My kid sister texted me on WhatsApp this evening saying she almost got raped by the guy crediting her online wallet for her, I drove straight to my mum's store because I was just leaving the office.
Now I met her and asked what's up.
She has an online wallet where she recharges decoders, pays electricity bills for people, sells airtime and data etc. She is a student and she's doing that business in my mum's store so she could help herself in school.
She said someone sent her 30k to pay his electricity bill and also recharge his decoder for him so she went to the guy's shop to get her account credited but he wasn't there then she called him and he directed her to his house in that same street very close to the shop. She got there and the guy tried forcing himself on her, mind you she's on her period, she refused and during the scuffle she lost one of her earrings, she begged me not to take action that the guy has apologised, seeing that I was very hurt and I wanted to confront the guy at that moment. while she was explaining to me the guy called and kept on apologizing but I'm not having any of that.
I wanted to call some of my friends to beat up the guy but after she begged me, I still want confront the guy, warn him seriously but I need advice on if that's the best thing to do or which way do you think is best to approach the situation?

An aide to the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr Ime Uwah has raised an alarm over the invasion of his land measuring 5 hectares by fulani herdsmen,
According to the Governor's aide who addressed the public through his Facebook official handle, he alleged that the herdsmen had earlier in July, 2020 invaded his Farmland along airport road, destroyed what he described as 'a large portion of its vegetable and crop plantation', attacked the farm manager and inflicted on him serious wounds resulting from matchete cut, a case he said was reported to the security agency but no action was taken.
Again, according to him, they managed to stop the herdsmen from burning down the plantation, yesterday, February 12.
"Just this Evening we just managed to stop a wild fire set by this same herdsmen from burning down the entire 5 hectares of our plantation. The video below shows the audacity these guys have, strolling with their cattles through an investment worth millions of Naira in a far down south-south region of the Country where its people depend highly on crop farming for food sufficiency, " he wrote.
Recently, there has been spate of attacks on farmers and farmlands across states in the southern and Middle belt part of the country. Nobel Laurette, Prof Wole Soyinka's residence in Abeokuta, Ogun was recently attacked by men believed to be fulani herdsmen.

since there's no job yet and there are a lot of expenses and debts almost (200k) I pay 6k every Friday to lapo mfb which will end by march ending. the business I borrowed the money for burgled last year, everything inside was stolen, and also I have till February ending to pay another 45k to someone from nairaland I also borrowed from for my babymama school fees or else I don't know what will happen to me cus he's already threatening me, and next month ending another 80k must be paid to someone who borrowed my wife money for her business. so all together 200k must be paid by march ending.
from the look of things, I cant meet up because I don't have a job yet, so I had to man up and start doing a conductor, though once in a while that is whenever I am called by my oga(driver).
so yesterday I was called to work by d driver, from mushin to idumota. so we dropped our passengers @ idumota, meanwhile my oga bus has been showing some fault, he said he will manage to go another round back to mushin so that he can pay me off for today, before he calls on mechanic to check the problem. after calling passengers into the bus, after several hours of waiting, the bus refused to start. then the driver had to tell everyone to enter the next bus, meanwhile the next bus was almost full. so there was this particular woman who boarded our bus, and I think she was in a hurry because her car also broke down, so she had to leave it behind for her driver.
so this woman got angry because the next bus was filled up and she will have to wait for another bus to full before she moves, so this woman started hurling abusive words at the driver(my oga) meanwhile this man is old enough to be her grandfather.
then I couldn't be standing and watching her insult the old man, I begged her to calm down that I will make sure I get her a taxi just to compensate her for wasting her time(I spoke to her in English). I never knew I opened the door for insult into my life. I was embarrassed and ridiculed by this woman because I am looking for my daily bread. I cried sotay everybody passing by started filling pity for me and begging me. here are what she said below.
"See this foolish thing telling me that he will get me a taxi, he's even speaking English, where did u see money to go to school? so u want me to know that u are learned abi? your generation has failed and u are also failing and u are not ashamed. ur mates are in school studying, some have graduated, and some have traveled abroad for their masters and u are here doing conductor, u are telling me u will get a taxi. I will feed ur generation, a good looking mofo, even my dogs will feed u, a failed human, u can never succeed"..
she even said some in Yoruba, I can't type the Yoruba words so I won't mix things up. all those words she said are still singing in my brain, am not sure I can take it off my brain. she said things in Yoruba that will forever haunt me, mentally I am not stable again.
I only offered to help her with a taxi since we delayed her, but I got the all these? I have been indoor since I got home yesterday. I am just ashamed of myself, I dunno why.
pls what wrong have I done here?

A woman created a scene along a busy road in Lagos after she and her male companion were stopped by LASTMA officials who tried to seize their car.
The woman refused to allow the LASTMA official who had slid into the driver's seat to zoom off with the car. She climbed onto the car's bonnet and ignored pleas from passersby asking her to get down.

The male companion is heard explaining what happened. He said that when they got to a point along the road, they were asked to make a turn and when they did, the colleagues of the same LASTMA officials who asked them to turn came and stopped them and seized their car.
