I thought the articulated and heavy duty vehicles are supposed to have restricted schedules of movements. It's a shame lives are still sniffed out these preventable ways. These things were happening early 2000s when i was still in apapa lagos thinking by now should have been in the past. Main causes of containers tipping off are bad roads and substandard or incapacitated vehicles.
