Officialgrl2: Hello guys, am new here, so forgive me if i haven't posted this topic in the right section

My flatmate, who happens to be my friend/ course mate broke up woth her long term boyfriend and simce rhen, she keeps bring questionable men to our shared apartment! She brings new guy almost every night even when we have lectures the next day. Now to make matter worst these guys always hv breakfast wirh her, she feeds them my OWN food.

I have complained about this, and she keeps saying the guys are in her room not mine, plus she can bring anyone she likes home.

While I understand it's not my place to judge her personal life, I'm not at all comfortable with her bringing strangers into the house. The chance of one this guys robbing or us or doing something worst is pretty high, since they all look rough and scary. I don't feel safe in a house I pay rent in. I start to lock my room, but I still don't feel safe.

So please guys how do you think I can solve this issue?Should i involve our landlord? i hv tried talking to her but it was all in vain. We are on holiday now so I have a lot of time to ask for advice before going back to uni.

Amanda6: dude A level isn't tesdaf, testdaf is test of german as a foreign language and it can be taken at geothe after the minimum of studying german 4 2 year, and it is very hard,u need to have 4 or 5 in all section to be admitted in universities, it is a language exam like toefl, the only one that can only be written in germany is the DSH. It can only be taken at respective schools u apply to,A Level is the cambridge advanced level. Even that, it is not even equivalant to the abitur, but they always pity people and accept it, the one eqivalent to d abitur is d IB.and A level no be lyk waec ooo, trust me u have to attend an A level school to pass the exam. If u get EFF as ur result thank god because to get AAA no easy.

I know and when discussing here in Germany and talking about direct entry we talk about either Testdaf or dsh which some of them know as A levels.

Anybody can google (ZAF) to read more about admission palava.

yes bro, i am aware of that sir unless if i want to go through student kolleg which will mandated me to learn german at goethe. Though i would jump at the opportunity if not for the fact that i am working and living in ondo state. To leave my job for a year is difficult since that is where the 1.8 million will come out,also b4 the end of the program at goethe,i might have expended the one i have able to save till now. Now this is what i,m thinking,are u sure that i can get the admission through A level? if yes,what type or examination body can i go for(as per the A level)? 2. can i collect open university form (NOUN) and after my first year,collect the transcript and apply? finally,what about ND result? I plan to learn the language to d level of A1 or A2 before leaving. God bless you all for your concern and help

Some people talk bout A levels,The A levels that the Germans accept is not something like Sat,Gmat or something for undergraduate,You must start from the scratch no short cut.A levels exams in German starts from (Testdaf) if you can pass that exam then you can get admitted to directly to a German university.That exam no be play and it cannot be written in Nigeria as they got no centres there.

You should be ready to do a lot of sacrifice for studying in Germany,If not you might not find it easy consigning the visa.Either you get admitted in Germany the embassy wont still give visa for some reasons cos there are some low ranking schools here too.

If you get admitted to Uni Konstanz and studien kolleg Bochum,your chances of getting visas is very low cos our dear brothers spoilt those schools as getting admission from them use to be cheap and easy.

topeajis: Sometimes if u O level result is much good like u carry many A,s them go give you the test to confirm if u can defend the result but mostly applied to bsc student have nt seen any msc student on the test @ the embassy..

You are definitely correct at the-same time,If you are going for strong courses like Engineering,computer science and more...Its like they give you written exam an you must scale through 50 percent cos once you fail No visa.They did this for my friend.

Just keep your finger crossed and keep praying,Its cos they doubt your answers that is why they gave you a short exam that they are gonna mark.No deadline but they will surely get back to you soon.

Dehonourable: did ur schl sent notificatn of admission thru email? If yes, den print it out & proceed for visa. But it seems u dnt even hav moni for d blockd account. Sponsorship frm south africa abi na belgium will neva be acceptable. Abegi, tell ur sponsors to send u wit 1.8 million into ur account it which u can use to open d blockd account. If dey can not give u d moni, I will advice u to relax wait till wen u can afford it. Studying abroad no be by force.

Ghanians certificates are much more recognize than Nigerians..who is giving you such fake info.You should always be proud of your Ghana certificate after graduation.

You need to know that education is very expensive out there more than in Nigeria cos they are treat you as a foreigner and ya gonna pay in Dollars.Everything is quite expensive in Ghana because they are not that friendly to foreigners.

But i also tell you that the security and social amenities are okay.You gonna enjoy what i called life out there.Alot of fun in Ghana.
