Am sure they did but should have gone to court first or filed a cross appeal.there are two wrongs here and that of inec has overshadowed that of the andp..
This case may go the way of imo when inec and pdp should have filed a cross appeal at the tribunal to properly disq the party but failed to
Ok, thank you for the explanation.

Inec seems right on this point

To those blaming inec, you should try to understand our political terrain as it relates to our guber polls. Nigeria is a multiparty state, many of this parties are just there to make up with numbers or like an owambe tinzs. Their candidates will show and dissappear before election, they weaken out, join another candidates etc before the election. INEC is guided by laws, they are the umpire, they have guidelines and deadlines stipulated. Andp acknowledge fielding an underage candidate, maybe due to shortage, lack of qualified substitution, etc they were unable to meet up with the deadline (wonder why pdp and Apc do rush to meet up with the deadline). They later came up with a subtitute and INEC told them it was late. INEC took a further step by not listing them for the election. I m sure if it were to be on other grounds like intra-party disputes, cases of eligibility in court, etc. INEC won't remove the name from the list...
My question is, was INEC not a defendant in the suite? If they are, did they give this explanation to the judge before he made his ruling?

Anyways, that was the understanding the church had. It is necessary to be punished for a wrong act however, some don't understatement how to balance it forgetting that "he who thinks he stands should take he'd lest he falls."

Most importantly, there are three sides to a story. Some people exaggerate a temporary ban and leave church instead.
Read the write-up very well. The church didn’t condemn her, rather they just took the spotlight away from her as that would be raising too many questions and she would not be posing a good example to other young ones in the church.

But they say they have not been warned.
We don't know what to believe here.
Anyways, The government is supposed to give them an escape route in all these, to let them know they care.
They were given proper notice.
I have a friend that stayed there.
He just moved last week.

Places where these demolition exercises takes place are where you see more of the Christian than the Muslims. APC Muslims goal is to crippled the Non Christians while the foolish Christians are there for their pockets

Take a look at the pictures again and those affected...News has it that shops were demolished at AMAC Estate aka Aco Housing Estate off Airport Road. Most Affected people there are Christians with minority of Muslims...sometimes they turn blind eye when they see their Muslim faithful guilty of their mission for the exercise
Please don’t this card.
It’s dumb.

In as much as it is not wromg to discharge your duty as an enforcement officer... At least, do it with a heart of empathy towards those affected.
I have a friend that lives there. They were given proper notice for up to 2 months.
I was the one that pressured him to comply. He finally moved out last week only to wake up to this horror this morning. He has been thanking me since.
We Nigerians have a way of leaving things till the last minute before doing it and it’s bad.
Just like Durumi phase 1, those ones have been given notice since Obasanjo’s regime. When government will finally want to act, people will come online to start crying.

Finally, I nearly bought a land in one of the villages in Apo, when I discovered that there’s a notice for demolition, I took to my heels.
Lo and behold, 2 months after, I went back there and couldn’t find the land again. The place have become a major roadway.

Yes our government can be insensitive sometimes but we are a stubborn set of people.

The guy no try. He isn't new to the traffic and could have ensured securing accommodation for important people around the venue.
Same thing I did on my wedding day.
I moved everything to one location (A hotel). Did a very small church wedding in a small garden close to the reception ground and after the photo op, My wife and I went into our room to eat and freshen up.
After an hour we just strolled to the reception ground and party continued.

Spend that extra money and give yourself peace of mind.

SOME BLACK PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE VOTING AND CAMPAIGNING FOR TRUMP REGARDLESS OF WAT BIDEN DOES.

OBAMA WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

WE HAVE SEEN POLICE HELD ACCOUNTABLE UNDER TRUMP, SOMETHING THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE UNDER OBAMA.

I THINK I PREFER WHITES TO CONTINUE AFTER THAT.
Some of you are funny with the way you analyze things. America is NOT Nigeria where the president controls everything and his word is final.
The police being held accountable is no way Trump’s doing but the people getting fed up with their (Police’s) highhandedness.
Yes the Democrats may be cashing out on the protests and COVID-19 but who wouldn’t? APC cashed out big time with bring back our girls that toppled Jonathan’s government and that’s politics for you.
I like Trump, even with his racist demeanor he did well for America but his careless utterances and tirade attacks on the media diminished his achievements and these are the guys that are supposed to project his image to the world.
Right now, his campaign organization does not even have a message for the people yet and time is fast running out.
IF he survives and gets re-elected, that would be a huge miracle.
I personally don’t trust that Biden guy, I wish they had a better candidate.
My advice to the US is to stick with the devil they know.
Truth is Trump is not gaining new supporters, rather, he’s losing the ones he had and that’s very very bad for his re-election.

I really do not know about that sir.
Politics / Re: Oba Of Benin Thanks Buhari For Endorsing Ize-Iyamu by fujirice: 9:36am On Aug 09, 2020
NoToPile:

That doesnt look like an optical illusion

Check the arrow its touching the line of the rope or what ever ,that's not the white lines of the tile.

Anyway someone has explained that they are palace boys.
Yes they are palace boys but that does not mean that they are on chains. And what the person said is that those are bangles (which I referred to as ornaments).
Now, look at the arrow you drew and follow it to the right leg. Can you see where it terminates? On the boys ankle and not even on the bangle.
Secondly, if that boy is on that kind of restraint, how will he walk or even “protect” the Oba assuming a harm is to come on the Oba.
If he’s to walk ahead or behind the Oba, how will he do it, hop? It doesn’t make sense naw.
Follow the white lines on the tiles very well and you will see that it’s just an optical illusion.

Take a look at their legs.
something like chain or rope
I’m glad you said “something like” but you’ve already concluded and started raining abuses on the black race.
What you see on their feet is ornament worn by Bini people. I know it looks like a chain but if you look very closely you will see that it’s the demarcation between one tile on the floor and the other. The tiles are demarcated by white lines that coincided with the ornaments making it look like a chain.
It’s called optical illusion. Next time get all your facts right before jumping to conclusions.
Thank you.

I see no sense in the comparison between pad and condoms though.
It waters down your advocacy. Just like I hear people calling for nationwide protests condemning the youths because of BBN. There is really no basis there for comparison.

That being said, I support the call for sanitary pad subsidy.

how? Stats states otherwise. We’re seen back to back league triumphs across different leagues but the ucl until ZZ and Madrid did was unheard of, and not for lack of trying cos teams did want to win it but couldn’t. Don’t let these agendas (Pk is not a goal, even Guardiola sometime tried to deflect his failure to win ucl by saying the league is greater than the ucl) Barca spread when they fail to win get to you. Abi you sef be barca fan
I am a fan of good football, even though I support Chelsea grin but that does not mean I don’t have my own preferences when it comes to skim of things.
And like I said, if you keep Zidane, Klopp and Guardiola on a pedestal and ask me to choose who’s best, I’d choose Klopp twice and Guardiola once before considering Zidane.
My reason is that we have seen Klopp build Liverpool before our very eyes with almost average players same work he did in Dortmund.
Can Zidane do same without his world record breaking players?
Like I said, we all know Guardiola’s quality so no need to even talk about that one.

What are you even saying , since he has been there. He's been winning the league ontop of Una head. Then how can a domestic league played in your backyard be harder than a league of champions from the whole world coming together. ? Please let's be rational when talking. Do you know how hard it is to unlock a particular type of play of a team from another part of the world. Figture out a plan and win them ? Spain dominated the world because of their strange type of football the world hasn't seen before. That's exactly what happened too when Italy was dominating the world. Even Germany. It's harder to win a team from a different continent than people you play week in week out
All these things you have written, how many matches do you play in total leading up to Champions league glory? Mind you, half of those matches are played in your own stadium.
Now, compare that to a league cup.
