There was this lady friend of mine, who liked me but I wasn't feeling same. She would always want to walk by me when ever we were going for lectures(changing halls) but I neva liked her, too the extent she had to ask a couple of my friends if I can't date her or if I was gay cos what she expected me to do, I wasn't doing it. Left school and about a year later, she confessed she liked me, I only told her how I felt towards her and y I neva made any moves. Even after 3yrs she's still into me and still wants us to see although we're in different states. I try as much as possible to avoid meeting. 8 Likes |

freemayor4u:Little trick, check the size of the picture (if it's more than 4mb, it won't load) Go to ur gallery, location the picture(s) and crop it, just a little cropping will reduce the size of the pics from mb to kb/s not to worry the quality will remain. Then come back and upload it. |

lajid:Op let me answer your first question based on experience (first hand). Most times the banking staffs are involved, the reason I said this is..... Let me tell u a story My mom almost became a victim to this scammers, she has bin saving up a potion of money with her bank for an agreed number of years (Fixed Deposit) so after the years had elapsed, she started the process for withdrawal, it took time though, you know how banks can be. All necessary requirements were met and she asked for the money to b paid into her bank account..... Now here's the funny thing, after the money was paid and alert received and she went home it was barely 2hours when she got a call From her supposed bank telling her that her account has issues and that she needs to clarify it. She was asked to present her card digits, card expiration date, CCV number and her pin. Unknown to my mom it was a scam, due to she just collected the money and the circumstance in which the guy called, she thought it was something normal. She provided all the necessary details and to even think she was the only one at home then, as they say "For God so Loved the world" that day God so Loved my mom, after a few minutes my dad came home and she narrated what happened, immediately my dad shouted and said they should go to the bank ASAP. They got to the bank and reported, got the card blocked and the account closed as well but b4 the account was closed confirmation was made and the money was intact. My peeps had to withdraw the entire money from the account Later went to HQ to complain, it was there we discovered that it was some staff of the bank who connive with outsiders to reap people off their saving. What they do is wen ur date is due, and payment is confirmed, they'll then send ur details to whoever they've planned with to reap u off, and once it's successful they get their cut. I feel for the Lady, let's just pray we or anyone we know don't fall victim to this scammers, cos till now my mom anytime she looks back she always say, if they had withdrew the money from her account, she would have died by then. Zeezy81:When it comes to transportation, those Northerners can manage.... I happened to witness where a vehicle (Toyota hiace) that was going to Kano was loading. That Hiace was a 14 seater bus but what that bus took that day was more than the 14, almost 20 persons boarded that bus. And I wonder, how comfortable will that journey be. |

Why is it that people don't get it? When it has to do with emotions it's either u get hurt or the other way around. Y'all keep asking "how do I tell him/her without hurting their feelings" there's only one outcome to dis question, the person involved will have to deal with it, period. The least u can do is try to present the issue as light/calm as possible, even at that the person at the receiving end will still get hurt. So it's best to cut the ties early and take a stand, not trying to lead the person deeper consciously or otherwise in the name of "hurting feelings" just like u did here .....SteveDGreat:Anyway that being said, tell her how u feel about the whole work and romance stuff, you don't buy into such, whatever it is you're doing that u feel is leading her on, put a stop to it. Everyone has principles, if this is yours the best u can do is stand by it. But one thing I can assure you of is..... She's going to get hurt no matter how u present it. Feel at home feel at home, I accommodated a friend of mine cos he had issues with his rent. A week into his staying, Bros invited his friend to my room after they supposedly agreed that (his friend) who had this girl he wanted to taste her cookie and it was my room that was the lodge  On the said day I wasn't around, came back home and wanted to access my room, to my surprise I was locked out, called out my friend no answer(he wasn't around either), after much wait I decided to force the door open, that was wen the weyrey opened the door and was interrogating me(my own room) pushed him one side and entered, saw that my bed was been defiled babe was embarrassed and hid her face..... I just told the weyrey, u're in my room please excuse me. Not to b too harsh I allowed them dress up.... Quarried my friend wen he came back 22 Likes |

Might not be the appropriate section, pardon me. I'll go first. Sometime back in 2015 when I was an undergraduate, we had this course(strategic management) the entire college (all department) was to offer, so we were paired in groups over 20 groups with each group having not less than 15memebers. For my group I was made the Leader even tho I never wanted it, everyone seemed to agree I be d leader with out any argument, still don't know y till date. Anyways each group was to present a chapter from the Course text book. my group was number 4 in line. Day of presentation each group did theirs, atleast I presented to the best of my abilities. Presentation was over and other subsequent lectures that followed ended. we all got back home. Later that evening a friend called that she has gist for me if I was home, told her to come over, she came over and said if I knew some particular group of people (she described) but I told her no. she went further to say d reason she's asking was because wen my group was called to present and I walked to the podium, some group of girls she sat behind them were discussing my matter saying; I was on 5point GPA that am one of the very few people in the college who's on 5point and a scholar.(actually they were two people on 5point in the entire college and I wasn't one of them) One of the girls argued I wasn't and two defend me that they were sure and even called my department(Account and Finance) and name, that was wat shocked her(my friend). She said the way they argued my matter u'll think they know me in and out or we were a cliq. I laughed and said me, me that am struggling to maintain my 3.32cgpa that period. lol so what have u heard about urself Good/Bad that turned out not true. Share yours. |
