The Europeans and Asians were engineered by technologically advanced Humanoids while Africans were engineered by psionically evolved humanoid aliens, but note that psionic and technological powers are all spiritual energies, how you choose to explore it and harness is your business. I have personally embraced both sides of the technology and I am developing both plasma and physical technologies to help me evolve as a spirit being in a material 3D density region in space-time.
