Lungdick:It depends on the particular mutual fund you choose and the assets it is invested in. Any mutual fund that is majorly stock based like Stanbic IBTC Nigeria Equity Fund, Balanced and Imam Fund can loose it's interest and even eat into the capital too when stocks are down. Same way the interest can skyrocket when the grass is green. However, mutual fund that is majorly based on money market and fixed income assets like Stanbic IBTC MMF, Bond Fund and Fixed Income Fund does not affect capital and interest already earned. However, the expected interest could decline based on the prevailing market condition. |
juniorrate:The above could just be personal claim by the company as there is no avenue to verify their claim. otomatic:I was having an account with investment and followed their movements from the easyinvest to ziing. I have tried both my email address and customer number on the above links and it keeps telling that an error has occurred I should please try again later.. so you see, nothing seem to be correct with them so far. |
sophy17:Oga just go ahead and do your marketing. Who want follow go follow you. No try convince/confuse anybody from weting people don learn from experience. Experience is a better teacher. All your own na hussle for your commission. After you don collect your commission, what next? Pursuing tenants yearly to get fresh commission? Advising the landlord to increase rent yearly that will frustrate tenant to either pack or cause issues? Or Collecting appearance fees to appear appear in court on the landlord's behalf. Which of the above go benefit the house owner as an investment? |
Kcitytv:Nice to know from your video that the Sculpture Garden is still fine and intact. It's a heritage worth preserving and handing over from generation to generation. |
Hotwest:And some humans liked this post? However bastardly rich your dad is, he worked for his money. So any right thinking and not over pampered or entitled kid will either be contented with whatever he is given or find a way to work for his own. Most times over pampered and entitled kids are not good money managers. They don't do anything reasonable with money. All they do is squander and once their parents; especially those that worked hard for their money sees that, they will not entrust the kids with anything tangible until they see signs of responsibility in them. There are orphans and those whose parents have no means that have legitimately worked for themselves and have come off better. So thinking about crime is not an option let alone kidnapping with all of it's strict consequences. I just hope that when the law decides to take its course their parent will not be blamed for it. |
It has helped me in so many ways. Some that I can even remember. Severally I have tried to search google for answers/solution to issues and Nairaland will come in my search box with extensive discussion on it. Nairaland for a while now has been my major source of news/ news confirmation. I use my phone a lot so at intervals, I check the front page of for news updates. Also, when ever I hear anything news and what to check it's authenticity I will come to search for the link here. I came across it not quite long after it was launched. It was my 'go to' for job vacancies then. I got lots of information here then. |
NL1960:That particular one was already past before s/he brought it up here. Though there are other CP's advertised there with good rating to choose witth caveats. I think s/he is just trying to build twitter followers from investment threads on Nairaland, because I see his/her post on almost all the investment threads. |

ernie4life:How do you fund the Afrinvest Dollar Fund/ on the Optimus? |
I have never eaten cocoa as a fruit. I have only taken the processed one. Also, I have never eaten rose apples. Apart from that, all the rest I have eaten. However, sugarcane is said not to be either fruit or vegetable but a perennial grass instead. |

Pesuzok:Maybe there is issue with your account or something. I got the coupon for this on the 19th of April. |
sgtponzihater1:Ok, that's fine. Then you are good to go. |
sgtponzihater1:Just that alone cannot work. The money must be sent from abroad source. You can not send money from a Nigerian Dollar Account to another Nigerian Dollar account. |
zamirikpo:Hmmm I am praying same oooo...Even though my request to them was the for last auction. Make them no just go try am say na now wey I no send them their bid succeed. Na where we go get serious problem ooo....because the branch I applied couldn't even have the courtesy of informing me that their bid failed the last time. I just borrow hear. In fact, na to move my money to another account sure pass. |

amordi:This is from which investment house? For me, it's fine. The rates are good. The company is a legal entity (https://lei.cscs.ng/cscslei/lei-entity-details.php?lei=0292004091B1T2XB1B52). You can also look through their year end report to see what they make and the feasibility of paying back debts. The final decision on it is your. |
MeezPat:I think by now you should have seen it. If you haven't, it should be a bank issue. |
MeezPat:Not yet still expecting it. |
ernie4life:I was going to say the same thing. With the higher risks involved in CP and high rate of TB presently, I think FSDH did not consider the current economic situation before fixing this rate. amordi:All the same thanks for posting this one. |
Nemenma:Then you will have to exercise a little patience till tomorrow evening. If you don't see it, then contact the bank or investment house through which you invested. They will contact CSCS on your behalf. |
Nemenma:What is the expected payment date? Have your been receiving the coupon payment prior to this time? Are you very sure of the account you submitted to them? Have checked the account balance either by mobile app, internet banking, ATM or even in the branch not expecting payment alerts. If your answers to my questions above are positive and you are sure the expected payment date is past will like 3 days. Then you have to mail the source through which you invested with your complain. Just send a mail to the band or investment house through which you invested and they will then contact the CSCS on your behalf for the payment. |
ernie4life:Ok, that is nice. Just wanted to seek more clarification. Thank you |
leparj:The cement escorted it too. |
ernie4life:Oh I see.. but they just had the 2 & 3 in March, why the immediate issue this April for 4 & 5? Is it that they could not enough money as intended in the 2nd and 3rd series or they had urgent need for more money.? |
ernie4life:Wow, it's still on. The last notification I got on it from coronation was on the 24th of March stating that the funding date will be 29th March. Maybe they couldn't get enough bid so they decided to continue again.

Foodempire:The next auction is on the 25th April 23. So long as it is electronic transactions and the source of the money is traceable and pure, CBN should not have any issues with it. The only place you may have issue is if your your mutual fund managers will release the money in time for you to meet up the bid. Eg. In stanbic the maximum redemption/withrawal am amount you can do online is 2.5 M. You can do more offline from their bank branches but that'll definitely take more time than the online stuff. The previous 2 auction stop rates were about 14.7. which many banks are claiming they do not succeed especially this last one. So I think your intended rate is ok to play safe. You should still understand that you can only bid by yourself if your funds is upto 50M.. Through Afrivest is 50M sha... |
RayRay06677:They not sent me any notifications for CO since like 2 weeks now. The last I got is on 24/3/23. However, I have got notifications for 2 Bonds. 1 Corporate Bond bond from Flour Mills of Nig PLC and a Sub National Bond from River Jamieson SPV ( C/o Edo State Gov).

zamirikpo:I am waiting to personally hear from them on that but I know someone who has already been told it wasn't successful yesterday and they offered her 364 days for 11.5% in their secondary market. I did know how they came about the 364 days in the secondary market sha... |
just2endowed:Only if your bank accepts that they succeeded in their bid. |
starboycol:With out due permission? Who will then collect your clearance form? Any issues about clearance will affect allowee and any issue that affects allowee may affect the service year as a whole. |
