Beaf:keep quite, they were invited not summoned. GEJ needs BRF's help to negotiate with stubborn labour. Talking of restless state, kano is more restless than lagos, lagos state is having a carnival of some sort. This new labour president just they gain popularity, soon he would contest for governorship in his state, with all d cash that will change hand during this meeting. Ask Adams Oshiomole. Pls, i want to b d next labour leader. ![]() |
They were invited due to their influence and diff party rep to join FG in negotiating with labour. Sure d presidential jet will fly BRF while RA will fly on d Rivers govt jet. Jet tins u knw ![]() |
Can someone tell El-Rufai and Bakare to shut up? They should learn frm Gen. Buhari, this makes them look desperate. |
In as much as i dnt trust these govt officials, let thread carefully with figures. My questions are: 1. If she really collected 50naira/ltr of kero and fuel, then hw much does d marketers sell to d end user? 2. Hw much does the marketers make per litr after payer d supposed 50 naira? Pls dnt get me wrong, let dem run dia mouths and lets be carefully not to b decieved and attention diverted. |
hsert: T8ksy:Point of correction, the slain leader/founder of boko haram, Yusuf's family was not the one compesated. It was the family of his father in-law, Baba Fugu, whom d police killed after he willingly reported himself to the police. Mind u, he was never a boko haram sympathizer but rather an active critic of his late son-law. Nxt time, try and read articles co,pletely and not just reading d topic n making conclusions. |

This is real occupying! When are they occupying Adenuga's house in VI? |
@Gbawe. Y are u always sentimental on issues like these? Yes as u rightly pointed out Obasanjo started d preocess but u also failed to tell u that yar adua suspended it. Below is an article for that, i knw that u already knw about it but for ur biased mind. http://www.nigerianoilgas.com/?p=207 am not praising him just yet but try and reduce ur sentiments. He restarted d process and we knw of gr8 successes in power stations across d country. Atleast there was an improvement in power last yr. |

silibaba: dorothy111: dorothy111:pls GEJ did not and dnt have d right to slash their salaries. He only slashed d salaries of himself and his political appointees, thats the executive arm of govt. I hope they would follow suit by slashing their outrageous pay too. |
They don't gain or lose anything, do they? Whether the fuel subsidy exists or not, Nigeria will continue to import refined petroleum products. Even if Nigeria builds its own refineries, they don't really lose. After all, there is always a market for what they are selling. . .
+100 People just join bandwagon, imf this, imf that, ngozi this sanusi that. None of them here have been able to say this is what imf gain frm subsidy removal. The only effect is felt by Nigerians simple ant not imf. |
Swaggerlicious protest ![]() |
Where is mukina2? Tot she started with d updates, why did she stop? At the last count, over 15 numbers have been released or is she afraid? ![]() |
The days of rumour mongering is here: 1. wednesday 4/1/12: Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala threatened to resign, if Gej revert to old price. 2. Thursday 5/1/12: Reuben Abati resigns. 3. Friday 6/1/12: Reversal of subsidy removal. 4. Sat 7/1/12: ?Una no dey tire? ![]() what do u xpect since even mai suya uses BB? ![]() |
jmaine:Thnx for that correction bro. @Gbawe. Accept my apology. |
Kx:Bros, u cant refine diesel without refining other products such as pms, so since pms which is highest in demand remain regulated, the refining market remains unattractive. |
Gbawe:Bros, u r contradicting urself again. 1. U dont 'agree' Fashola is for subsidy removal. 2. U think he is looking @ it frm more money angle. Haba, make up your mind, nobody said he is a bad leader. 1. How will he get more money without subsidy removal? 2. Why couldnt he address his fellow lawyers? Call a spade a spade and quit being sentimental, its not good for u. Thnx |
It seems like we have way too many clowns in Nigeria or may be you missed the rumour part ? abeg go siddon
Aboki na, i v turned into a clown for telling u d truth. U knw names calling is not my thing. I still advice u quit rumour mongering, it smacks of desperation and never good for your reputation. Soon ppl here will take u as a joker and never take your posts serious. Wake up. |
@op. Why do u like posting unconfirmed news? U did same yesterday with d story that Dr. Ngozi threatened to resign. Its not good for your reputation. Thnx |

You were supporting beaf to remove the subsidy without accountability. also Lagos did well. Kano, kebbi, kaduna did very well. I am proud to be a Nigerian Ibadan and Illorin also reresented Benue and kogi did well also I am very proud ![]() God bless Nigeria
Aboki na, i still support subsidy removal but what am against is the timing and d govt insincerity on hw to spend the savings. |
