughter's friend. |
AntiChristian:There is nothing like incest in this post except you did not take time to read it before commenting. The offence charge was that the man raped his daughter's underaged (16 Yr old) friend. If proven to be consensual, it will only be sex with an underage. If not, it will rape and sex with an underage. |
PrinceOfLagos:Lets not justify armed robbery please. The rich did not tell him to go and robb anybody with arms. Though the judgement seem very harsh given the amount of money involved, being a an armed robber and a cultist at the same time might have contributed to that. Had the lady refused to part with the money, the possibility of stabbing her to death with the scissors or clubbing her to death with the rod is very high. |
debeey87:I am not sure if you need that. Just send a mail to their customer care with your correct information and account details. They will do their checks and ask questions if unsatisfied and once you provide them appropriately, they will send the money to your account. |
PlsBanMe:Did you read the post at all.? First off, he already the state government job is to pay equivalent salary. He is just trying to see which one has more benefits aside salary. Secondly, the state job is in the Internal Revenue Service which would definitely have more perks than what's obtainable in that hotel. Finally, above all, he would have personal time off work for himself. He can use that time to arrange a personal hustle for himself. Also, the opportunity to meet and interact with his federal counterparts which lead to transfer of service to the federal arm is there. |
Latestreport1:Maybe you met someone from their insurance arm. You know they always hang around within the bank branches looking for who to corner and convince to invest in insurance. A normal banker would want to convince you too but theirs will be to invest in fixed/term deposit. However, there is an officer usually dedicated for TB and bond matters in First Bank except if things have changed. If it hasn't, that Officer is the one to give you all the right information needed. Including contacting colleagues in other branches and higher offices if he is not sure. |
Soleye24:PM about/on what sir? |
Wapgod:True. If he had about 50M whether cooperate or individual he will be attended as he should. In Abuja the main branch is at Commassie House, Central Area. When I was a regular in TB, that's where I get it easier. |
yinkaoke:Here is it.
|
Wakemeup:Got Coronation Merchant Bank on Daraju. Then got for Afrinvest on NB & DLM. |
Foodempire:Once the auction date has passed like a week. If you do not see your proof of investment or certificate, you can only come here for allotment confirmation; to be sure they have commenced allotment. The next thing to do after is to start mailing the the issuing house you used requesting for proof that is all. |
mickky22:You will get about N157,398.75 for the 90days. |
Horlartunes:2m at what percentage? This is how I do mine. Let's use 9% for example. 2m ÷ 100 = 20k x 9 = 180k ÷ 364 days (a year) = 494.505495 x182 days = N90,000 |
sgtponzihater1:Not very long it's for just about 3 months for Stanbic GIF before I remove most of my fund and redirected it to MMF. I still have about a 100k left there sha. For Ucap Balanced Fund it was about after a month and half or so. I only have 1k in my left there now. I had to move everything to Fixed Income/Bond Fund. I actually could not wait to find out because the loss seem rapid. Stock market do bounces back so I am sure whenever it does Mutual Fund will stock asset will also improve too. |
sgtponzihater1:I have not done any that is completely stock based or have only stock as its underlying asset but I have done about 2 that has a mix of stock. ( Stanbic IBTC Guaranteed Investment Fund and United Capital Balanced Fund). I can tell you for free that it's not funny with them. At the early stage when I subscribed to both, all were looking fine till the stock market had a hit. It's not funny at all. To be sincere with you, in both cases I ran out of patience and exit with losses. That's why presently I will only do MMF, Fixed Income or Bond Fund, Sukuk or Islamic/Shari'a Fund and Dollar/Eurobond Fund. The small issues with the Fixed Income/Bond Fund I observed from personal experience is that it takes longer time to redeem funds from them than MMF. Then the Dollar/Eurobond Fund too take longer time. Also, now it's very hard to invest in even if you have your dollar with you. Except maybe there are asset managers who will sell the dollar to you at their own rate then go ahead and credit your account ( I am not sure about the existence of this, but I think I have heard people discussing about it though.) |
MumEmdy:Thank God for you and your family for saving the situation and restoring the young boys life. I want to also join you to thank all the people that helped in that situation. They shall be blessed in multiple fold. To the Doctor, may God bless bless him richly for not only staying to give back to his country but for this particular selfless act. He shall never lack in any area of his life. His needs shall be met before he even think of them and the reward of his good deeds shall be reap by him and his family members even where he is not present. |
3310adeb:The best thing to do would have been to just go and report to your bank about it immediately since you are not certain about the source of that money. However, since you said you have a lot of dignitaries as customers and some of them promised to send you money, you may slow down on that while waiting for the sender to call. That said, you will now have to be disciplined enough not to touch at all. You will leave the money there intact till you ascertain the real source of it. If it was wrongly sent, I am very sure the sender will soon discover and contact his bank who will inturn either contact you for refund. If you go along and spend a dime out of that money and it is later discovered it was wrongly sent to you, your account might be blocked for it. If it is discovered that it was sent as a/from a proceed of crime. So long as you don't touch and have no link with the sender, you are good to go but if you dare pinch am small, OYO is your case. |
Epicji:First of all, there is no small money for anything solar. Secondly, nothing beats NEPA (as we call it) light. The closest is diesel Generator but the diesel is no longer cheap and even with soundproof it still have some level of noise. That said, the Disco Staff/agents are the ones frustrating people and forcing them to pay for what they don't consume because we clearly do not have alternatives. They just give targets like bank staff and distribute the target amount for all customers to pay not minding whether there is light or not. They leave in the same society and will surely reap what they sow. If they no reap am for tailor, them go reap am for mechanic, if not then go reap am for hospital. What goes around comes around. Then we also have a lot of crooks as countrymen around masquerading as religious people. Imagine the number of people saying the op should not even dare talk about his neighbour using free light. So if the Disco servicing them is assuming that it's only the ops account that is serving the whole compound and as such are billing him exorbitantly based on that, he should just keep quite. That's why everything keep getting worse and the end doesn't seem to be near. What is wrong in someone paying for what he consumes for God sake? You will see broad day scam/robbery called yahoo everyone will say mind your business. You see thief, mind your business, everyone will keep minding their business and everything keep getting bad. At the end it will get to everyone in a way or another. No matter how smart or how good you are in minding your business, the ills you see and turn the other eye will surely affect you one day. |
Killbillz:Let's not assume it's always women poisoning mind children's overtime. Most times action speaks louder than words. One can not always justify not tending to his offsprings with flimsy excuses like your mama made me mad, then later in life if the child is successful he will now want to come and be entitled to a part of his success. No matter how a woman try to poison a child's mind, unless the man is cut off completely there is no way the child won't remember the little things he does for him/her. The only area I see in that conversation is the tone both of them used. I will assume the dad did know better too. The son should have been more respectful who else is to teach him? From the look of things the mother cherish anyhowness too. She is happy the boy is on her side instead communicating respectfully or she trying to instill some good manners in him. |
exclusiveoloori:You can contact them via ccu@ fbnquestmb. com, customer care@ fbnquestmb. com, +234 1 2798300 Ext - 1301. Remove spaces in-between the email addresses when calling. |
Plus10:MMF is Money Market Fund. Plus10:Mutual Fund is a collective name for investment vehicles consisting of a portfolio of stocks, bonds, or other securities, overseen by a professional money manager. There are different types of Mutual Fund. The type of mutual fund is dependent on the underlying assets. So yours is probably a GIF. |
Plus10:I know of their Mutant Fund Account Number (GIF ) that starts with C - 00 but their MMF Account Number is just digits. |
PussyMiners:Not only doctors. Mine too was subsidised. That's why I appreciate Nigeria for it and I am putting in my best to give my fellow Nigerians satisfaction where I work. |
Crystalom5:Doctors in Nigeria are like the lecturers. They don't receive salary from just one source. The ones in the hospitals of other government establishment are paid more than other staff in that establishment even when on the same level. They will coin one payment structure called CONMESS that is above all others. Still e no dey do them. They will always go and do their private practice outside or even build their private hospitals and be referring patients there for better payment and concentration/attention to the patients. They are so quick to recount how poor their reward is in Nigeria and how much more they make/could make abroad but will never tell you how much more it will cost them if they were to acquire the education they got with peanut in Nigeria abroad. They think of only themselves as humans and more deserving of anything and everything more than every other person. They do not even consider the pharmacists and nurses that work with them as anything let alone other people/profession. For doctors reading this; please note that every other services rendered to you other than the health services you render is much more subsidised than even your medical services. The money you pay to plumbers, mechanic and even your house helps here are in compared to what obtains elsewhere. |
Wapgod:I do not understand what you mean by 'GT use an outside company for TB investment'. It's been a while I have done it with them, so I wouldn't know what the norm is now. However, there is a party more to TB than just the bank and FGN. There is also a custodian. 'A custodian bank is a financial institution that holds customers' securities for safekeeping to prevent them from being stolen or lost. The custodian may hold stocks, bonds, or other assets in electronic or physical form on behalf of its customers. If you have a proof of investment or Certificate for any TB done, just check through the charges. You will see custody fee of 0.1 % per transaction. Some banks have custodian subsidiaries, others don't. Also, an investor can decide to choose his/her own custodian other than the one choosen for him/her by the bank. |
MITCHELL96:What's done is done. This your post should have only come as admonition if the result had not been this way. However, the way it is now, your post above is just adding salt to injury.. It's not ok to cunningly rejoice over people's pain. If there is no kind word or advice on how to stay better then it's better nothing is said. |
Foodempire:Just look for the e-mail/contact details of the medium through which you subscribed. Mail/call and remind them. Sometimes it happens like that. They may not inform you when successful. |
DFPS:Your can invest in it through your bank or investment house. The requirement is having money in your account and knowing how long you want to invest it between 90, 180 and 365 days. To place your own bid, that money will be Upto 50M. For lesser amount, you will have to go with the bank bid. TB PM auction is mostly twice a month. You will have to indicate interest by filling the form or writing the request ( depending on your bank) in your bank at least on Monday morning of the auction week. pat077:No, for Stanbic and most banks, you will have to go and fill the forms in the banking hall . The only bank I know of that you can subscribe through their app is Standard Chartered Bank. |
Dbossmanager:It's been a while I did TB. I migrated to the more risky commercial papers instead because of the low rate. However, I was maximizing my TB and MMF in 2 ways. For TB I do majorly re-investment of the interest in the same auction. If it is pro-rated or they mistakenly did not investment the interest, I will just move it to another investment option which is could be MMF or savings bond which gives me better rate. I like MMF more because it gives me some form of liquidity. It allows me move money faster than the rest. For MMF too I do choose reinvestment of interest when subscribing. So that when it's time instead of paying the interest and removing WHT. It is better reinvested. Then you will not have to pay any tax and you can withdraw at will depending on your asset manager. Then I also use MMF as a means of gathering my loose change (small money) to gain gain small weight before I put it in another vehicles that I see as more profitable and requires more capital. As for, that's why I open as many accounts as I can and time permits me to. I have about 7 banks accounts. Not because I have money in them but because I don't want to be tied when I need them for issues like this. Banks like First Bank, Stanbic IBTC and GT the far distant 3rd are more TB friendly from my personal past experience. Access is poor. Either primary or secondary market you should get better rates from them than access. From my own experience, access is only good in frivolous charges. Nothing more. Then, there is standard Chartered Bank that also is seamless. Once you have their app. Activate the investment section of it where you can see their rates on TB, Bonds and several mutual funds. Their daily rates are displayed in the portal for you to confirmation except where they have non available or the network is bad. |
Dbossmanager:Oga sir, questions are better asked here for us to all learn and contribute even when the person it is directed to has limited knowledge. Other members with more knowledge can contribute. However, if you still want to discuss with me, you can use the email on my profile. Regards. |
