Your Boss should destroy and block the card, then request for a replacement. Give him the offer to foot the replacement bill. |

funshint: The husband simply can't tolerate living like a pig. He has sensed you're lazy and dirty that's why he's taking it upon himself to do all the chores. Correct husband! My take exactly, someone that said she doesn't mind overlooking mess. The truth is we all have our limit. She should continue lazing around oooo, someday the husband would turn back and she would have herself to blame. |

tidalstorm: You are just insecured because you feel you should be doing the house chores while he goes out. It is a result of the conditioning of our culture where men where not suppose to go to the kitchen or do house chores. Your husband sounds like a good person or you don get him mumu button. Enjoy it while it last. From her narration, she really needs to check herself, stand up and get things done in the house. She stated her husband can't work pass mess which she doesn't mind. I'm this kind of person, I can't just sit around and see things untidy and not well kept. Husband has seen her lazy ass and maybe overlook just to avoid unnecessary drama from unfolding. |

ogbuefi677: Afonja muslims, leave Nnamdi Kanu threads, come here and discuss d gradual takeover of Yoruba land by terrorist herdsmen. The zoo army didn't shed any Igbo blood as you all prayed for. I want to see you headslammers raise this topic to 15 pages with meaningful discussions d same way you litter Igbo threads with hatred for many pages. Yesterday it was Ogun, today Ekiti. Ametokun has been watered down by your hausa/Fulani slave masters, they said it's community policing now. Afonja muslims, its time to react. I pray God wipe out sick people like this from this country so we can move forward. |

Stay with your atheistic belief and leave us with our monotheistic Islam! You have energy to respond to those guys. I don't respond to them. Hardly would you see Muslims criticize their posts, but they're always eager to bounce on any Islamic topic and make funny comments. I feel they're intimidated by the Islam way of life. Comments I found on this platform makes me wonder the kind of people we have in our society, majority of them taking side doesn't even know what the situation is all about, they're just taking sides based on sentiment. They don't know what war means, I can't believe people are saying they're waiting for a certain country to be hit hard and cry, these people will go to the house of God whichever they believed in and pray to their lord. However, they're e-devil and heartless with Black soul. I pray for peace all around the world. |

Dpharisee: It's called Aku lue Uno or Aku rue ulo depending on the Igbo dialect. It's a new mantra among the Igbos which means 'bring the wealth home', in recent past these kind of mansions used to be built only in Lagos, Kano and elsewhere the Igbos reside and do their businesses or work. But frequent attacks, jealousy and envy even on forums like Nairaland have made them to start thinking home by putting up these magnificent structures in their hometowns (even if they may not spend more than 2 weeks in a year in them).
In the process jobs are created and the economy is boosted at home as most of the building materials are sourced locally from their people.
For those who keep wondering how they made their money, just understand that Igbos are business and technically minded people, they see opportunities where others don't, they multitask to make money while you are on one spot. When Kaycee is not singing he is doing oil and gas contracts with his brother and associates.
Igbos invest without making noise about it, I have betting shops in different parts of Lagos which I control from my phone anywhere I am, while still maintaining a Civil service Job which I don't want to quit because the Govt job is like free money for a hustler like me.
I knew that Buhari will run down the economy and many Nigerians will be desperate to make quick money, so I took a loan and opened the first Bet9ja shop, every Tuesday I get commission from different shops (which makes my salary insignificant) and my colleagues in the office still think that me and them na mate, I do it quietly
Instead of abusing, let's learn from each other, one of the things that shocked the British colonial masters was the ability of the Igbos to learn whatever the Whiteman was doing and perfect it. Igbos are learning from you while you keep hating on them, why not learn from them too?
Congratulations to Kaycee All the best brother. |

ayandee: Please elders in the house, I need your advice. I'm applying for masters degree programme by research. I have found a supervisor who has agreed to supervise my thesis and i'm hoping to get scholarship.
Beyond the studies, I desire PR as I really want my kids (3 of them) to live and school in Australia. I am a lawyer here in Nigeria and the proposed masters is also in law. I plan to do phd after the masters. From my findings, I don't think law is on the Australian skills list. However, my husband has Hnd elect/elect and Bsc computer science. He has worked mainly in IT (system support and IT Audit/control). He is willing to go with me.
If we go together, what do we need to do to increase our chances of getting PR? I really need your advice. Kindly assist, I sent you a mail |

roniex2: I have seen people going to top universities, even with funding getting denied and I have also seen people that went there with schools like VIU, Iglobal that have gotten their visas. The key is know how to defend your school. Don't go there saying their curriculum is good or whatever they have aligns with your career goals. That will get you a straight denial because there are thousands of better schools. Find something specific you like about the school or your program and sell the school. NB: I would advise other students to apply to better schools that would give you a degree people will respect. All the best. Kindly drop your contact |
