On a different note; I was also wondering as to why the yoruba media didn't support the erstwhile NPC chairman, Festus Odumegwu, who promised to conduct a free and fair census. He said he would implore religion and ethnicity in the 2016 census. This would have helped the yoruba more than any other ethnic group, by exposing the lies that "Kano is more populated than Lagos". Lagos would have been established as the most populous state in nigeria, thereby receiving more allocation than kano. Something tells me that the northerners promised the yorubas back their looting posts as soon as they (hausa/fulani) get back aso rock, if they can play along in defending this bogus census figures .
Just listen to yourself, do you think this forum is for juveniles? Something tells you that the northerners promised blah blah are you sane at all? So you believe you can come online and post all the rubbish that your mind tells you and pass it to us as facts? Herd mentality is a major problem for many of you guys You claimed your corrupt princess is being victimised because of Enugu airport yet there is no evidence to support your claim. Secondly, you came here to post rubbish about how Yoruba press failed to defend Odimegwu, did Yoruba press defend Ashiru when he was sacked by Jonathan? And since you igbos claimed to be best in everything what stops your newspapers like the Sun and Champion from doing the needful? Lastly, next time don't come here to post rubbish about what your yeye mind tells you, if you have no facts but you feel like messing about go to the joke section where you can mingle with your fellow clowns. Yeyenatu |
At the end of the day, Enugu International Airport is Dead on Arrival. so called Igbo daughter makes a U turn, sacrifices the Igbo International Airport, to save her neck.
I don't think so, I believe Enugu airport can be successful but it requires more time, planning and effort. It look like she want to make the airport successful overnight but there's no short cut, a lot need to be done to make it a success. |
Slizbeat: We can all see how it is going down.Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah ![]() Southern Nigeria my foot! Make every one answer im papa's name. |
Fast paced.. |
donchris33: NAPTU, you are a bigot and I am done responding to you. like seriously, you ask, must you be on all threads? Do you know the type of threads I see you. On threads like this concerning igbos or GEJ digging history and youtube videos.Gbam! Donchris has spoken the only judge that can determine who's a bigot and who's not ![]() |
Afam4eva: What he did was to highlight the hypocrisy of some of you. he may have his own shortcomings but i think he's one of the fair minded people on this forum.Afam, you of all people calling some people hypocrites wonder shall never end A i tete mu ole ole n mu oloko.. |
hahahaha, you don't get to tell me how to express my views - you know better than that. I only see 2 sets of fools in this matter, the Yoruba tribalist fools and the Igbo tribalist fools, who, instead of teaming up to fight thieving leaders from both Yorubaland and Igboland, are here engaging in useless cyber warfare. If you don't fall in the category of these fools, you don't have to worry. These people know themselves and their posts clearly show who they are. There is no need, in my view, to name them. If it'll make you feel better, please make a list available to everyone.
Lmao dude stop blabbing about, why do you want someone else to fight your fight? Come on this is your chance to name and shame these fools ![]() |
Ngwakwe: Let it be known that Princess Stella Oduah is a politician and not the permanent secretary or director general in that ministry who may have spent 20 to 35 years in such a place and must have mastered every laid down rules and procedures over time hence she rely on these experts (DGs and Seconds) to prepare their respective budgets and map out their implementation when passed by NASS.That is a very ridiculous excuse she's not a career civil servant but a politician may be she has no business being a minister if she can't understand how procurement of something so expensive to the extent that it requires the approval of the FEC works. If stella is so naive as you want us to believe then honestly she is not qualified to even manage a supermarket let alone a federal ministry. Can stella approve such expenditure in any of her business without checking all the papers very well ![]() If a woman like Dora Akunyili could perform so much in her national assignments to the extent that even her enemies acknowledged her commitment and the US government even recognised her as well how much more is Stella who doesn't even have one quarter of the enemies that Dora had. There hasn't even been a single documented attempt on Stella's life but many want us to believe that she is battling with so many enemies. If only we can be objective for once you'll realise that all the excuses you gave concerning this woman is nothing but an attempt of a drowning man clutching a straw. |
Ngwakwe: What do you mean by this your comments?Oga Ngakwe, let even agree that some people are after Stella, was it these imaginary enemies that forced her to do the needful and authorise such ridiculous expenditure? Whose fault is it that she cannot even present these highly priced vehicles to the house of rep committee but rather fake ones with different chasis numbers? In this life you'll always have enemies even when you're only minding your business so how will stella's case be different? And why must govt business of such be conducted in secret anyway? Purchasing such expensive vehicles should not and cannot be categorised as one of those activities that must be done in secret so as not to undermine security. Therefore your argument of about some enemies within 'smuggling' what normally should be a public document holds no water. I know Stella is not the only corrupt govt official but she is the one that failed to cover her track on this occasion and has been caught out so there's nothing wrong if she is hanged out to dry. |
They are both liabilities to Nigeria anyway so I don't care if they are each other's throats, good riddance. |
Ngwakwe: @NaptuOga Ngakwe, there is no vilification by press, the press can write whatever they like as their reports alone can't convict her. Also if she feel aggrieved that her image is being slandered I'm sure she is educated enough to know that she can sue. So my Ngakwe just tell us why you're so concerned about a federal minister? Do you work for her or related to her? Abi you're defending her because she is ibo or you believed like many others that she's being vilified because of enugu airport? This woman is a public official and she's rich and educated enough to defend herself so what motivates poster like you to defend her if not because she is ibo? The press has always reported cases of public officials from Bankole to Farouk etc how many of these reports results in conviction? So how is Stella's case going to be different? Is it not going to be swept under the carpet as usual? But all the same as citizens of Nigeria it is our right to be informed because without press this issue wouldn't have seen the light of the day. |
naptu2: My brother, I was preparing a longer response, but I'll keep it short because there are other issues that require my time.Absolutely brilliant response! |
Ijebulogic: There are a number of Churches within this Private Estate - The Congregation should challenge the Church leaders to arrange a seven day vigil between 10pm and 4am during the same period. In fact candle night vigil and March on the streets. Sadly collecting Tithes may be more important than speaking up against evil.Honestly change your handle, your logic is far from being an ijebu logic ![]() |
ROSSIKE: Why don't some of you dunces read and research before coming online to type ignorant, beer parlour rubbish? He he he lwtmb diversifying on paper, you think posters here don't know you as a cheap propagandist. Nigerian economy is diversifying yet we still base our budget on the price of oil I'm not ready for your usual gibberish this time you can have the whole thread to yourself and many naive posters that you can deceive. |
There was a big discovery off Brazillian coast also recently, in no time oil will be worthless. Countries like UAE and Qatar are already diversifying their economy while Nigeria is using hers to destroy nature and wasting their resources like a prodigal son. |
Larufa: What about the Redeemee Church, Deeper life, Mountain of Fire, Nasfat etc, all having the programs on the every busy Lagos-Ibadan Expressway??Thank you jare, if it's the Christians or Muslims doing their thing it's fine but if it is the Oro people they'll start to whine and many of them are educated and apparently 'tolerant'. |
Magic Bishop: The real question should be:Rotflmao ![]() |
texazzpete: And to think you're the same person that had this to say a short while agoBusted! ![]() |
chidinwachukwu: Am not Surprised by your comment because like FFK,people from your Side have no respect no regard for your women folk not talk about women of other side.I pity you peoples,Wifes,Sister and MothersEwu gambia, respect is when your wife looted your shop and sold all your properties so she can look her best in August meeting while you dance azonto thanking God for blessing you with such a wonderful woman ![]() |
TechWalker007: You have added stupidity to your wickedness. Read your post again, you will see how stupid you are.Blah blah blah blah blah when you finished turning in circles wait till you feel sober and may be you can find your way. Don't expect me to derail with you, if your concern is about the fake and toothless National conference please go to the thread where that is being discussed. Mr ethnic bigot, also when you are sober check a proper dictionary for the true meaning of a bigot not the yeye one you have on top of your head, ewu gambia. |
sarutobie: Phool! Why Didn't the likes of saharareporters conduct their jamesbond investigation when ffk was stuffing the ministry with HIS people? Why wasn't there a media uproar? Why wasn't there a media uproar when tinubu's traffic halt and knee operation happened?? Ofcourse they wouldn't but they went as low as interviewing Oduah's ex husband(to get what info from him if I may ask? If she was good in bed?)..come out of the open, don't try to hide who and what you really are...FFK's case is in the court and he's even the begging your incompetent govt to prosecute him quickly so when shall we see madam do the needful in court? As for your claim about Sahara reporters, it is not their fault if more PDP politicians are soiling their hands in the mud of corruption. Their job is to report news so don't expect them to keep mute if there are news to report, it's like asking you not to go to work. Also they have reported several news against Tinubu (his shut down of Lagos recently), Aregbesola and even Pastor Adeboye ao there nothing selective about their reporting, its not their fault if your beloved politicians keep putting themselves in the news. |
Strikes in the UK is usually not more than a day and you don't get paid if you participate in the strike, it's nothing compared to ASUU's strike. Also not all workers are union members so don't expect a total shut down. |
TechWalker007: You are a very wicked person and a true reflection of APC politics.Shut up your dirty mouth you dirty goat, who is wicked between me and you? Is it you that have sold your conscience and the future of your generation for a bowl of porridge and bootylicking just to get your daily bread or me that have no allegiance to any politician? You're talking about objectivity when your antecedent shows you're irredeemably bias. To you anyone that has a contrary view to yours is APC and bias while fellow members and supporters of your killer party are objective, objectivity my foot. Better work hard because it usually doesn't end well for psychophants and AGIP like you. |
sarutobie: Nooo justice is when a former minister of aviation brazenly boasts to the media of employing a substantial number of HIS people into the ministry but when stella Oduah decides to trim down the excesses it becomes a war against Yorubas..Justice is when traffic was halted for tinubu's birthday but when the same was done for the first lady to the C-in-C of the nation you cry blue murder..He he he lwtmb utter bollocks I'm no Tinubu or APC supporter, my allegiance is not to any politian but to the people of Nigeria. I've criticised both Tinubu and and FFK when the need be only that people like you were too blind to see because when I criticised them you regard me as friends but when I criticised your gods your cry like ileya rams. |
Ngwakwe: I appreciate the effort of the originator of this thread which has helped in not only exposing the bias, cruelty and motives inherent in personal, sectional and ethnocentric interests above that of the country when issues that border on justice and fair hearing during trial of perceived friend or foe is on the burner. So the interest of your region is to milk us dry and empty the treasury? Abi wetin be your interest gan? Justice is when only igbos are allowed to steal... Equality is 'touch no igbo' as long as he/she is giving you crums... Rule of law is when you e-lynch poitical office holders from other tribes even when there are not enough evidence to bring charges let alone obtain conviction but want everyone to keep mute as long as he/she is one of yours... I like the way you guys have your own meaning for many English words you should make an igbo English dictionary I'm sure many will find it interesting and find it easier to understand you guys. |
Onlytruth: You can only see as far as Ore, never beyond Ore. This is typical of your type!Onlylies, so how did you vote in 2011 was it in person or by proxy or rather via NL May be GEJ will bring a polling station near your home in obodo oyinbo specially for you knowing fully well you're a coward who's powerful only online ![]() Please send some custom made voters printing machine to your mates in Enugu, this time they want to make sure that Jona get 150% of the votes as against the 99% he got in 2011, please hurry ![]() |
lygn19: I think very soon coffin making business wud start booming in d southwest.Yes! Those coffins will be used to convey you, your family members and many of your ilk that hate us, your end is near! |
The emboldened are wild accusations and you should be better than that. However, on other points you raised that are relevant to Oduah's case I would say that I have no verifiable facts to reach any conclusions and that, my friend, is the crux of the matter. We dont have facts, all we have is Sahara said this, kinsman said that. We should not absolve or condem until our justice system makes a pronouncement. How hard is that? I ask that you go and check punch news since this Oduah thing came to light and tell me if what they're doing is remotely professional. Like I said, I don't have any verifiable facts on Oduah but if you do then furnish us with them. I will not join the unholy noise to destroy someone until the person is found guilty. Go back and check my posts in NL you'll see that I've never advocated jungle prosecution, even to Boko Haram members, so I will not begin today. Thank you.
Dude, seriously what is your point? You keep complaining about Lagos press and their unprofessional way of reporting the incident, please tell us what is professional. Should they have kept quiet and forget what type of biz they do which is reporting news simply because this case involves one untouchable princess? Do you know what it means to be a public official? Public officials are subjected to public scrutiny so how do you expect stella's case to be different? If you want to be a devil's advocate you should at least try to put your points forward with facts and precedence if there is any rather than mere conspiracy theories. If the Lagos press has 'vilified' as you claim why is she not in prison by now? You want the press to keep mute about an issue that affect our commonwealth just to appeal to the emotions of people from her ethnic groups. Please do the honourable by confirming what we already know that you and your ilk support corruption as long as the perpetrators are igbos, there is no need to beat about the bush. |
