Who knows what criteria nlng would employ to select successful candidates amongst d lot. Would it be by state of origin(fed. Character), or by discipline(probably they have allocated quota for different fields of study), or plainly by merit based on ones performance at the event irrespective of state or discipline or a combination of both. With the news of slashed slots due to crashing oil and gas prices will they have to make hard choices in cutting down d final number. Only time will tell.... |
Mehn guys dey vex ooo. Putting dia 5k where there heart is. If only there was a guarantee that everyone who partook on that mock assessment will get d job...... |
Uchboggy:Bros I think say you no dey do again . Congrats man |

kennyten10:Prayer is the way man commune with God. The essence of prayer isn't just for petitions though it is a part of it. When you make petitions the huge chunk of your prayer then you r not praying right. To answer your question now its necessary to channel all your supplications and needs to God in prayer because no one knows the will of God concerning what you r asking for and Christ tells us to ask anything of our father in heaven. What makes a better xtian us that we still end our prayers with Lord let your will be done....if I pray for something and it doesn't come to be then its clear God doesn't want that for me and I thankfully move on with my life but some others start feeling frustrated and even rebel against God. Prayer can Neva be useless whether we get d right answers or not |
What's wrong with working in the beer Industry? |
You cant. Just the same way an atheist cannot convince a true Christian to disbelieve in God. Best you can do is pray for the atheist that someday he would have a personal encounter with God and convert |
Why in the world would you want to change Gods will. Don't you know his will is always better for us As xtians we have to trust in the power nd awesomeness of our God. He chose to create us in his own image out of love. His plans for us r always for good even if we r not seeing it that way due to the limitations of our human minds. Jesus Christ our lord taught us to pray ... Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Heaven is what it is because of the fact that Gods will is paramount there. Its funny we will trade everything to go to heaven but we reject God's will here on earth. Nothing compares to his will pple. There is a reason he is called the almighty so lets trust in him. |
I knew this rebuttal was going to come. Until we watch the video of his speech can we discern if this rebuttal is actually on point or if the great nobel laureate has become a chicken that cannot man up to his words. |
vonn:The real question is do you believe that the holy communion is the body and blood of Jesus Christ? |
Its simply because they do not understand what they want to receive. The catholic church teaches that the holy communion is the real body and blood of Christ together with his soul and divinity under the appearance of bread and wine. Other churches dispute this. So u don't expect yo receive what u dnt understand cos you definitely lack faith in it. When the non catholic accepts the teachings of the church and recieves the sacrament with faith he immediately becomes a practising catholic and only then can you partake in the eucharistic feast. Hope that answers ur question. |
SQLmastar:I feel your frustration too bro but dnt worry when you get the job it will be worth the wait. What I'm certain of is that this recruitment will be completed this year. Patience is a virtue! |
SQLmastar:NLNG don do you strong thing bros...its been eons ago since you made those ur trademark comical and sarcastic comment ![]() |
Jarus:if you continue in this way it's only a matter if time before you delete that account...do not vow for anything no matter how sure you think you are... ![]() |
kernel504:if men know they will act out whatever shit they say they will guard their tongues better dnt u think |
estyvino:He only said he will walk to Lagos not back |
Talking about a man of integrity.....a man who rather lives by his words than eat them. We need more men like this in this country so the amount of unguarded utterances will nose dive and once again we can start holding people to their words. @oops well played...u just nicked it away from me. We both know where this thread is gonna end up going by its originator. |
italo:Thanks bro....with this your rejoinder all subsequent doubts or misconseptions will be addressed. |
To answer your question op, the holy communion in the catholic church is a sacrament that signifies the actual body and blood of our lord Jesus Christ. Other christian denominations do not agree to the fact that it is rather some say it's a mere representation of it. So before anyone can receive the communion he is expected to have faith in what he is about to receive. Non Catholics have the faintest idea of what our holy communion signifies hence it's only normal asking them not to receive until they come to its full knowledge and in faith accept what it represents. Some life finally sipping back into this thread. #nowthatelectionsareover |
Nice and educative piece. |
Its actually possible you know. If GmB can clear d cesspool of corruption in the oil and gas sector this may welll come to fruition. |
Alright |
Its gonna be very close. So far Jonathan is pulling over 25% in the SW states that are APC strongholds. If he wins some middle belt and Northern states he will also have the majority bites. It's still too early to call. Only INEC results are valid so let's disregard all the phoney results that had been making the rounds on social media. This is going to be the most interesting election ever in our history. God bless Nigeria |
lalasticlala:Thanks bro....you rock |
Mods should do the needful on this thread. Cc lalasticlala |
Tomrock007:wow pdp clear enugu ooo..this is close to 95percent |
Tomrock007:nice one keep it coming |
Yes it's true I am watching it live as well |
I hope that when the real results are released by INEC no one will cry foul. I wonder why people will like to incite others to violence by posting false election results just to heat up the polity. Let's all chill by the end of this day we will all hear the real result as released by INEC. Enough of all this senseless propaganda. |
forkadict:Brilliant analysis @forkadict on the current situation in the LNG industry but I refuse to believe that price alone is the only factor stalling the mgt of NLNG from proceeding with both recruitment exercises for GT and EH. I strongly believe that as long as that company exists they must plan for their business continuity and that's is where we come in. Unless they are going to shut down operations because of the falling oil price. The world economy is still heavily dependent on crude oil and natural gas and I'm certain price increase is imminent in the future. Having said that what may result from the lower profit margin may be a reduction of slots for new recruits. The current political uncertainty still remains the major threat to the progress of this recruitment campaign. It's very likely that a change in govt may mean outright cancellation of the entire process and NLNG will not want to bear the huge burden of organising an AC only to have the outcome overruled by a new govt. This will have a major cost implication for them coupled with the low profit margin coming from the crashed prices any savvy manager will want to thread carefully in this situation. Well all this is just speculation. I thread on the path of hope. Whatever decision they take we are available anytime they call. Our prayers are joined with yours men. We will prevail in the end. |
Uchboggy:No bro the uche is generic for all of us not you specifically. |
