The fees paid in those schools are way lower to the quality of education offered in those schools. Several students are also on scholarship. That a church has trustees doesn't equate it with a stakeholder or does it connote for profit.

For example Elumelu can be sacked as a director of UBA but he can't be removed as the majority shareholder.

This invariably means Oyedepo can be sacked by the trustees of winners if they desire to, making any claims to the church properties illegitimate.
Even a mosque has trustees registered with CAC but I don't expect you to understand that.
