A twitter user @rene_noire shared how an unknown man speeds out of the bush and jumps on a moving plane at an airport in Lagos.

The user narrated how the plane was on the runway set for take-off when the unidentified man sped out of the bush. The pilot upon noticing this, immediately stopped the plane. Minutes later after the pilot halted the plane, the man was spotted stepping out the engine, this time around without his bag.

According to reports, the passengers were scared and were stuck on the runway for 30 minutes before security operatives managed to rescue them. The user stated that though FAAN operatives got to the scene 23 minutes into the incidence, they were scared to approach the unknown man. So they had to wait another 7 minutes before security operatives showed up.

However, the unknown man has been apprehended by the airport security operatives and has been taken into custody. Passengers have also disembarked their flight.

Rumors have been flying around about a relationship between BBNaija housemates, Gedoni and Kimoprah.

Three weeks into the house, BBNiaja housemates have been entertaining viewers with so much drama and viewers on the other hand have been getting entertained as well as getting to know about the housemates. Some viewers even go as far conducting research about the housemates, some wanting to see if their social status outside the game matches the one in the house.

Apparently, there has been a lot of digging concerning the relationship between two housemates, Gedoni and Kimoprah. Speculations have been flying around regarding an intimate relationship between the duo and has since been an issue of deliberation amongst viewers who have been questioning Gedoni’s interest in Khafi.

The evicted housemate, Kimoprah, reveals she once dated Gedoni. In the interview, she mentioned how her and Gedoni started dating when she was in 200l in UNIPORT and that the relationship only lasted for a 5 months before they parted ways and surprisingly met at the Big Brother house.

Few days after Wizkid’s 3rd babymama, Jada dumps Wizkid and accuses him of physically abusing her, Jada denies saying it and claims she was hacked.

Social media was torn apart by the news of Wizkid abusing Jada and has since left so many questioning Wizkid’s actions and also the integrity of the story shared by Jada.

However, Jada has denied making such claims about having issues with Wizkid or the statement made was written by her hands. She claims her phone was hacked and her instagram was compromised but has been recovered.

This year’s Big Brother Naija has so far seen some housemates who seem to have been emotionally attracted to one another and as they spend more days together, they tend to reveal private things about them.

Pepper dem housemates, Gedoni and Khafi have shown interest in themselves and the camera has caught both parties sharing intimacy on several occasions. Just recently, Khafi and Gedoni were having an intense conversation when Khafi revealed to him how she has been celibate for eight years before. The housemate claimed her decision was triggered by her conversion from a Muslim to a Christian which gives a justification of how much self control she possesses.

Following the news that broke the internet in the early hours of today where Jada allegedly accused Wizkid of physically abusing on several occasions, Davido has somehow been caught up amidst the allegation.

The news has stirred an uproar among so many social media users including the DMW boss, Davido who liked a particular user's comment pointing out how Jada used to openly regard herself as Wizkid's favorite babymama and the need for women to support each other.

However, Davido’s reaction to the comment has since created a debatable concern for Davido’s stand on the issue.

Wizkid’s 3rd babymama, Jada calls off work relationship with Wizkid following accusations of domestic violence.

Jada made this announcement on instagram in a post she shared on her Instastory revealing how she has been covering up for him for years and she can no longer put up with the abuse. Although she has deleted the post, so many have managed to capture it before she brought it down.

The news which has since gone viral and has put so many in shock and disbelief of Wizkid’s capability to do some of such nature. While so many social media users have conclusively resorted to condemning this act, there are others who think its a publicity stunt.

Domestic violence, for a while has been an issue of concern in many homes these days and has been heavily condemned by so many. However, a facebook user with the name Wayne Michaels, has made a claim that if a man hits a woman, he is only trying to correct her.

Wayne took to his facebook to advice women on how to live with a man that hits them and in his claims, he warned women to desist from doing the same thing that angered her man in the first place. He added that if a man is the first to hit his woman, she should not try to hit him back as it would lead to more blows and be termed as ‘wife beating’.

Ever since the inception of the dance step depicted by Nairamarley in his latest song, ‘Soapy’ has been heavily criticized by the highs and lows of the internet community.

Many are of the opinion that the dance step is too suggestive and morally disturbing, especially as it mimics the position of a man who is pleasuring himself.

Davido, unbothered by the controversy revolving around the song, puts his body into work by imitating the dance step whilst playing the song in the background. He also went to mimic Zlatan’s latest dance step, ‘Gbeku’.

It was first Ella to bid the Big Brother House farewell followed by KimOphra making them the 2nd pair of housemates to get evicted in the second week of the game.
This came as a shocker to viewers at home as they can’t ascertain or even predict what Biggie has in store for the rest of the housemates.

However, some housemates have been struck by cupid after confessing their feelings for each other thereby marking their territory amongst other housemates. Khafi and Gedoni were to first to strike their affair but while taking things slow between each other, Mercy and Ike have expressed deep affection for each other saying they intend to continue with the affair even after the house. But for Diane, Tuoyo, and Nelson, there is a love triangle going on between the trio. Diane has consistently shown she’s so into Nelson, whereas Tuoyo confessed to having strong feelings for Diane leaving her less committed though she seems to be enjoying the attention she is getting from the young men.

It’s week 3 of the BBNaija show leaving a total of 17 housemates (10 guys and 7 girls) to compete for the big price. Going by their usual Monday ritual where they compete for the Head of House challenge before a winner emerges, Biggie tasked them a ‘Memory Challenge.’..

The Muslim Rights concern (MURIC) has voiced out to the Presidency to ban Nigeria’s biggest reality tv show, Big Brother Naija over claims of sexual immoralities depicted in the show.

The Islamic human rights organization made their cry in a press release made via their official website that the tv show features extremely romantic scenes among the housemates.

The Founder and Director, Professor Ishaq Akintola, on Friday, 12th July, 2019 revealed the body’s objection against the show and went further to label the show as immoral, dangerous, Bohemian and ‘Satanic’.

Rapper AKA has received an honorary of defeat from Nigerians on Twitter after bragging about the prediction of Bafana Bafana of South Africa defeating Super Eagles of Nigeria at yesterdays match which held at Cairo International Stadium.

It was already looking like a good game for the Super Eagles after winning 1 goal to nil in the first half leading the match and soon after South Africa equalized during the second-half. Subsequently, Nigeria overshadowed the Bafana Bafana thrashing them 2-1 in the quarter-final clash.

Following the outcome of the game, Nigerians flooded Aka’s timeline after his country’s loss to Nigeria in #AFCON2019 .

Nigeria’s population has hit an estimated 198 million people, the National Population Commission (NPC) has announced. The development was made public by the acting national chairman of the commission, Yusuf Anka, at a media briefing on the 2019 World Population Day in Abuja on Tuesday, July 9, Vanguard reports who said the NPC had arrived at the figure through application of appropriate census tools.


Speaking on on Population Day, with the theme, “25 Years of ICPD: Accelerating the Promise,” Anka urged stakeholders and the media to urgently set an agenda for the conduct of population census in the country. He said: “Fundamentally, it is even more imperative now that Nigeria should undertake the next census in the light of the recommendations of the United Nations, that census should be undertaken every 10 years. “The current population of Nigeria is about 198 million people.

A video surfaced online in late hours of yesterday showing a heated argument between two Senators, Abbo and Remi Tinubu.

Senator Abbo, who was spotted by a CCTV footage physically assaulting a lady at a intimacy gadget shop in a viral video, faced a disciplinary committee set up by the Senate to investigate his actions despite after openly apologizing and compensating the assaulted lady. Senator Remi Tinubu was part of disciplinary committee that conducted the trial against Senator Abbo.

However, a video showing Senator Abbo and Senator Remi Tinubu engaged in a war of words during the trial has since been the talking point across social media. Quite a lot of discussions have emerged around Remi Tinubu belittling and threatening Abbo with a suspension for his actions while other discussions, questions the integrity of Remi Tinubu.

Davido seems to be back with another fantastic freestyle but this time around he wasn’t in an interview session.

Following a video that surfaced online, Davido was seen freestyling in a studio session with famous beat producer, Sarz. The video has however since been a talking point on social media in what seemed like an expression of disgust by the producer to Davido’s freestyle. A Nigerian lady shared her horrific childhood molestation experience. The twitter user made this shocking revelation in a thread via twitter which has since triggered a whole lot of heartfelt messages  and apparently drew many other users to sympathize with her.

She narrated about how she was raped at a very young age of 5  by her mother's best friend's son right under the nose of her parents but could not tell them because of their strict nature. She also went on and explained how she tried several vices to escape from the shackles of her molester who raped her recurrently and got away with it but. The lady who is in her early forties said that the reason she voiced out was due to deteriorating effect the experience has been taking on her health as stated by her psychologist and psychiatrist.

A very popular twitter user @chydee hit the jackpot of an all-expense trip to Egypt following a tweet he directed at Access bank earlier today.

The twitter user whose birthday is today, boasted of owning three accounts with Access bank through a tweet he made in a bid to remind them of his birthday. He also went on to indulge them not to just say their wishes via text message alone since he was an active customer.

Probably tweeting with the intent to make a joke like twitter users are fondly known for,  Access bank replied and challenged him to a thousand retweets within 4 hours. Surprisingly, he garnered the retweets within 30 minutes.

Just few days after welcoming a son with his fiancee, Bukunmi, the indigineous rapper is set to be expecting a baby again, however, not from Bukunmi but from OAP Maria Okan.

According to reports, Maria approached Olamide to request for money  to terminate the pregnancy and return to the U.K when she discovered she was a month pregnant for him. Olamide obliged and gave her the sum of 2 million naira.

However, Olamide upon hearing that Maria decided to keep the pregnancy and efforts were not made to terminate the pregnancy, Olamide opened up to his then pregnant fiancée, Bukunmi, and he was forgiven.
