Vuitton007: Next time you must read the thread thoroughly because these same questions have been treated here severally. (a) How much you spend monthly in Nigeria for Feeding, transportation, utility bills, subscription etc. Sum it up, then convert to "£"using www.oanda.com (b) Total you wish to spend on the trip, sum up feeding, accommodation, aeroplane, transportation (Be realistic with your budget and it must commensurate with your financial circumstances) (c) Same as (b) accept you want to add miscellaneous. (d) Amount you want to spend in the UK for food, transport, shopping, tour etc 1 Like |

trapezius: This is the umpteenth time we're responding to these questions. If your uncle is providing accommodation, he needs to send you his mortgage bill, utility bill, copy of his passport data page with clear evidence of his immigration status in the UK. A letter of invitation clearly stating he will accommodate and provide feeding for the duration of your stay. On your part, you will need your 6 months pay slip, 6 months bank statement, employment letter, introduction letter from company, leave letter and other documents to proof your ties to Nigeria, this may be property documents, shares documents, inheritance, marriage certificate, children birth certificate etc. For your financial accounts, make sure there are regular activities and no money lodgement. You must also demonstrate to the ECO that you will not become a financial burden to the UK Government or decide not to return to Nigeria. The more reasons they see that you have, that must bring you back to Nigeria, the better your chances for a visa. 1 Like |

chukyrooy: It's a great milestone in our Aviation Industry. N149,000 Lagos to London is a good, but I doubt if the elites will fly Medview due to the "Nigerian factor" Will try it IF they're operating with a new Airbus or Boeing. 6hours on air is no joke. Congratulations to Medview. |

bonen: Your documents are good. You will have to fill separate applications for each of your children. Input their own income and expenditure. But the "cost of accommodation" will be £0 or N/A since you're staying together. Total amount you have for this trip for the children should be "living expenses + cost of aeroplane" What is the cost to you personally of your trip should be £0 or N/A. Same with you since your husband is the sponsor. Ensure the hotel is suitable for the numbers of applicants and have a copy of the hotel booking attached to each application. The total amount you have for this trip "overall" for yourself and children will then be summed up together and explained in the "additional information" or cover letter to the consulate. I will advise you prepare a well arranged budget sheet. Lastly, your husband must sign a consent letter addressed to the consulate. Best wishes. |

teetee12: Your action is defined as fraudulent misrepresentation, because you made the application with intent to deceive the visa Officer and with the knowledge that it is false. You can check your refusal notice, if you were refused under section 214(b) then you're still eligible to reapply. |

jopex: A company that is not yours? Let me quickly inform you that if you use fraud/misrepresentation in applying for a US visa and you're caught. A lifetime ban awaits you under section 212 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Patient is virtue. Just wait until you're qualify or ask your "internet girlfriend" to visit you in Nigeria if she truly loves you as claimed, then get married to her after which you will be more than qualify for an immigrant visa. 1 Like |

jopex: First of all, visa applicants are assumed to be intending immigrants so you'll have to convince the visa officer that you are not one. How can you achieve that? It is essential you have a valid reason for visiting the US, you must have a way to support yourself without working illegally, you must have significant ties to your home country, and you must have the intent to return back home. Your case is very weak. It is advisable you leave your “internet girlfriend” out of your application. This is an individual you’ve never met in real life. The visa officer will be very happy to refuse your visa. 2 Likes 1 Share |

kacchiz: Different scenario. This one is called fraud and willful misrepresentation Engagement can always be defended but not advisable e.g she can claim her boyfriend went from super rich to broke. KEY: Be 100% truthful during visa interview. |

safex101: Whether company or personal account. The ECO is interested to see proof/source/origin/evidence of funds. |
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by FrontPageLawyer(m): 6:07pm On Nov 12, 2015 |
safex101: Please read your refusal letter again. "These deposit are inconsistent with the account history and your stated income. You may have not provided any evidence as to the origin of these deposits" You must provide proof of funds otherwise your application will be refused again. Sales and purchase receipts, invoices, contract paper e.t.c that is what is required. |

safex101: Your application was refused because the ECO was not satisfied that your claimed income N250k, even though it reflected in your bank statement was generated from your business. That means the funds in your account does not commensurate with your business as stated in your application. You can reapply, only if you have addressed the issue raised by the ECO. You must include contract documents, transaction receipts, sale and purchase receipts, your poultry documents, licence to operate a hatchery and other documents which can proof as your ties to Nigeria. Because your staffs are illiterate is not enough reason as a business owner not to keep sales and purchase records, receipts, invoices and what have you. |

Abiso: As stated by Prof. Justwise, if your documents are 100% genuine, you have nothing to worry about. But if there is fraud or willful misrepresentation in application, you will be refused and ban 10 years. |

pampem: Let me reiterate that cost of accommodation should be £0 For my wife and two boys. The cost of accommodation: £0 for all three of them (visa issued) Standard room for four persons. pampem: You're still wrong, because the same poster you mentioned got advise on breakdown here. For the wife. Cost of accommodation should be £0 or N/A. Since they are staying in same hotel, the husband should attach the hotel booking to the wife's application and explain in a cover letter. Simple |

@Pampen. No you are wrong. Since they're staying in the hotel together as couples. The cost of accommodation for the wife should be £0. All he has to do is book a hotel room meant for two persons and attach the print out of the hotel booking confirmation to his wife's application. Explanation can be done in the cover letter. |

Viceroy: For your wife The cost of accommodation: (Please input £0) Attach your hotel booking. Please ensure this hotel is for two persons. Explain in the cover letter. Also, you must be realistic with your budget. The Cost of living expenses and the total amount you have for the is just too much. Your budget must commesurate with your finances. |
