In March 2002, Lawrence Agada, an assistant pastor who was a cashier with the Lagos Sheraton Hotels and Towers, donated cash and gifts totaling N39 million to the church. In appreciation, Oyakhilome wrote Agada: “May God, who gives seed to the sower and bread for eating, multiply your seeds in Jesus name.” Rather than receive God’s blessings, Agada became a guest of the police when his employers discovered that he had stolen from them to give to the church. Agada’s employers also insisted that Oyakhilome should refund the money. But the church issued a statement admitting that Agada made donations, but refused to make a refund.

A year later, Gbenga Kehinde, another member, donated to the church in similar circumstances. Then an assistant manager with Eko International Bank, Kehinde stole about N40 million from his employers and donated N10 million to the church.

Thanks guys for your help. The problem has been solved. Now, my question is, is it possible to upgrade the video memory? Mine is just 16MB and I want to upgrade to like 64MB. Is there any software I can download just to help upgrade, or do I need to get a new video card?

I have Everest Ultimate Edition and it gives me a very detailed information concerning everything about my computer. The GPU hardware model on this PC is nVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro.

I can't remove the card. It's integrated with the motherboard.

Ever since I formatted my PC, I have not been able to recover the Adapter Information. That is, all the Chip Type, DAC Type, Memory Size, Adapter String, and Bios Information. I have downloaded the driver for the Graphics Processor (NVIDIA GeForce and TNT2), but the installation has been unsuccessful. Each time I try installing, I keep getting this message:

"The NVIDIA software could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Set up will now exit."

Someone should PLEASE tell me what to do, as I cannot play some nice games on this pc anymore.

Grouppoint, are you saying now that, even though God has the power to prevent all things, he doesn't necessarily have to interfere in all our matters?  Since God knew what Satan would do to mankind, why did He still allow him?  Or are you trying to say God takes delight in the suffering of mankind, all in the name of "exercising our freewill"?

The is my point of contention.  Why didn't/can't God just prevent angels, men from falling?  He has the power to do so.  He knows we're humans and not everyone can do his will.  And again, he created hell fire for those who will fall, never to rise again? 

Why can't he just prevent all these and allow everyone live a beautiful, peaceful, lovely life without the devil and all he has to offer?

Perhaps, that verse was never meant to be interpreted literally.

Now, Grouppoint, one thing that bothers me is this:  Why did God create Lucifer, knowing fully well that he'll rebel against Him, become the devil, and bring all sorts of calamities to mankind?  Don't tell me God did not know all these was going to happen, afterall, He is omniscient. And since He knew, why didn't He just prevent it? Afterall, He's omnipotent.

I've been banned for 'attacking' members of the forum on two different occasions.  On one of the occasions, I was banned for 1 week, but he later unbanned me on the 5th day.

God is omniscient. He already knows those that will receive the preachings at the end of the day. So why appoint pastors to preach the Word at all?

There was an atheist couple who had a child. The couple never told their daughter anything about the Lord.

One night, when the little girl was 5 years old, the parents fought with each other and the dad shot the Mom, right in front of the child. Then, the dad shot himself. The little girl watched it all.

On the first day of Sunday School, the foster mother told the teacher that the girl had never heard of Jesus, and to have patience with her. For the four days she has been in the net of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), she has continued to excrete wraps of a substance suspected to be cocaine.

As at Tuesday evening, the woman, who was arrested on Saturday at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos, on her way to England, had excreted 92 wraps of the substance and continues to excrete more.

According to security sources, the lady was still being held at the NDLEA office located within the terminal building where she was being given injection to aid the excretion of the drugs.

She was to board Virgin Atlantic Airways’ morning flight to London on Saturday and was randomly picked by NDLEA officials shortly after passing through the FAAN security screening point.

The actress, who wore white jeans and a white shirt, was thereafter taken to the NDLEA office where her body X-ray was taken, the process which revealed the hidden drugs.

She was said to be travelling with a few copies of her latest home video tapes entitled “Orun re”. The source also disclosed that NDLEA officials were still investigating the source of the drug and the barons behind its aborted exportation.

Meanwhile, the detained actress has been suspended indefinitely by the Association of Nigeria Theatre Practitioners (ANTP). An official statement signed by ANTP’s publicity secretary, Mr. Gbenga Debayo, on behalf of the association, condemned the act.

“The association is embarrassed, we expect artistes to be above board. Though we are not constituting ourselves a judge over this matter, for the fact that she can conduct herself in a manner that will make her a suspect in a crime like drug trafficking which we always preach against and to the best of her knowledge, is what ANTP will never associate itself with.

“She’s, therefore, placed on indefinite suspension and the association will not hesitate to take more drastic measures if she’s eventually found guilty, ” the statement read.

A popular Yoruba movie actress, Hassanat Akinwande Taiwo, popularly known as Yetunde Wunmi, has been arrested by officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for cocaine trafficking. Yetunde Wunmi, P.M. News gathered, was arrested last Saturday night on her way to London. Investigations revealed that she was about to board a Virgin Atlantic plane at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Ikeja, Lagos, when eagle-eyed NDLEA officials caught her.

She was said to have been injected to excrete the cocaine she swallowed. As at the time of filing this report, the actress had excreted 92 wraps of cocaine (condom-size) and was still excreting more. A top NDLEA official described her action as unprecedented. “Can you believe it, she has excreted 92 wraps of cocaine and she is yet to finish. This is unprecedented. This will tell you the quantity of the drug she swallowed,” he revealed.

The source disclosed further that the agency cannot determine the weight or quantity of the drug she ingested yet until she finishes excreting the drugs. “We are waiting for her to finish her shit before we start interrogation,” he added. P.M.News gathered further that the light-complexion woman would be taken to the Shaw Road, Ikoyi office of NDLEA after excreting the substances to undergo interrogation. According to the source, she would be expected to disclose the baron who sent her, her destination and whether she had been involved before. Sources said she was taken to her house at Mudashiru Awe Street,Yaba, in handcuffs yesterday during which her house was searched.

But why would God give man freewill, knowing fully well that some will misuse it, thereby making them not to make heaven. I suppose God actually wants everyone to make heaven, right?

This is a question asked in simple English.  Is God really omniscient?  If you can explain things to us, please do.  Personally, I'm all ears.  But I begin to get annoyed when I start seeing posts like "Read your Bible", "Pray to God", "Ask the Holy Spirit", etc.

If viewed, thought and analyzed meticulously, you will see that the omniscient nature of God (by human definition) and the freewill of man contradict in every aspect.
