PoliticsRe: I Did Not Write Any Letter To My Father-iyabo Obasanjo by funnyx(m): 7:27pm On Dec 18, 2013
This type of issue demand that one thread with caution but if by tomorrow Iyabo should fail to come out and deny that she wrote the letter then it will become undeniable. Having said that, this letter is just a distraction to divert people's mind away from the main issues raised in OBJ'S letter to GEJ whoever wrote it notwithstanding.

callmenow: You are a product of this OBJ society, where the likes of Abati is insulted by hood rats like you. Have you used mirror recently and looked closely at the face of a fumbling, ignorant rat? I am revolted by having to educate you on this fora. That you are a businessman, yet you spend hours on this forum libeling Abati and Jonathan. Your clueless and useless late parents obviously did not provide for you, such that you were left to the capriciousness of Yahoo craze and robbery, that you equate mediocrity with excellence. You are truly a sad imbe.cile. In better civilisations, education is revered. Illiterates like you are quite rightly reviled. I have subsequently read some of your earlier posts and has concluded that this forum have allowed a nitwit like you and others of your ilk to feel self-important. I will assure you that in 4 years from now, your circumstance will not change for the better. Once a miscreant, always a miscreant. Cretin you are has become your get out clause.
You're a bast4rd for putting my parents in your post, it is your parents that lived and died wretched. If you're not a low life you'll at least present any evidence from my post posts that confirmed that I'm a supporter of obj any politician at all.
A reta4ded mofo like you calling me an illiterate when you've never even met me before? You've obviously run out of ideas so you believe you can concoct anything on top of your head just to provide a reply to my post. If any member of your family is ever educated as I am there's no doubt you'll have been enlightened enough not to make a bootylicker your mentor.

You've shown by your posts that you're narrow minded and lack the ability to ever reason like a human as you can not think outside the box. Go ahead and continue your bootylicking, your dead parents will be so proud of you, confused motherfcker.

seunmsg: Am not a fan of Obasanjo and his politics but my immediate reaction to the letter purportedly written by Iyabo to Obj was caution. Something keeps telling me Iyabo did not write that letter. No sane daughter will write such a letter to her father, especially one who is as popular and powerful as OBJ. No matter the disagreement, a YORUBA lady will never insult her father publicly like that.

If we look at the letter well, I think the presidency is behind it. How come no other media outlet except Vanguard published the letter? Infact, the style of that letter looks like something written by Abati. Iyabo should immediatelly institute a legal action against Vanguard newspaper.
That's why I choose not to make any post until the source of the letter is confirmed.

PoliticsRe: Reuben Abati In His Car Back In The Days (Picture) by funnyx(m): 10:58pm On Dec 17, 2013
callmenow: He was the chairman of the editorial board of Guardian for many years up to his appointment. Being a doctorate is a big thing actually. It requires you to think before you speak amongst other things. The main thing is to participate in the governance of your country, which he is doing with dexterity. He is now contributing to the governance daily. Yet he is not an avowed PDP stalwart. He does not also belong to the Anarchical Plundering Congress (APC) yet. For someone of your limited knowledge and vista, he should serve as your role model. If you read his writings and compare with yours, you will be humbled to insignificance. NL is your medium of expression, the world is awaiting his utterances. I believe you should crawl back to your hole from whence you emerged before Abati's mobile patrol picks you up. In a sentence, 'you ain't good enough to lace Abati's shoe'.
You're a cretin! The only world awaiting Abati utterances are cretins like you. Life is to you what you choosed it to be, If doctorate is a big thing to you you can choose to worship your god Abati till kingdom come I don't care. What is signifant or even relevant about Abati writtings? He was a chairman of guardian editorial board and so fcking what? It is obvious you lack success in your life that is why you choose bootlylickers as your role model. Every individual contributes to the wider society be it cleaners, shoemakers, factory workers nurses or even footballers. So I can choose to be a businessman or even a footballer, that does not make a professor better than me any way.
So dude, if success has elude you in your life and possibly if you've never seen or handle a million naira in your life, keep up the good job of bootylicking the likes of Abati very soon your own time will come. Yeyenatu

PoliticsRe: Any Hint Of A Coup Will Disintegrate Nigeria by funnyx(m): 10:18pm On Dec 17, 2013
wirinet: I never denied My igbo brothers (in fact in-laws) and Ijaw neighbours (we have a shared history dating. hundreds of years ), What I am trying to point out is all the boosts of we will go to war is just empty threats. War takes years of preparation, planing and finance unless you have the backing of the the world powers.

I do not see any area lording it over other parts, what I see is a class of people oppressing other classes. The political class has turned themselves into lords as they have special privileges, special wages, and are above the law. it does not matter if they are Hausa, yoruba or igbo. Their attitude is summerized by Oshiomole's "go and die " attitude.

If the arguments are about the split within the military is what makes a coup impossible, I would not argue. But someone saying that it is the fear of militants or Biafrans that discourages a military coup is laughable.
Honestly dude you're better off talking to the wall than debating with some folks here except may be you've got some time to waste.
PoliticsRe: Reuben Abati In His Car Back In The Days (Picture) by funnyx(m): 10:04pm On Dec 17, 2013
callmenow: Envy and Jealousy are the two most reprehensible emotions. It is puerile, negative, debasing and redundant. Dr Abati, although from a humble background was already rich before receiving the CALL from Jonathan. He was the chief of the editorial board of the Mighty Nigerian Guardian. At the time of his appointment to office as a special assistant, he was already a doctorate and a millionaire. He had written a number of books, and was a prolific commentator in the media. He is not a friend, but I have seen him in operation in a number of countries, he tries very hard to please. However he is not a spin doctor. He is very gentlemanly. Some wish he could be like Alistair Campbell of the UK during the Tony Blair era. He is not practicing the dark art of rubbishing the opposition. He uses obscure phrases and words for every provocation by the opposition. That manner and disposition is not necessary. Abati is aware of the skeletons and dirty linens of every member of the opposition. I mean everyone of them. Their fraudulent activity, their Abuja Uni babes, a few with managed HIV/AIDS issues and much more. The question in Abuja is when and how he can address issues which require ruthlessness and courage. In any case he is a role model. It shows that hard work pays. Enroll for your doctoral programme and be prepared like Reuben.
Blah blah blah blah grin grin grin grin 100%garbage.
He was already a millionaire, were you his accountant?
He has a doctorate and so fcking what?
He knows the secret of the opposition? like the opposition don't know his secrets and that of his paymasters too cheesy cheesy
He is a role model? Obviously for someone like you, I am allergic to dogs who go back to their vomit like Abati just to get a bite of the national cake grin grin
Enrol for a doctorate? Absolute rubbish must everyone be a doctorate degree holder? And how is that a yardstick to measure sucess?

FamilyRe: How Do I Help Myself Stop Feeling Inferior by funnyx(m): 3:14pm On Dec 16, 2013
greatgod2012: Many a time the inferiority complex intensifies from the surroundings. Your friends, family members, relations and and so on.
Check your friends. When you're in groups,if they usually find a scape goat and start making fun which demoralises, that's where the inferiority complex creeps in. Same goes with the family members and your BILs too.

Change your friends circle who talk positively and give constructive criticism that's good for progress.

When it comes to relations, see if you could change the topic and bring in some positive thoughts that motivates everyone. If not move away from that place when such conversations take place.

Remember all these people who make fun of you, criticise and who contribute to this inferiority complex are worth nothing.
They're not going to help you when you're in trouble. They are only trouble makers. So please check your friends and surroundings and change for good.
As for your husband, communicate with him humbly and extensively by letting him know how displeased you are when he talks to you in such manner, especially when other parties are there.
May God help you.
Very good advice, I am helping my wife to overcome this inferiority complex because I believe so much in her wellbeing. I've made her part ways with my best friend's wife who knows nothing other than to gossip and joke about other people's life. This decision is affecting my normal relationship with my friend but I don't care, his wife is just a useless nonentity and an opportunist because without him she is hopeless. Sometimes I'm inclined to believe that she even jazzed him because she didn't complement him at all in any manner. Ironically, it is this same woman that talk down on others, curse them and say all sort of negative stuffs about people.
As soon as I noticed that she's getting hold of my wife and dragging her to her level I banned my wife from speaking to her without my consent. Today, my wife is very grateful that I stepped in on time, so OP, be careful with the kind of friends you keep.
PoliticsRe: Abati To APC: Be Ready To Pay The Price Of Treason by funnyx(m): 2:52pm On Dec 16, 2013
Ilaje44: In what countries does that happen? Could you be kind to give one or two examples? FYI, the parties are termed OPPOSITION because they OPPOSE the ruling party. You Nigerians loves to talk about what you know little or nothing about like you are thesed in them. I believe most time when the opposition and ruling parties join together to work out a common solution in these socalled matured democracies, the country's existence had been threatened e.g. War. And even at that, an incompetent Government would still be made to resign.
Don't mind the yeye poster, he's posting on what he knows nothing about, it's obvious he's just a local champion grin grin

berem: That is just the same reason I stop criticizing Jonathan on facebook. I got threats from some Ijaw people both male and female and Igbo peeps last year and I stopped posting comments, but this time, I am storming Jonathan's fan page and Igbo page with full force. cool
Please be careful, never use your real details. The threat to political dissidents is real.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan’s Attack Dogs And Repression Of Free Speech In Nigeria-victoria Ohaeri by funnyx(m): 8:37am On Dec 16, 2013
This woman is very brave, for me I've stopped posting comments on Facebook with my real identity because you never know what these overzealous Jona's supporters are capable of doing. I do travel to Nigeria from my base and the last thing I want to trouble my family about is to be picked up by SSS on arrival grin grin grin so whenever I want to comment about politics on Facebook I make sure I don't use my real profile.

On a very serious note I really don't know why many of our igbo brothers are willing to sacrifice themselves on the platter and go down at all cost with this drunken ijaw man, honestly its becoming ridiculous. I don't even think Jona have so much die hard supporters from his tribe more than from the igbos, what a shame. While there is nothing wrong in supporting the president, people should know when to put Nigeria's interest above their personal interest.
