Grgton: south African countries, East Africa, even Ghana... Don't wear traditional wears to publish/official duty!! Are we better than them Yes and who cares what South Africa, East Africa and Ghana does? You don't need to go with everything the white man brings. We have our own culture in West Africa for crying out loud. It is the white man who called suit official and you have been conditioned to believe everything from the white man should always be the standard. |

Coronabirus: The worst official dressing an African man can wear is suit! In as much as whites use coat as their traditional and official dressing I wonder what we should wear? Anyway, some Nigerians already lost their culture and traditions to mental inferiority! I dey tell you. To that guy, suit is the only official dress code. lol. |

Grgton: I don't understand why our leaders can't dress official!!
Are they going for a party/ceremony?? Those dresses are weird for an official function I actually like it that way. |

What a joke!! It would help introduce them to it with a few projects, then they take it off from there on their own. 2 months is great in my opinion, in order to give room to train/introduce more youths. |

zendi: Hmm, I love your economic nationalism. But do you understand that Elon's electric vehicles revolution is aiming to make Dangote's refinery obsolete even before it comes into that full operations you're talking about? And the fact Elon is becoming phenomenally rich means the world is embracing his revolution. Dangote's project can't easily go obsolete especially in the aviation sector. Also in Africa, it may take some time for fossil fuel to go out like that. |

I know Righteousness2 will soon say"having money is good but having money without christ is vanity". That is true but not having money is living a vain life...
Some vanity crew will never understand the joys that come with waking up and seeing your aza smiling back at you... To know you can buy whatever you want to buy at ease, eat and do whatever you want at your own convenience is Bae.. If you no get money, na depression go just kill person I think you do not get the full picture here. These rich people are more worried than even the poor. They worry about staying on top and maintaining their business empire, always calculating and thinking of ways not to loose their worth or all they have. This is why they keep investing, thinking, and in the process getting richer. |

Schemerkhiz: Superfalcons forward Esther Ijeoma Okoronkwo sign for France Div 1 Clubside, AS SAINT-ÉTIENNE FEMININE. Nice, this Esther Okonkwo is a bit more skillful than many presently in the super falcons but probably lacks some form of exposure/ experience. Playing in french division 1 club would transform her into a real professional. I am happy because I know how dangerous she would be when she gets to her peak. |

Schemerkhiz: Nigeria Super Falconets Coach Chris Danjuma has invited 35players to camp for the upcoming U20 Women World Cup qualification game's. Chris Danjuma as a coach or interim coach has never really delivered anything noteworthy at the national level in my opinion. I hope he gives us a team comparable to that of 2010 and 2014 this time. |

Judybash93: Well, we have spontaneous reactions and that cannot be taken off the table. If you start with god, then the next question would be what caused god? Since you said nothing suddenly happens. I see what you're trying to do kole werk! god is the uncaused cause arrange yourself o Lol I didn't start with God o, it's just deductive logic. If anything caused God then that thing is the real God. The God I am defining here should be uncaused. We don't know much about this God. You could call her energy, mother nature, or spirit. It could be any of those or all of those, we don't know. What I know is that given my deductive logic, there is a high probability that she exists. |

Judybash93: Like i said earlier, I'm not making any claims in relation to the origin of the universe neither am i girded with enough knowledge in that area. So, i don't know. But you assuming that god could be the cause is the reason why I'm still asking how you came to that conclusion? Is there enough evidence to point to that claim? Whatever the cause is, is what is called God Or whatever the cause of the cause of the cause is. My evidence is that if we agree that nothing suddenly happens without a cause and the universe has a cause and that cause probably has a cause, then the very first uncaused cause of all the causes is God. What or Who that God is, is the only mystery worth thinking about. |
Christianity Etc › Re: See Why Religion Will Die As People Get More Intelligent. by GeneralDae: 9:00am On Aug 09, 2021 |
Judybash93: So, what you're doing is making claims upon claims. The universe exists, so god? Btw, which god? And where did god come from? I am not making claims, I'm just using common sense. I don't know which God, but what I know is there has to be a first cause not caused by anything else. That's what sounds reasonable. If you don't think there must be a first uncaused source of all, then let me know why. |

kimco: I don't think you are arguing for probability of existence of God...because if you were that would be okay. But you are arguing certain knowledge of a being you couldn't possibly know existed. Believe is not knowing. And how did you come to this conclusion especially after I used the words "most likely" in my previous comment? I wonder how you deciphered from my posts that I am arguing certain knowledge of a proposed being. I am only saying there is a much higher probability that a God (the God) exists given the fact that the material universe and time as we know it, all had their beginning 13.5 billion years ago. |

Judybash93: I didn't make any claim in relation to the universe. I asked you to prove that the god you proclaim exists. If the universe exists due to a cause and began at some point in time, then it is most likely that a God exists. |
Christianity Etc › Re: See Why Religion Will Die As People Get More Intelligent. by GeneralDae: 6:30pm On Aug 08, 2021 |
Judybash93: You need to at least prove the existence of a god. How can one disprove what hasn't been proven to be true? You need to prove that the universe is eternal and was not caused by something. |

If you do then tell me what has ever been made without knowing who or what made it. Ever heard of the big bang? If so, then how can you say we don't know how the universe started existing? If you don't know the big bang theory in physics, then go read it up. |

Schemerkhiz: What do you guys think?? Well I don't totally agree that Canada doesn't have more talent than the aforementioned countries. At the 2011 world cup, Nigeria beat Canada in the group stages and yes at that time we could say Nigerian team were more talented, but now the Canadians are more talented and that's why they won gold, because talent more than anything else win trophies. To become more talented, we must invest more in grassroot soccer, and continue searching for new talents everywhere. It's talent that win trophies because at the end of the day, no matter the preparation or friendlies, you can't give what you don't have. |

naptu2: Petrodolla is an old friend of Nairaland. His main purpose for being here is to attack anything Nigerian and to proclaim that Ghana is better. His favourite word is "fuellish".
He has been away from Nairaland for a few years, but obviously he has come back to celebrate the victory of his Ghanaian team.
(P.s. his name came from the fact that crude oil was discovered in Ghana and he believes that Ghana will manage the petroleum resources better than the "fuellish" Nigerians). oh, ok. |
