Fir your info, it is traditional for NASSto handle budgets in this manner to serve their own selfish interests. I saw that first hand with NDDC budget. They will remove bugetd they did not prepare and insert theirs. that is why NDdC projects that should finish in one year will last 4-6 years. For instance, they removed my ongoing project for which they NDDC had paid mobilisation and which I have completed to 40% from the 2013 budget and brought it back in 2015 with less that 15% provision. I would have finished it in one year but I have abandoned d road until they (NASS) puts it back. NDDC inserts d project from their but it gets removed at NASS. A friend had to pay N4.5m to someone in NASS to get his N250m NDDC road project awareded to him in 2011 put back in 2015 as he had mobilised to site. In this report they removed ongoing roads and inserted the ones that had not even been scoped. I am 100% behind Buhari to put a stop to the mess that NASS over the years do to budgets. WE MUST CHANGE

When children are hungry and crying, the mother quickly runs to prepare a meal. As she does so and the hunger increases in the children, the cries also increase...

... I stepped on a pin which penetrated my left foot. I cried out in pain. My father sat me down on the ground, raised my leg and tried to remove the pin. He pulled and I yelled and cried. The more he pulled, the more I cried loudly. The pain was unbearable. I was soaked in sweat. I cried and I cried. My father looked at me and I could see his face...it carried my pain; it felt my agony and expressed my desperation. But in spite of all that, he did not stop. He pulled until he brought out the pin. Blood gushed out of my leg. He managed to stop it. He washed my wound, cleaned my leg, applied iodine and bandaged it. I felt relieved and after some days, the pain went away, my leg got healed and I was happy again. Can you see why this process of CHANGE and national transformation must go on? Buhari ia a true father of our nation, he feels our pains. He feels our frustration created by saboteurs, he is desperate to end our suffering but he also knows that after this little period of pain, there will come a long period of relief and joy. There is light at the end of the tunnel. There is a war between the people and enemies of the Nation and the people will win.

The Federal Government has opened a file on all Nigerians whose names have been mentioned in the Panama Papers as operating offshore accounts in notorious tax havens.
Some of the individuals listed in the papers so far are the current Senate President, Bukola Saraki; and his predecessor, David Mark.
Others listed include Africa’s richest man, Mr. Aliko Dangote; his cousin, Saayu Dantata, and a former Minister of Defence, Lt.Gen Theophilus Danjuma

Premium Times , it was alleged that about four assets belonging to the Saraki family, which included Girol Properties Ltd., Sandon Development Limited, and Landfield International Developments Ltd., were tucked away in secret offshore territories.
For instance, the report stated that Girol Properties was registered on behalf of Toyin by Fonsecca on August 25, 2004, in the British Virgin Island, a year after her husband became the Governor of Kwara State. But the assets were allegedly not part of the ones declared by the Senate President or Toyin when Saraki became governor and after he was sworn in as the nation’s number three citizen.

Similarly, at least eight offshore companies in the British Virgin Island have been linked to Senator Mark which he allegedly operated while holding public office, a criminal offence according to Nigerian laws.
