At topic Excorsim - the means of expellinh foreign entity from a being. Not true. Nothing like exorcism. It's all a misconception of another thing they chose to see as possession. I know what am saying. Its very deeeeeeep to explain but just know it has to do with a state of the mind's consciousness. I used foreign entity and not spirit/demon because one have to clear define what is spirit/demon. I don't have time to type for this topic now. I wana go sleep maybe I can be possessed by a demon/spirit. |
first of all i believe islam is not supposed to exist. one of my aims in life is to eliminate this ideology and replace it with Paganism amongst all Tribes in the World. Paganism is the only way and is the final link between Science and religion. had this World still been Pagan, im sure we would have reached the next universe by now. The Ancient Egyptians and our Dogon brothers in Mali, etc .excelled in astronomy without the use of telescopes. if only things didnt go so wrong. .
At the bolded ^^^ TRUTH...THRUTH...THRUTH....THRUTH TRUE.....TRUE.....TRUE.....TRUE....TRUE Pagan9Ja I salute you. We think alike about paganism. And I support the term you used below:
not neo-Paganism. that is white rubbish like Thelema, Wicca, Adonism, etc. Embrace Traditional Tribal Paganism. that is the real thing.
What I mean by Neo-paganism is exactly the same with what you mean by TTR but my usage of 'neo' isn't Thelema, Wicca(old pagan) or Adonism but a revamped version of TTR to suit modern time. |

Freksy: No biologist has actually seen the origin by evolution of a major group of organisms. Living things on earth today are not seen to be evolving into something else. Instead, they are all complete in form and distinct from other types. Some modern geneticists have observed that the living world is not a single array . . . connected by unbroken series of intergrades. Charles Darwin conceded that "the distinctness of specific living forms and their not being blended together by innumerable transitional links, is a very obvious difficulty.Imagine such a mumu response ^^ Okay let me ask you ode.... What purpose do those millions of fossils unearthed serve for us? Is it to think they are just there for the sake of been there which would b a religionists' responde, or for curious minded people to study them under Archaeology, Anthropology, Palaeontology, Evolution and Genetics in order to know how they got there, why they have such structures. Have you heard about carbon dating before? My candid question to you and all religionists and their ignorant defenders is..........if those of you smart enough to at least accept the fact that truly do these fossils exists including the ones of Dinosaurs...then who/what put them there in wherever they are been excavated today? Is it Jeovah/Allah that dropped them there out of various mistake in his experiment with creation? Try to ruminate on my question and I demand an answer. |
ijawkid: The catholic church accepts everything..paganism and everything....Mumu...incase you don't know....The Catholic Church is the numero uno of Christianity. They have authority over any version of Christianity including the rightist Protestant you dogmatically belong to. |
Babalegba: Hi fellow Nigerians, it has now become very obvious to me that we have an incompetent president misruling the country and as a result there is no hope for the average Nigerian unless he isYo bro! You don't need any f***ing religion to be acceptable by the society and to yourself. Be an atheist like me towards all religion but as an African, embrace neo-paganism for protection and guidance in this war zone called Nigeria. |
tobechi74: Nairaland shud help u chuse a religionOh! We see that's how you went about yours, and because it didn't work out....you mtcheeew |
frosbel: Accept defeat my troll friend.Hey don't go yet...check this out http://m.youtube.com/watch?client=mv-google&hl=en&desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DmLmvyKYIxr0&v=mLmvyKYIxr0&gl=US It says “...right now in Netherlands, 40% says they have no religious affiliation and by 2050, these researchers says more than 70% would follow no organised religion...” |
LagosShia: Islam does not teach about a local idolDidn't islam instruct to destroy other peoples shrines and deities spot. What you call idols and kaferis in Islam. |
truthislight: @area_boyAt least he would make people happy by making them laugh about creationist jokes on how lucifer was made from light to torment people like you.....while you on the otherhand would do well being a religious clown. |
davidylan: I asked for proof that man came from primordial soup and you ask me to stare at the stars? And I thought you were knowledgeable. |
fellis: Ok. Sorry I said you were pretending. But why did you attack my post without reading through the whole thread? I might have changed my stand later on in the thread now. . . . . . .I didn't attack your point. I criticised it deconstructively. fellis: It sometimes takes conscious effort to discard logic and embrace faith when the situation arises. Not everyone thinks in the same way.Like I said logic and fate are completely different. One can only settle for one not toggle in between the two. If you ask me, faith is a lazy excuse not to apply the rigorous intellect required by logic. You guessed wrong, I was born into a family of liberal minded folks. |
Niflheim: @Pastor,so how does intelligent design explain posionous gases that emanate from that lake in italy that killed all the birds?what of the meteorite that fell from the sky in russia and destroyed acres of land?is that intelligent?are tornadoes that kill humans and animals intelligently designed?Oh! Let me answer that^ for the religionists Those birds mostly crows in disguise going flying about as agents of devil, so God commanded toxic gases into the lake to kill them. The Tunguska event is God's farting to show his might. Satan's continuous attempts to free himself from the great enchainment underneath results in those tornadoes and volcanic eruption. |
davidylan: Definitely bro. The very minute you show me proof that you were made from primordial soup. What say you?One of the proof are the stars you see up above the sky at night. Now can I hear your proof? |
LagosShia: yes that is exactly because they are "common men" and not God. if they had enough knowledge, they will have better insight into what they're creating.Sorry but please allow me to call your response Mumu... What makes you think man's knowledge is static or non-progressive. See the bolded Are you the defender of God? Why are you speaking for God? Don't you know that the abrahamic deities are nothing but pure semitic conception shoved down the black man's throats by the Europeans and Arab Fulanis who brought it, while your own indigenous deities such as Ayilala or Amadioha or Oguun which aren't conception but confirmed energies known to work but condemned by your slave masters and here you all are today defending another man's conception, even killing for it, look at Nigeria today despite how overtly religious everyone is. I started a thread about - would Nigeria be better off if our so called leaders were to swear by our traditional deities and from the comments I studied it re-confirmed my thoughts that many Nigerians know more about the Jewish Yaweh/Jeovah and the Arab's Allah than their own ancestral deities which have re-painted to them to mean something satanic and demonic. Why is it that If you violate or challenge any of the native deities, it would defend itself without needing any fanatic or extremist or Mutalab or Anders or knights crusaders or desert jihadists to defend it. If I desecrate any of the so called Holy Books, the christians would persecute me today or burn me as an heretic back then, while their islamic partner in crime would pronounce a fatua on me demanding for my head as punishment for violating allah. Point is - why not leave your Yaweh and Allah to fight for himself rather than killing peeps because of a Denmark drawing. Bokoharam fighting for Allah. Etc. |
fellis: How very nice of you to pretend that you don't know what gender I am.Pretend ke? How? How am I suppose to know your gender? when you've only caught my notice lately. One of them, I think logic referred to you as a she/her somewhere while I presume you to be a male...which I'm still confuse which you are. fellis: If you had settled down to read that post, you would probably have seen the first part of my explanation where I wrote that it can be explained in a religious/faith based manner. You were talking about how you have thought of the omnipotence paradox and how it can never permit omnipotence in a logical sense. Do you think I don't know that? Do you think I came across the omnipotence paradox for the first time on this thread?See, me I'm someone with an acute logic mindset, just as I once find it difficult to understand some seemingly illogical topics/concepts in mathematics is so I find most things in the Bible and Quran illogical. To me..Calculus requires deep logic, patience and intellect to grasp, Bible which I have always find it hard to grasp, but pains me when others can relate to it and not me, then I realise Oh! Some are following the Joneses by merely just accepting it as the "word of God" and not really trying to understudy it like I once wanted to in order to get inspired as so many had claimed, while the other religious packs used faith - which is believing in things without intellectual logic and or proof/evidence. I can't believe someone who isn't even an alchemist turned water to wine and the other who isn't a giga-titan did something relating to the moon and a sword because it doesn't process with my own logic and rationale, but I would believe that someone can't be hurt after getting hit by a bullet because that is African supernaturality called juju or jazz which some of us but not everyone have witnessed which is what drives my interested to unravel the advanced Yoruba/African sci-tech behind it so as to show the whole world we've got something unique....no be oyimbo to dey do everything na. In conclusion - Logic and faith are simply 2 incompatible thought process. |
davidylan: And the relevance of this question is? I clearly made a distinction between micro and macro evolution (a distinction that is also clearly noted on wikipedia - u know that site that is not typically favorable to the creationist viewpoint)... so what was the point of your question? What makes you think I had no idea of the term 'missing link' ?. You think I couldn't have asked google if I really don't know as you believe? Let me tell you...the term 'missing link' has been used like a missing jigsaw to fill certain yet-unexplainable but under-research gap in various subjects. Now davidylan, Let's me say if I'm to agree with your dogged anti-evolution stances, or your ”mystery theory” as theHomer puts it. Can you kindly please show us proof that Yaweh your creator made the first man out of dust? Thank you. |
davidylan: Atheists are quite funny.Davidylan let's start by defining what is evolution . You shoot first. |
maclatunji: Oh please! You have to trust my judgement as moderator. I have hidden the post and will not show it here. Logicboy has to understand that his posting here's a privilege not a right and apply due discretion. I may entertain no further questions on this matter. I am being lenient by even allowing his new monicker. You have no right to ban 'Cheers01'. There are other thread appropriate for new muslim-to-be converts that you could have posted the link to, instead of encouraging further talks about 'dawar' in order to further derail an already derailed topic. What you did is nothing less of a despotic moderator. Cheers01: Ah Fellis! Great answer. What is so great about his/her answer? You don't even sound like the logicboy whose analytical approach I usually savour. You don't even seem to know the meaning of a 'skeptic'. How can't you see where 'fellis' argument crumbles on itself. You are there commending him. I think you somehow deserve the banning. You could have won this thread of yours but instead you allowed it to be hijacked like 911, only to plunged back at you by getting banned on your own thread. Let me show you 'a way' of how you ought to have answered Felix The Cat. fellis: This topic wasn't deleted?Heh! Heh! You fellis think you made sense abi? Anyway you tried sha! I'll give you 2/10 and until you come up with something better kindly take a look at the bolded^^^ According to your argument, you asserted that the concept of omnipotence is only entitled to a creator who "lives in a realm that is greater than the earthly realm”...okay agreed....but wasn't allah or yaweh credited with the creation of the world(earth)? So if he has the capacity to create an earthly realm which is lesser to the realm he lives in, then why can't he create such a rock that he can't move/lift in a lesser realm he created? I hope you realise the obvious ïllogic 'Cheers01' was unable to detect in your response, because he was too perplexed by your 'perspective' to the issue. I have thought about the omnipotent paradox so deep that it can't be self-resolved. Its an epitome of a contradiction. Cheers01: Can Allah create a substance that he can not destroy?Even common men have created certain chemical compounds that can't be destroyed. Cheers01: Can Allah create aIf he can, then he is not a God, but if he can't then wouldn't make him better than the scientists who created Doomsday! Doomsday killed his creators and yet they made him. |

davidylan: i am a scientist... are you?Davidylan you are... |
MacDaddy01: lolI have seen it. Buddhist been the highest. Let me ask you, do you think pagans/supernaturalists would accept theory of evolution? |
cyrexx: no problem,First if all, the ancient Yorubas never sought for the origin of the universe hence your usage of Cosmology doesn't apply. Notice I used 'Yoruba Cosmogony' - been that the ancient Yorubas understood the world and beyond according to the extensive verses in Ifa. It is somehow odd to use 'scientific cosmology' because Astronomy itself is branch of science wherein cosmology branches out as an area that strictly deals with investigating the origin of the universe and how its various component relate to each other, what laws governs them, etc point is while cosmology is exclusive to science, cosmogony isn't. Chinese cosmogony is different from Hindu cosmogony i.e. the way different culture, different cosmogony. Whatever the degree of knowledge of the universe to the ancient Yorubas is, it is from Ifa. Science too entered the 'cosmogony' fray with its own theoretical contributions fed from Cosmology. I hope you understand the difference. You asked why hasn't no one published anything regarding the truth about these things i keep pointing at. Well, let me ask you...what sort of individual can do that in Nigeria or Yorubaland, when everyone is busy chasing money with a corrupt mindset, where most who even know the truth about all these things don't care whether the world need know about, some who uses it careless about a video documentary so far it serves his/her selfish purpose. Someone who could be enthusiastic enough to develop a complete treatise about it would face both internal and external persecution from our over-religious societies thus getting discouraged since no support. Is it the sort of people I have approached about the James Randi paranormal challenge explaining how Yoruba Advanced Science can be used to prove to the organisation 'evidence of a supernatural power' and the mind of reply I got are euphemism for statement like 'why going about the devils work', 'devils got job for an idle hand', even the practitioners of these YAS are scared of revealing because they falsely think the white aren't interested in any challenge, only A scheme to steal what's left of their secrets to supernatural powers. Something I suspect to be due to intimidation from white man's creation of phone, cars, aeroplane, bomb etc |
cyrexx: normally i ignore people who demonstrate gross ignorance as to deny the scientific truth of evolution and big b4ng theory but let me just make an exception hereI love your above analogy, these black religionists need to realise how 'lugubrious' they sound. But How can you say: cyrexx: creationism is a myth, an educated mind should not be tied down to a myth like our forefathers used to be.Speaking for the Yorubas, our fore-fathers never had any myths nor created any myth to rationalise the whatever phenomenon they couldn't understand. The meaning of myth is different from a believe system, the Yorubas/Oduans had their own unique cosmogony. A myth in all ramification is something that can be said be to neither true nor false. Odin, Zeus and Thor can be classified under myth. But Shango can't be. You know why? Seek for a Shango priest and offer him a wager that his Shango crap is nothing but a myth further challenging him that the 'edan shango thing is nothing but an anthropological object which qualifies to be considered as a crude work of art best appreciated at a museum. Then come back and relate to us your experience afterwards. |
MacDaddy01: Damn, you're ignorant!Sorry o! MacDaddy since when did the leaders of Catholic church and Anglicans started giving scientific hypo-conclusions any considerations much less of "accepting"?
|
Pastor Kun: And where is the 'overwhelming' evidence for the delusional theory of evolution with all the wide gaps and missing links? If any anything at all PROOF of intelligent design is all glaring us all in the face. The evolution myth is the most idiotic 'theory' science as come up with. I fail to imagine how anybody with a grannule of brain cell in his head can believe such utter rubbish.Ah! As a religionist it means you either accept one out of the two other alternatives regarding the origin of human i.e. The Stork Baby Myth or The Creationist account. White and Arab man came up with religion (Christianity and Islam) used it as a mechanism to grab the lands of those they perceived weak in their undeclared quests for supremacy i.e. The English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and Germans. They took control of the defeated lands and channelled it both human and material/natural resources to develop theirs. With the aid of religion, they had reasons to wipe the native Indians off their ancestral lands and with the justification from the book of the same religion, they brought your enslaved fathers to work the usurped land. Sugar plantations, cotton fields, black human labours etc. I have no problem with all that....it has happened and that's it. But what seems to give me migraine is: Now, today - the later generations of some of these whites are not only remorseful about the heinous deeds of their past fathers from Europe, some of them are even proving through science and tech that man evolved from Australopithecus Africanus and you Pastor Kunt, a member of a religiously brain-washed modern generations is yelling 'blashphemy' by acknowledging the Abrahamic creationist concept which was forced down the throat of your defenceless great-grandfather who in turn pushed it down your grand-father's throat who then dumped it down your father's who also did the same down your own throat which I'm sure you must have rammed it down your son's throat who will also shove it down his own son's throat including the demonization of his ancestral traditional believe systems and to condemn anything about the Theory of Evolution. This is clear evidence of a post neo-colonialistic-mental enslavment. The most effective of all human conditioning.

Abyjah: LolYes, If you truly want learn or witness practical, and don't forget to shoot one or two demonstrations for MacDaddy to see on YouTube. |
Abyjah: Let's hope he's got as much as I crave for. What exactly do you crave for? Maybe I might broach on it in my write up. |
Don't call it "occult". It makes one rather uncomfortable. "African mysticism" is a better designation to it.
African Mysticism still doesn't cut it. Mysticism signifies something still recondite....the Yoruba Advanced Sciences I shall be elaborating on is understandable and empirically re-enactable in laboratory conditions but the problem is no one has, or is ready to make extensive study on them, patiently analyse them, painstakingly classify them, conduct experiment on them in order to derive supernatural laws and or theories realising where it may complement, aid, or be apply to solve in some area of present scientific problems....the reason is because anyone who could have done these researches have been led to believe they are 'powers from Satan the Devil' never to be involved with. At one time, the prospect of human flying would be considered Heresy, but today Popes, Bishops, Friar, Deacon and Imams fly Boeings - thanks to the knowldge of science and technology adapted from unrestricted observations and study of aves, and the natural world....inspired thru those not-too religious whites who read to their kids stories about Wizard Merlin's capabilities including flying-craft innovation...folklore or not. Da'Vinci didn't just start thinking up impossible innovations, he got inspired from somewhere...which I suspect it to be dispersals from Africa. |
Abyjah: Practical? Will it be in PDF format?PDF? Are you been sarcastic? |
Abyjah: Same here, and it better be practical.Sorry to disappoint you. My write up isn't about practicals but it's kind of like an incomplete treatise or thesis, I don't even know what to call it gan sef. If you desire practical, haba! Go visit the real Abija Oloro, otherwise...just stay tuned. |
Enlightened1: @Ghostofsparta... I am still waiting for your thread on Yoruba esoteric knowledge you promised to start.. I can't wait for you to start the thread..Ogbeni I'm still working on it. It ain't easy typing it on a BB storm 2. The most difficult part is converting complex explanation to textual form just so any reader would easily grasp what I intend to convey without bias. |
