I think the fundamental issue here is that the Akwa Ibom was not ready for a project like this, a state where government is the only source of income can't sustain this type of hospital. Even the hotel, these projects in a place like Lagos and Port Harcourt will be self sustaining because people can afford it. In a state where the average salary per month is about 80k you want a hospital that card alone is 7.5k and hotel of 40k per night to succeed?
