I do not av a car at d moment but with what I saw happened some weeks back,I will advice u go to dat Cotonou yourself as u intend to do or if I'll av a trusted person from US or Canada to send it down to you....

Some1 I know both a car from Abuja and after some months the car was traced down from Lagos by SARS as a stolen car.
Now the dealer and all his syndicate are in their custody.. The money he used to buy dat car is gone. If he brought in himself or it was imported for him his money would not go like dat.

Infact the situation make everything tire me.

GTB, FBN,StanbicIBTC will collect the 200k or even 100k. The things is that most of the banks like do not normally warm up to it but you have be serious with them. Like a poster above said make moves go transfer your moni to another bank if they don't comply.

I am supposed to ship down some personal stuff through a company and the company gave me an option of paying to their Naira or dollar account. I don't know if GTB or Diamond still collect Dollar into dollar accounts. If its possible I will like to use the Dollar account because in parallel market its N213-214- $1 but the company is charging N225-$1 due to their admistrative cost/issues.

The company does not have a card payment option..so I can't use my card to pay. Which other ways can I use in paying the dollar please.

if you want to invest more than 1 year your best bet ahould be FG bond.. If not just go for 365 days tbills..
forget about all the marketers shouting stabicibtc this or that ooo. they said so about their master card that it was 199 on this forum and I went to process a mastercard for an account I had with them but neva wanted to use a card only to be debited N212-$1 on my first transaction and N217-1$ on the second transaction with the card. Nothing t different than what I was getting from Diamond and not too diffrent f from GTB
I also saw a bond advert on their. notice board for august 2015-2016 and after indicating interest and my money was taken into custody I was called back somedays later that Its not possible again..

Hello people i have been following this thread and its been quite informative. Please i will like to know if the rates on treasury bills are static.
Assuming i buy TB of 1mill for 91days at 10% is it possible that i dont get the exact 25k expected at the end of 91 days due to reduction in interest rate ?.

After the auction and your bank or investment house is successful, they'l take the fund and return the interest to ur account...at the expiration of that 91days the face value of ur investment is what will be paid back to you.

Meaning if you invest 1 mill.. And ur bid at 10% is successful, they'll take 975k and refund you 25k then after 91 days they'll pay you back 1mill.

Note: From the 25k I'll pay small amount for Custody fee and transaction fee.

his problem is that after acquiring the registration pin/form he was directed to just enter details the same way students that want to enter 100 level would do. If he proceed that way will he be given the 200l?

A brother who has Diploma and 6 credit including English and Maths in his SSCE want a Direct Entry(admission into 200 level) of NOUN. he has obtain the pin?admission form from the bank and wants to proceed with the registration as described on the portal but he is not sure if he enter the details there they will give him the 200 level. how should he go about it please?

I listened to the programme this morning. Kudos to Ordinary Ahmed Isah for airing it and to responsive IG Arase for being responsive to d plight of the Woman Sergeant.

As said by most of the experienced Nairalanders above Tbills is very good but to get the best out of it, you have to buy from primary market through banks or investment houses. Also you should be sure of not needing the money before the tenure expires cos unlike FD that you can go and apply and get back your money in your account same day, selling Tbills on discount may sometimes take two to three days.

I paid an initial sum of N150k. This sum reflected in my account but I have been struggling to make purchases using their itrade platform.
Could the issue be that I only make attempts to buy in the evening I.e. After trading hours?
After several failed attempts to buy, I had to write them an email to buy some stocks for me. This request was not also fulfilled.
Please advise me on the best approach of buying stocks with Morgancapital.

Have you gotten your customer login details? If yes, then you can buy through I trade platform between 1000hrs to 1430hrs. Try and play with the platform to get familiar with it. There is a page there is also tutorial page on how to navigate the I trade platform there, go through it.
Then lastly.. U will understand it better if u ask your questions when using it
It will help u try out things.
About mailing them for purchase I guess if u have any need to do that any other time u will have to put the market price of the share into consideration. Then also try and follow up your mail with call.
