^^^^
pls dont use anything in the water
your skin will adjust and the bumps will go on their own(try not to scratch them to prevent scars)
maybe dusting powder if its itching on your body
it usually happens sometimes when we use new things on our bodies esp the face
or as in your case,go somewhere new
just try and ignore it

Thanks. .
Culture / Re: Why Do Africans Have Foreign Names? by Gamine(f): 3:15pm On Oct 27, 2010
LOL!

Reminds me of what Fela Kuti said,
He died because when he was born the first time, he was given a name ''Hildegart'
he was like WTF!! and died. He came back and was given FELA.

He also changed his surname 'cause it made no sense.
I wonder why people fall over themselves to acquire these names that have no meaning.

Education / Re: Your Bizarre Experiences In Boarding School by Gamine(f): 11:59pm On Oct 14, 2010
Rotfl. . . Boarding school stories are always funny when you are out of it

We used to hide in the roof to avoid Prep and other things.
Massacre in the Dinning Hall, very very bizarre and scary

No objection here.

Send me an e-vite to your next little get-together. . . maybe i could teach you and your pals a few things, if i'm in town.

Then again that might not be a good idea considering the fact i might be a serial killer.

Well, most of us met right here but then again those were the golden days of Nairaland! ha!! cool

I'm looking for a game to play on the Wii, a good single player. . . I haven't warmed to the console now.

Anyways, looking forward to playing MOH, haven't touched the series since 'Underground'
it's still one of the better FPS games.

Anyways, watched it with my 'nephew' yesterday.(Age 2)
He was taken by the animation.
But the voice seemed to distract him a bit.
He looked confused but didn't want to take his eyes off the computer.lol

donobi:

the bible said my people perish for lack of knowledge.
let every member of any church decide not to pay tithe, let see the pastor that will serve God.

LoL.

My uncle is a Pastor, where is his church? His house.
No one pays any tithe to him, and believe me He does no other work.
Some people actually know what it means to 'Pastor' and 'Serve' God

Lol.

With the recent kidnappings and what not.
Every parent would be concerned, and in Kubwa. . .

My suggestion is to join Twitter, if you haven't already
you can meet really good people and hang out some days.
Family / Re: A New Nigerian Cartoon For Children... by Gamine(f): 5:35pm On Oct 11, 2010
I like the animation, but not so sure about the content.
I don't know what the age range target is but for the kids I've been in close contact with,
they all prefer animation where the characters sound like them. . .if you get what I mean.
Using an Adult's voice here may not be the best.

Besides not every woman wants to be a mother.
Culture / Re: Do Dogs Actually See Ghosts? by Gamine(f): 5:12pm On Oct 11, 2010
We used to believe this as kids, cause we lived near a cemetery one time
and at about 7 in the evening, as the sun goes down there's always a mournful
bark from the dogs around us. In the morning also, before the sun fully rises,
it was scary.

I would love to see how they all develop,

I can't believe Niccolo is gone, but it proves yet again
the voting British do not like random displays of 'arrogance'

FYD didn't like them I don't know why Simon picked them
in the first place. Only two guys sing, is that a group. .good riddance.

As for Katie, i believe she is just a Fix, with her history
she shouldn't be on the show at all.
