In d right sense of the law they have no case against anyone, all they can do is take an offender to the station, register the case and such person is charged to court, but we live in a lawless country, where anything goes and the government empower robbers/ murderers in d name of police. But wot can one do in a case of a drunk policeman wit gun? Sometimes it better to play safe, than trying to b hero, if u went to follow dem to the police station in d mid of d night and they end up flipping the other side of dia kidnapping, what will u do? Government empowered beast and to get a solution to dis, it will take same government to cut them to seize. But too bad, no politician cares, the ppl in abj r so far from the realities on ground.

1. Only fool will see police with guns on the highway while traveling in Nigeria road and be claiming useless right or be fighting with them. Instead, manage your situation and leave.

2. Please don’t ever argue with policemen at midnights with guns in areas you don’t know. They (police) checking at night, 90% of them never wear name badges or come with their official vehicles.

Sometimes not every condition you have to obtain people okay. In their situations which I witnessed not them talk say or whatever? SARS emptied their account I wrote it up their that they collected 112k if they’ve got 100naira on the figures, they’ll still collect it from them. I didn’t know sars Dey collect money like madt until I jam them this midnight.
I carried 3 working class South Africans from mega plaza Vi they’re heading to Oniru palace road. Just 8 mins drive. Naso sars stopped my vehicle told them to come down naso them begin search.

Those guys called me and told me their oga (sars) said na 500k be their money or otherwise they should go jail. I don’t know what to say because they’ve got another’s officer at the entrance of the vehicle. So there’s no chance for me to explain to them if they can’ bring it down.
To cut the long story short, they later paid 112,000 naira. To Sars right infront of me. Sars tagged them criminals. And these men were on suit hahah this country is messed up. Those guys promised to resign tommorow.
Had to tell em to leave the money when’ I ended the trip it’s shows 2200. I complains to Uber what’ happened but I’m Yet to hear from them.

I was shocked and I pleaded with her for 1.5m but she refused. ever since then this woman started threatening me with HP, so far 3 drivers came for the same car but all in vain because of her high demand. now she bought corolla 2009 and she called me to come exchange the car which I was okay with the ideal on getting there she change her mind that she has found someone for it that I should continue with my car, I agreed. 2 weeks after she called me that the driver knock the engine of the car that she going to arrest him bla bla bla bla bla, I still told her sorry ma. now she gone to fixed the engine and she called me to come an dropped the one I was using 2005 so I can pick the 2009 to work. I went and i cant recall some crazy and silly words this woman used on me as if i was the one who knock the engine but unfortunately the same problem that knock the engine before still continued just a day after I took the car from the workshop and while I tried to let her know she replied me that the formal car she collected from me need to be work on and she wants to respray it to look neat for the person that would collect it that I will contribute 30% of every spending she made meanwhile before she collected the car from me the car is 95% okay. this person is the most troublesome person I have seen in my life but I endured, hoping I can still cope with her but her problem become unbearable to me and I believed one thing in life that we don't value what we have until we loose them. I pray that God should give her somebody that will deliver more than as I do for her. it is true that judgements would start from the church.
