Lmao FFK is the Principal Partner in a thriving law firm He has massive investments in real estate and that I know While a good number of successful Yorubas own factories, FFK is also successful in his own right in what he has chosen to do |

I'm not a fan of this man but at least he's done his time There are hundreds of people who have plundered this nation more than he did still walking free There are scores of people in GEJ's government that will make what he stole like child's play, still being eulogized, praised and described as saints today An ex convict, though has limitations, should still have a life |

lakhadimar: why cant the ibos replicate such economic prowess in alaibo. Do you lot hate iboland so much that you prefer to 'develope' yorubaland while your good for nothing region gets desolated? That's a question that's been asked a zillion times on NL without any response Anyway, a leading Yoruba industrialist, Oba Otudeko, has decided to help out by building two multibillion Naira factories in Abia state 1 Like |

Business / Otudeko To Establish Multibillion Naira Factories In Abia by geeez: 10:45pm On Nov 22, 2013 |
Honeywell Group of companies is to establish two multi-billion naira factory in Abia for both cassava processing plant and solid minerals such as cement production. The Chairman, Honeywell Group, Dr Oba Otudeko made this Know during a programme to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the state government in Abia. Otudeko said his company is willing to investing in the state because of the security structure that has been put in place by the present administration. Otudeko said that they are going to establish a cassava processing plant because of the large cassava farms that are scattered in different parts of the state while the solid mineral like lime stone which are abound around Arochukwu area, will have a cement factory. The Honeywell boss said that his company is strong in different areas of the economy like food processing, agriculture, energy, real estate among others, stressing that they have been eying Abia state for a very long time. He said, “We have been interested in Abia state for a long time because of its agricultural potentials, human and other resources, which is why we refused to go to countries outside the country. Our company have been lured by such countries like Zambia, Ghana, Senegal and Guinea, but we prefer to invest in this state”. The Honeywell boss said that his company will always prefer doing business in Nigeria like Abia state, stressing that the state has been giving them all the necessary cooperation the company needed to establish any flourishing venture in the state. Otedeko maintained that his company is fully committed in working withthe state government, adding that the business they are going to establish will be on Public Private Partnership [PPP], “As every business is about success based on clear commitment which we will give to the state when we start”. He praised the governor for his commitment in developing the state andassured the governor that his company will replicate what the state government is doing in the state once they start their operations in the state, “As we are ready to partner with the state to ensure that business ventures flourish here”. Responding the state governor, Chief Theodore Orji said that the state is in an economic revolution and is ready to partner with any genuine business group that will help the state and its people to improve on its economic potentials. Orji said that the state is attracting core business ventures which he attributed to the ability of the state government to control the security challenges it faced some time ago, adding that the state government is ever ready to sustain the security it fought hard toget. The governor said that Honeywell is investing in the state because, “Of our large percentage of both human and natural resources and we are willing to partner with any group that is ready to invest in the state and tap into our numerous resources for the benefit of such group and the state”. He regretted that before now that fraudsters have been coming into the state with bogus business ideas, “Once we give them the certificate of occupancy they will run away with the intention of using the land for a different business venture. We are wiser now as we doing business with genuine companies like Honeywell”. Orji assured the group that the state government will provide them with all the necessary support they require to succeed in any type of business they will want to establish in the state and urged them to look towards the youths of the state during their employment period. 3 Likes |

This thread will reveal the contribution of Igbos in Lagos https://www.nairaland.com/1367007/examining-lagoss-gdp-figures/1#19727773 Quite insignificant Lagos owes its good fortune to investments by dogged Yoruba and multinational industrialists and investors |

When a man has a vision and drive, he will surround himself with people that can help him achieve his dreams Ogun is fast developing and is currently Nigeria's most industrialized state with my darling Lagos in second position. If you drive along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway alone, the number of factories that have sprung up and under construction will amaze you. This isn't even an area originally designated to be an industrial area A drive through the vast industrial estates long established in the state will further wow you, with new multinational factories coming to life while the moribund ones are getting revived The number of construction works going on and their quality is also amazing Increasing its IGR from N730m to over N4bn monthly in two years is no mean feat With the resources available, he can easily partner with and attract the investment required to move the state to the next level God bless Ogun 2 Likes |

chidindufrank: The foools forgot that Igbos owns 600% of the manufacturing firms in lagos. We own lagos and you guys can't shiit about it. You own no brain cells that function That's so evident in your post You don't even own 100% of trading which contributes less than 9% to our GDP in Lagos Yorubas are typically industrialists while Igbos are traders Most of the factories in Lagos not owned by Yorubas are owned by multinational companies I'm a member of MAN Lagos and the chambers of commerce and Igbos don't make up to 20% where Yorubas constitute over 50% 2 Likes 1 Share |

We know where you are going Just tell us why the person you are defending hasn't been invited by this same EFCC? The bigger idiosyncrasy is seeing people line streets to support her without asking that she be tried and if found blameless, set free No one is calling for her resignation but investigation and prosecution if found culpable This is what Ikuforiji is facing and but Stella may never 10 Likes |
