Politics › Re: Towards Igbo-yoruba Unity And Coalition by googi: 3:06pm On May 09, 2019
At some point most Nigerians have to accept that this unitary system has failed. We need to go back to at least 6 regional areas.

Instead of Southerners to accept that Northerners have outsmarted them at every rule they have promulgated like the unitary system, they keep blaming one another.

You cannot change the rule in the middle or end of the game to win.

Let everyone go back to their tents and show us what they are capable of. Don't blame your failure on others.

The worst mistake Awolowo made was coming to the Federal. The West has gone backwards since.

If you developed your region, investment and talents would be on the que to come in. It is then up to you to determine which you want.

Stay in your lane make I pass.

The major problem is that we're not yet a nation, we're still forcing ourselves on eachother, that's d reason we vote with tribal sentiments.

That's d beginning of our misfortune.
Sir, when are we going to become a Nation when we had civilized Empires before the rest of the world until they come and destroyed us to recruit slaves and natural resources to build their nation's?

What has a Nation got to do with developing our individual villages for basic water, food and projects that can make us comfortable at home without venturing out for basic survival.

The reason we have become selfish willing to sacrifice our neighbors is hunger at home. If the leaders want us to keep coming back to them for stomach infrastructure, why should they teach us how to fish forever?

Right now it is the survival of the fittest, if I don't chop you, you go chop me.
Politics › Why Do We Pretend That We Do Not Know The Solutions by googi(op): 5:55pm On May 08, 2019
We know the solutions to the problems in Nigeria.

Go to any man or woman on the street, he will tell you what we all know but fail to do.

No, it is not our leaders alone because WE voted for them based on our parochial interest, celebrate them while looting us dry, throw a big welcome party for them when caught and sent to jail.

And more so when we visit them daily begging for stomach infrastructure we all can get from good policies and projects in our villages.

Oh, only God can save Nigeria?

We are hypocrites deceiving ourselves. Didn't one of them say they steal because we encourage them with no consequences?

Abi I lie

Honestly, we have to feel sorry for ourselves for electing these types of leaders to rule all over Nigeria. Could Labor Party or another party do better north, south and center?

Oh I forgot, Oshimole did not contest in Labor Party and Mimiko went back to PDP.

All the Nigerian professors from London School of Economics, Cambridge, Harvard, McGill universities could not help Nigeria, certificate or diploma course none of the universities in Lagos can teach will help this son of a looter.

Another extacode abi. Tonda fire your ass!
Politics › Re: Why Nigerians Living In Nigeria Are Useless by googi: 1:53pm On May 08, 2019
Yes, there is little one can cheer about our leaders but we are the ones that elected crooks once they come from our villages.

Not only do we elect them again and again, we celebrate and defend them each time they are caught looting.

We never questioned how they got their foriegn vanities conspicuously displaced in our face, "gifted" to a few that are girlfriend and relatives when the same money can be invested in village projects, used to sponsor innovative ideas or improve solar technology, clean water from ocean and river flowing through our noses.

Then we echo "shiitass" country, city and villages others called us.

QUESTION! What are you doing in shiitass country, towns and villages if you come from shiitass cities and villages?

Stay there and turn it around so that your children will not leave home for another man's country, city and village. Stop pointing one finger while the rest point to you dumdumb .

OP, you made a mess of your good point by clouding it with uncontrollable population control in Africa.

Which country can achieve anything without population control?

Better still, which family can feed all members of the family without adequate planning?

God will provide, abi.

Look at where the number of poor people have been reduced most, China!

How? After famine, poverty and overpopulation they FORCED one family one child.

You are right, developed countries want to keep Africa poor to remain source of cheap labor and resources. Our development is a threat to them.

Think about Structural Adjustment and Devaluation. Their helpers and proponents are your London School of Economics and Harvard educated African graduates.

We have more issues to worry about in this country than spine management
I agree that our immediate medical problems are infectious and parasitic diseases but spine problems in developing countries that rely a great deal on physical labor is up there.

When she claimed - Spine issues does not affect bowel and bladder functioning - I almost disagree until I read further - Bowel or bladder problems.

Some of the tests may not be readily available to most people but spine problems are more common than we think especially in poor countries like ours where physical labor is common.

Thanks Ma'am.

Just look at who Fajuyi died for and later they called him a traitor.

Just look at who Wole Soyinka almost died for and they called him a coward.

Just look at who Banjo died for and now called him a traitor.

Explain why Banjo was even arrested in the first place. They cannot, they are now saying Ojukwu killed him with others for fighting for his (Ojukwu's) cause against his own Yoruba people!

What did Banjo do between the time he was arrested for joining Igbo to install Ironsi and the time Ojukwu killed him.

They claim he betrayed Ojukwu.

Yoruba you see your life? When the daughter of Oba Oyekan was warned not to follow her Igbo husband to Biafra, she ignored everybody. She was lucky, she escaped back home. Her generation will run when they see Igbo from what she went through in Biafra.

I have always wondered how these Igbo children went wild against their only friends in Nigeria, Yoruba, in their own land.

It is based on what (poison) their parents that benefited from Yoruba are feeding them.

Do not hate Igbo please, deal with them cautiously, they will stab you in the back for your own land.
Politics › Re: The Letter That Show How Ojukwu Killed Victor Adebanjo. by googi: 5:00pm On May 06, 2019
What is surprising here is that at a time when Yoruba believed Igbo was their closest brother and confidant, Igbo had a sanister plan for Yoruba.

I wonder what Fajuyi and Ogundipe we're thinking about Ironsi and Ojukwu.

The take over of civilian Government was planned with a small group of naive Yoruba officers like Banjo to pave the way for Ironsi take over from Tafawa Balewa.

They lied that they were invited by the civilian Government.

They liked that they wanted Awolowo as the President.

Igbo only look and pave the way for Igbo rule.

Very disappointing. So Igbo was never Yoruba friend, they just stoop to conquer.

Very sad

Nigerian man elected as first black senator in Italy
ON MARCH 6, 20186:12 PMIN NEWS, POLITICS, TRENDINGCOMMENTS

An Italian man of Nigerian origin, who is the chief immigration spokesman for the far-right League party, has been elected as the country’s first black senator.

Tony Iwobi
Tony Iwobi, whose party has been accused of stirring up xenophobia in Italy, was elected in the industrial city of Brescia in northern Italy — a major immigration hub.

“It is with great excitement that I can tell you I have been elected senator… A new adventure is about to begin,” Iwobi said on Facebook on Tuesday following Sunday’s elections.

Born in Gusau in northern Nigeria but living in Italy since the 1970s, Iwobi has been a supporter of the League for more than two decades and used the campaign slogan #StopInvasion — a reference to the more than 690,000 migrants who have landed on Italian shores from North Africa since 2013.

Along with party leader Matteo Salvini, Iwobi has argued that illegal immigration into Italy has led to an increase in racism.

“Discrimination begins when there are no rules and the state… lets anyone in. Illegality leads directly to violence and a racist response,” he said in January.

“The League supports healthy and controlled immigration which can act as a bulwark against racism,” he said.

Italy’s general election left the country with a hung parliament in which no single party or coalition commands an overall majority. Political horse-trading is underway as parties bid to form a working coalition government.

The League, led by Matteo Salvini, was the winning party in the right-wing alliance that took the most votes on Sunday but fell short of an overall majority.

Reverse Mission or Reverse Corruption by exploiting the tithes of the poor to buy Jets and aggrandize themselves.

But it is not enough to be the richest pastor if you cannot improve the situation at home of the poorest folks on earth.

At least, Christians established schools and hospitals in Africa. No serious mind should think religion would change economic exploitation of Africans by the Western world. Africans’ hold on religion that created the biggest Church in Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) built by former President Félix Houphouët-Boigny, not the biggest factory to employ the poor, could actually replaced Economic Salvation. This is the reason for the pastors’ crackdown in Rwanda.

This guy called Jaghahem, Jagajaga or Jagenhghar is a creep or a sadist.

I was so mad until I realized that he crossed many people.

In the first place, as bad as Nigeria is, a police soldier or Navy man can be lynched alive by a mob if he killed innocent man recklessly. Unlike South Africa or USA.

Nigerians have this sense of outrage, right and audacity to retaliate immediately. Try that in South Africa or US.

With all our fault and yes, ethnic differences, Africans are more humain and decent. Our problem has to do with greed for what others have.

If it pays you to die like a dog outside because you want what you can get inside Nigeria if you only work as hard, its your perogative.

We cry everyday about lack of enabling environment but succeed in hostile, worse and attrocious environment all over the world where we are hated without rights.

Anything foreign is a big deal in Africa. Then many are surprised by how easily we sold ourselves and resources cheap in exchange for mirror then and plastic now.

Do you guys realize that before Nigerian soldiers ventured into politics, we had fine men in European and American armies?

Many of the returned slaves back to Liberia all the way to South Africa were commissioned into foreign Armed Forces.

Even recently, Aguiyi Ironsi, Sodeinde, Ogundipe and many others fought in Congo.

This first to do this or that is European and American mentality that does not apply to Africans. We have always being our own master in most field since beginning of times.
