Obi won that election but we are not ready for this conversation.

Even Obi and Atiku know they lost.

Do you know that every agent gets a hard copy duplicate of the original polling unit results.

So when they were crying all over the place that results were not uploaded and that the whole election should be cancelled, don't you see that that alone is a statement of a loser.

Those duplicates would have been sent to their situation room which they all have and they already have a fair idea of how they performed. So irrespective of whatever modifications was done to the original copy, they had the real results.

That election was definitely not without irregularities but if you look at the scale you will see that even if all those irregularities are cancelled by the tribunal Obi and Atiku still lost the election.

We shall all be alive to see the end of their case.

In Nigeria of today election is won and lost at the polling unit, all thanks to BVAS.

If you know what election used to be in the past, you will appreciate this year's election as being credible and fair.

You are a very smart person.

Igbos should please learn from this 2023 election.

Igbos are supposed to be the ones accusing and attacking Yorubas for shortchanging Igbos after Yorubas produced Obasanjo for 8 years, produced Osinbajo a VP for 8 years, have produced Chief of Airforce, CJN, etc and still
rigged out a credible Igbo man Obi that won in February yet the same Yorubas are still the ones attacking Igbos and cursing Igbos online.

The whole world is watching.

Dear Yorubas, mark today that there is a living God and there are powers that control the affairs of men on earth, you guys will reap bountiful from this cup of hatred and bloodshed you have instigated against Igbos who ought to be crying marginalization.

You may think you are politically smart and having upper hand through Buhari's government, God and nature will visit your land and all the supporters of this evil.

And to all Igbos again, learn from this, stop investing foolishly, it is time to put on our thinking caps. I have learned a good lesson from this and will be deinvesting from Lagos and Southwest.

To all the Igbo ladies planning to marry Yorubas, watch your back, you are better single than married to the hater of your family because when the chips are down, they will remind you where you came from.

All Igbos must learn from this experience and it is time to activate international political lobbying for peaceful secession from people that hate us so much cos the union will never work and can never work.

Nigeria will never remain the same again.

Thank you Buhari
Thank you Mahmoud Yakubu
Thank you INEC
Thank you all the lovers of evil
Thank you to all supporters of evil

You all have won but it is not yet over! It is time for all well meaning Igbos to go back to the drawing board. This 2023 general election ought to teach every sensible Igbo man or woman a hard lesson about Nigeria and especially the true nature of The Yorubas.

When people peddle falsehood too long without anyone coming forward to dispute it, it becomes accepted as truth. GRV was not rejected because his mother or wife is Igbo.

GRV was rejected because of his disposition towards his supposed people the people he intended to govern, evident in his submissions online.

Stop twisting the narrative to suit your anger and justify your bitterness. You are spreading bitterness on a false premise.

This is the ignorance that you infect other people with. Nobody gave Yoruba anything.

You don't beg for power or expect it should be given to you out of pity, you negotiate and align with the forces that can bring about power shifting to you.

The Yorubas are not responsible for the poor outing of all the Igbos candidates that has so far contested. It is the Igbos that is responsible for their abysmal performance by not realising you need others to win. Politics is a game of numbers, unfortunately the numbers the Igbos have even if they have 100% of all the votes in the south east and 100% of that in the South South, it is not enough to win presidential elections.

Until you guys realise this, every election cycle igbos will continue to lose. That very thing you abuse we the Yorubas for, calling us names just cos we allign and network with others regions is all that the Igbos need to win a presidential seat.

Politics / Re: Message To Igbo People In Lagos. by Godspikin: 11:41pm On Mar 18, 2023
elefind:
MESSAGE TO IGBO PEOPLE IN LAGOS.

One of the few lessons I learnt from today's gubernatorial election in Lagos, is that I have no reason to engage in local politics among the indigenous people of Lagos. I think this should be my last time to campaign for any governorship candidate in Lagos. I will urge all Igbo people resident in Lagos to withdraw from supporting or voting for any gubernatorial candidate of any party during gubernatorial elections in Lagos. We need to give the Yoruba people chance to select or elect whoever they like to govern them. We will support whoever they elected as their governor. Tribalism and ethnic sentiments are real in Nigeria.

If we want to campaign for a gubernatorial candidate, lets campaign for any candidate of our choice contesting for elective position in our various states of origin even though we lives in Lagos. This is not only applicable to Lagos but all the Yoruba and non Igbo states. Remember that we Igbo people has ability to relate with anybody even if they elected king Nebuchadnezzar, it is not our business but we will relate with the governor and still get what we wanted.

We might be tempted to support a particular candidate we felt is better than whom the indigenous Yoruba people felt is their choice. But we must resist every attempt to endorse anyone of them. It is time we start to disassociate ourselves from any Yoruba politician hoping to win an election with the block votes of Igbo people living in Lagos. Enough of this please. Let him go and convince his fellow Yoruba people to vote for him and stop hoping to win election with our votes. The Yoruba people must stop seeing every election in Lagos as contest between the Igbo people and the Yorubas.

It is also high time Igbo people begin to transfer their polling units to Southeast for those of us living outside Igboland but would like to participate in governorship election of our state. We will travel down to Southeast when it is time to elect president and the governors. But if we can't transfer our polling units to SOUTHEAST, let's stop voting during gubernatorial election in each state of the federation. But we can go out and vote for our favorite presidential candidate.

It is obvious that many Yoruba people that supported Peter Obi during presidential election did so because of fear of Tinubu's Muslim/Muslim ticket. They voted Peter Obi not because they like him, it is because he is more preferred than having Tinubu and Shettima in Aso Rock . If another popular Southwestern politician was contesting for presidency with Muslim/Christian ticket, they would have voted him than voting Peter Obi. Only few Yorubas are supporting Peter Obi based on his capacity and competence.

Today's gubernatorial election was a total waste of taxpayers money. This is not an election. Now I agree that NIGERIA is a failed state. Police couldn't even protect the themselves not to talk of protecting the voters .

As for me, let Peter Obi withdraw his court case against INEC and APC . Let him concentrate on snatching all Southeastern states from our good-for-nothing politicians and raise a crop of 21st century politicians that will govern all the states in Igbo land and turn them into livable and prosperous states.

Many Nigerians are not ready for real change. They wanted to change failures we have in Aso Rock as leaders but they never wanted to change same corrupt politicians operating in their states.

Copied

There is a lot of sense in your post sir. I agree with most of what you said.

However, I disagree on the fact that igbos should not participate in local elections of their resident state. I believe they should but the manner of their participation in this year's election has been nothing but offensive and this has been going on for a while but this year's election is the climax.

The igbos made it look like they are all that the LP needs to win. A party ought to be a melting pot of different people and ideas. Even when you x-ray those who were involved in the campaign for the party and those that are running the party you will discover it is predominantly igbos, how do you expect others not to see the obvious tribal agenda behind it, go and study the formation and growth of the ACN, that metarmophosed into APC, in all the northern states then, it was the locals that controls the structure of the party but check LP in other states outside the South East

I also disagree with the fact that some of our Yoruba brothers who voted for Obi voted because of his capacity and competence. When it comes to capacity and competence Tinubu beats Obi hands down, because what parameters would you use to measure that but the capacity that they have shown in the past when they both had the opportunity to govern their respective states. You don't measure capacity and competence based on promises....I will do this, I will do that... NO.
You measure capacity and competence based on previous records of achievements.

As a matter of fact Obi is neither competent nor does he have capacity. Most of our brothers voted because they were brainwashed with religion and most see Shettima as an extremist. Some others too because of Tinubu's age and health but these issues aren't as serious as it was made to appear, it was blown out of proportion by propaganda. If you want to talk about the gaffes, almost all of the three leading candidates at one point or the other made mistakes, or is it the numerous lies Obi was dropping all over the place. Also some because of End SARS issue. What they do not know is that even Obi is complicit in SARS killings. He had to even secure an injunction to stop the Anambra government from making inquiries into his government's involvement in the senseless massacre carried out by James Nwafor under Obi's watch, where innocent civilians were killed and tagged MASSOB members. You can watch the video in this link for more clarity.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CeOwDzhmGo0

Most Yoruba people do not like extremist. Thats why there are so many nominal christians and nominal moslems in the Southwest. People who bear Joseph and Sodiq but in reality are not Christians or Muslims. The only time some people remember their religion is when they have to fill it on a form.

NapoleonHill:
The influence and meddling of the Igbos in SW politics has returned Sanwo Olu as governor. It also got sympathy votes for Tinubu in some quarters among the Yorubas.

What makes it worse is, many of the Yoruba who pushed the Obi narrative could not bear a Chinedu administration in Lagos. We all know he has more leaning towards the Igbo tribe than the Yoruba.

To make matters worse, this accidental opportunist of a governorship candidate cannot compose a simple sentence in yoruba without sounding like a toddler who's learning to speak, even if it means rehearsing it a million times.

The Igbos, who had thought the presidential election result in Lagos was their doing alone, soon realised there's a missing piece this time. This election is different and the environment is hostile.

If you're still wondering what the missing piece is, it's simple and clear. The Yorubas withdrew their support.

You are very correct OP.

Ambode would have won this election with a very wide margin. I also think Doherty would have won too maybe with a slim margin.

If an Omoluabi had been on the ballot, some brainwashed Yorubas who voted for Obi would have still voted for the LP candidate but alas, some of those who were brainwashed regained their senses when they saw the level of hate and bitterness displayed in this GRV's posts on social media in the past.

GRV use im own hand kill himself for having that level of bitterness towards the people he intended to lead. Yorubas already could feel the bitterness in an average Igbo man, he exhibited it and other igbos too supported him in doing so.

It is pertinent to state that this bitterness is unwarranted. The Yorubas are very accommodating. It was Nigeria that fought the Igbos in the Biafran war and not the Yorubas and after the war those who had properties in Lagos got their properties back, same can not be said of the Ikwerres and other tribes close to the Igbos, yet that generation had fed their offsprings with so much bile that an average Igbo man hates the Yoruba with passion.

Also, this guy is the least competent of all the front runners.
He stutters as if he has some speech problem. Lagos economy is too big to be handed over to such a fellow. He has not shown capacity at all.

You are not in tune with the politics of your state. I just hope you are not part of those shouting LP from top to bottom in Lagos.

APC winning Benue is solely cos the APC candidate is the popular candidate in this election and also because the incumbent is a total disaster.

By popular I mean he is the most loved by the voting populace.

That's the only reason, that's why I laugh when people were doubting what APC got in Benue during the Presidential Elections

We southwesterners are rooting for LP to win most, if not all the South east states. We want to see if all the backwardness in that region that is being attributed to the PDP will stop. Most of the governors in that region are classic examples of failure.

Umahi has been exceptional though. Even Imo that we thought would experience some meaningful development under APC was a total disaster with both Okorocha and the present governor.

If LP can bring meaningful development to the region, it will be a good selling point to use in winning a national election. If LP wants to remain relevant and take over completely as the main opposition parties, these governors have to deliver excellently, then the party can put forward one of them who has good alliance with the North west or North East and significant alliance in either the south west or North Central. That's how to win National election and not this emotional blackmail fueled by propaganda using tribe and religion.

If that happens, all the LP governors will come together to make cases against both inec, fg, Constitution, and the judiciary for justice to prevail, which will fasten the whole process for Peter obi to be pronounced the rightful winner of the 2023 presidential election.

Because, I actually meant that Tinubu would be times-three of whatever Buhari was in the last 8-years.

So, what exactly would you describe Buhari with??

Is it “Progress”.. Just as your mind believed..?
Or is it “Failure”??

Do you know there are people who had positive personal experience during this same Buhari tenure. I am not talking about political appointees. I am talking about people who are not directly connected to government who made significant progress under this very Buhari regime.

As for me I am hopeful that the incoming government would perform and I am also hopeful that I will make significant progress either the government performs or not.

I will also like to tell you that bringing about a positive and significant change in Nigeria is not exclusive to a single individual or exclusive to just one person. As a matter no single individual has that power.

The truth is right now, I feel like going somewhere for a while. I feel like I need rest. Somewhere I can forget about all my problems and breathe a fresh air.
My husband has not been honest with me since the beginning of this marriage and I doubt if this is an attitude of a man that loves

He has always been in debt even before I married him. and he wouldn't let me know what he do with the money he keeps borrowing from people. Even my friends I introduced to him, he is owning them and can't pay back.

The bad side is, he borrows and stop picking their calls not respond nicely to them.
He behalves badly to them.
I'm suspecting he's into some kind of addiction that demands money. Maybe gambling but he wouldn't tell me.
He's constantly on his phone.

He is owning loan app everywhere. To the extent that the app had to send hurrible messages to his contact's lists including his bosses, office colleagues and my relatives.
It's so embarrassing and tiring.
He has apologized several times that I should give him time to work on himself to stop an addiction, but he refused to explain what it is. Claiming that I might leave him if I know.
But he has not changed abit.
We are always hungry in this house. No baby food for my 6months old baby, no pampers and everything is total struggle. I quit my job last year but I'll soon start job search once my baby grow a little.
In this house, If I don't look for food, then, we starve, I don't look for means of getting pampers, food, wears, then my baby will suffer, because his daddy is not capable of providing anything for us. It's so annoying.

I have dreams before I married him, but right now, I feel lost. There's no romance, no love, no affection in this marriage anymore, as I wouldn't even let him touch me because of the stress, suffer he constantly brings on us.

Money I raised to start up a business, (340k) I ended up using it to pay for his debt last two months because the people were always coming to embarrass us in the house and neighbors were coming to pleade on our behalf. I had to clear up the loan, yet he couldn't explain what he did with the money.
With that start up capital, I would have been growing by now, but here I am. Still at the zero point.

I'm really tired
I'm so confused here.
What should I do?
What would you advise?

More than 1,000 Igbo youths were killed by Awkuzu Sars while Peter Obi was Governor, none of you hypocrites including that Agulu nkita called Peter Obi said anything. Today, you are asking stupid questions about Lekki.

The Igbos killed by Peter Obi's administration in Anambra, are they lesser humans than those in

God bless you bro for not joining the bandwagon. Peter Obi is nothing but a scam and an opportunist. The whole obidients movement is nothing but a hogwash built on lies and propaganda.

Check out this interview of someone who was a victim of Peter Obi's wickedness and who was a witness to the numerous killings by Akwuzu SARS sanctioned by Peter Obi.

One question all these ignoramus obidients failed to ask their Messiah is why did he obtain a court injunction to stop the enquiry into the activities of SARS under his government. SanwoOlu was open, he even constituted the panel of inquiry but their Messiah rushed to get an injunction when the state government wanted to investigate.

You can see how silly you sound.. The comparison is between GRV and Babajide, but you ended up calling Obi as the only defense mechanism as if that has answered the question of why the Lekki massacre.

Can you explain what triggered the Aukuzu massacre if there was any just the post has illustrated that soldiers shot pretesters. I don't know your interest in blackmailing Obi

I am currently listening. These people are batshit crazy. They are talking about doxxing supreme Court justices and their children. Obi can no longer tame the monster he has created.

If they go ahead to carry out this their evil agenda, I see innocent Igbo people paying for this.

Even though those who support Obi cuts across all the tribes, the way Nigerians will react will be different.

It is better we are not brought down that path by ignorant and foolish people. The funny part is that most of those fanning the embers may not be resident here, just as Nnamdi Kanu was giving orders on where to burn and what to destroy during the Endsars saga and he himself was not physically present in the country.

The person whose mandate they think they are fighting for already knows he lost. Every agent has a copy of the original hard copy results that was used in collation, by now they would have computed the results with that. They know they lost, they just want to stay relevant.

Beautiful speech.

I have no regrets supporting BAT. None at all.

We are hopeful that you will leave beautiful memories in the minds of even the nay sayers.

Nigeria shall be great again.

I just hope the enthusiasm of the nay sayers is borne out of the desire for a greater Nigeria and not otherwise.

So, whatever that happened under Buhari,, we are expecting triple of it under him.

Our mind is very powerful. If that's what you believe in your mind that you will experience under this government, I don't see you experiencing anything different.
