Yes ofcourse but talking from experience the embassy wont issue the visa,Like a guy here who has been denied twice.English courses are always good for those going for masters.

kunletune: Pls, i got admission into University of Applied science Hamburg for Bsc information engineering. I want to confirm what are the requirement for student visa in Nigeria and how hard is it especially the interview. Although i have checked online and i hv most requirements but pertaning to the blocked account i have an uncle in Nigeria here who can at least stand as a sponsor and give me a letter including his statement of account. I hope that will work out. Pls i need a response

Letter of introduction or statement of account just dont work for German embassy,Get either blocked account or a sponsorship letter from Germany.Read this thread very well cos your questions has been answered.

yes you better start looking for accommodation now,you can also try to see if there is any YMCA hostels near your school city.staying at hotel might cost you some money,You can also try to link up with someone that you could stay with for a while.

You have been rejected twice and you know its because of German language skills...Why dont you take your time to learn the language?Like i have always said ,The embassy careless about you getting admission or not but they will always look for an excuse to deny non-perfect document giving excuses,so why cant we try to satisfy them and do things once and for all.

If you refuse to do the right thing,I am afraid to tell you that they will still deny you again because they will think you've got hidden agendas.
