what are the steps that someone who graduate as a part time student have to take to be qualified for DE since there's no jamb registration number, and do we have to compete the 1 year IT before we can buy the form... I will really appreciate a well detailed answer so that I can fully understand.

I had my ond result with 3.55 distinction credit in banking and finance from Auchi polytechnic "part time "
I will like to take de form from uniben,but my problem is I have a doubt about my o level result. I don't have either accounting or commerce in my waec result but I pass all the other subjects including economics..
