Even though a Republican state legislature passed a bill to enable the mail in ballots to be used for this specific election.

They are saying the bill passage is not enough but a whole constitutional amendment was needed.

So in essence, the republican state house of rep in Pennsylvania is taking itself to court for its own Incompetence

NB: both the state supreme court and federal supreme court already threw out similar cases


So it's no longer fraud but an attempt to throw out votes that have already been casted that they believed favoured the democrats.
