pampem: Start by filling your application. No one can fill your income and expenditure for you, but we can only advise you when we see your budget breakdown. Your Budget must commensurate with your personal and financial circumstances in Nigeria. Therefore it is advisable to always prepare a mini budget. Since you have a budget of N800k. Twostep: What will your visit to the UK benefits your uncle? Question on ECO's mind. I am afraid, you cannot be sponsored by your uncle to go on vacation except for compelling family visit or medical purposes. As an adult, you are supposed to be financially independent to meet the requirement for a tourist visa. You'll be considered as an intending immigrant until you can convince the ECO that you are not one. You must therefore be able to show that you have reasons for returning to your home country that are stronger than those for remaining in the UK. "Ties" to your home country are the things that bind you to your home country, job, family, financial prospects that you own or will inherit, investments, etc. |

@abode Since you're providing accommodation. You need to send your mortgage bill, utility bill, copy of your passport data page with clear evidence of your immigration status in the UK. A letter of invite clearly stating that you will accommodate and provide feeding for your parents during their stay in the UK. For your parent. Your father should sponsor the trip and provide his Company's Certificate of Incorporation issued by CAC, Three years Tax Clearance Certificate from FIRS, Personal Income Tax Card from State Government, Bank statements, Certificate of Occupancy, contract documents, way bills, Sale and Storage licences from Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), Lifting Right Permit also from DPR and other documents which can proof as their ties to Nigeria. Best Wishes. |

@Justwise, I admire your sense of understanding. You're too much. @poster, nice thread. But except you just need the visa to migrate to another country, you can start a business and have it registered. Open a company and salary account once your documents are ready from CAC. Work out your monthly salary and ensure it is transferred from your company's account to your salary account each month. Do this for about 2-3 years and ensure you're tax compliance; with your company's documents, business receipts, contract papers, e.t.c you should be fine to submit an application. Best wishes. |

Ewilliam2015: Since you've been able to identify reasons for the refusal, you should address it and submit six months bank statement and pay slips. Six months is the standard requirement and not four months. Best wishes. |
