It's the people that live close to water bodies that mostly have water issues. In most cases, the water is salty and cloudy. I've visited a relative in Oworo where they also lamented about the kind of water coming out of their taps as a result of close proximity to a canal in the area. They drilled 2 boreholes before they could get water they could manage and installed a water purification device in their tank which removes (most of) the saltiness and cloudiness from their water. It was a Friday and I decided to go to a nearby mosque for Jumat prayers, they water I put i mouth at the mosque was was nasty! I've never tasted water so horrible in my life. My husband's family house is just across the express in ifako Gbagada and they don't have such water issues. That's the one of peculiarities of Lagos

Same thing happens here in Irawo along ikorodu road here in lagos state no water 25 liter of water is now sold at N120. A tanker of water is sold at N25, 000. Just that people are buying the tank water that's why no one is noticing whats going on there. People are suffering more than those once in Enugu. In Enugu u can even see where to fetch free water but not here in Irawo. And u will see abandoned water project here in Irawo. I will snap the water project and post i here if anyone is doubting it.

People that living in southwest part of Nigeria are really facing some kind of brutality from the hands of this useless Nigeria police the way police officer operating in southwest is kinda different from the way they operate in north.

We once experienced worst than this working on a road project in that Akwa Ibom axis. There's no form of compensation these guys will not collect from a contractor; cassava compensation, bamboo, graveyard, the demand is endless.
