sotall:This is nothing but hate speech. Post election defeat syndrome I guess 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Sotall, you're a MFing hypocrite. Unless you have and will refused to sell your Laptops or any other accessories to anyone who voted APC,or rather any yoruba or hausa person. If you still sell to anyone unless your fellow obidients, don't you see that God will punish you for promoting hate. You all supporting any party on Nairaland promote tribalism and division but offline, you sell to Nigerians without minding their political affiliation or tribes, this is wrong. |
Karlifate:Hmmm so deep. But I would still rather be patriotic. Because what other option is there for me,to be a villain or terrorist causing sorrow and tears? God forbid |
You said your business crashed? What business was that and how did it crash? Unless your business is betting that you loose all you out in,even if your business isn't moving well, you can't go from capital+ profit to zero just like that. You sounded like everything went downhill to zero cash in a day . |
Vyzz:How did you know the Op is Yoruba? Are you his mom? You see now, doing the same thing you're accusing someone of,chai ![]() |
orisa37:I don't care about spending old notes again,I just want them to please print and distribute enough new notes. This cash crunch is not funny |
ruzell86:Do you ever imagine like a year ago that a candidate of a party like LP will go this far, winning 12 states and a state governor losing Senate seat to a LP candidate in a core PDP state in the south east? All I'm trying to say is,he tried though he rode on religious sympathy as a result of Muslim Muslim ticket to Garner lots of christians support in the west and north central. |
The Greatest winner among the Presidential candidates to me is Obi, coming out for the first time, under a structureless party and yet won 12 states and came third position, and LP now as Senatorial and legislative seats in the National Assembly. The greatest loser among the Presidential candidates is Atiku Abubakar,he did all he could to buy the presidency several times, putting his trust in his massive wealth. |
After the announcement by CBN that old notes are to be totally faced out by Feb 10, which was later extended by a week to February 17. And the excruciating cash crunch that followed the policy, certain APC Governors like El-Rufai, Dapo Abiodun, Ganduje etc were confident that Old naira notes will still be spent in Nigeria for a long time and called CBN bluff. Do you think with the election results that has seen Bola Ahmed Tinubu as President Elect, that the policy will be scrapped and Old naira notes will be allowed to be legal tender again, at least until the new notes are evenly distributed in the country?

That's the picture you had to use? For his Age he looks good enough, stop been a MFing sore looser

This smells fishy " Aje ke la na,Omo ku le ni.." Hmmm something smells fishy ![]() |
jinka:Was the person you sold goods to,the same person on the Whatsapp or Facebook pictures? Why do you need to track the person who's picture appears on the Facebook? Shouldn't common sense tell you it's fake pictures? How can a scammer give you a WhatsApp number and use his real picture as DP? No wonder you were scammed so easily, geez |
MorningStar233:You can't go to their office due to the nature of your work? Okay, should anyone here go on your behalf? I guess it's those N2500 or N5000 transaction, mtcheeew ![]() |
mayor1814:You didn't mention Nas Vs Jay Z beef. One thing I realized about beef is it makes you sit up and be better as a rapper, you won't want to drop any stupid song that will disappoint or give your rival an edge in the beef. Go and check 2Pac songs before his beef with biggie started, they were just there, nothing special. But he improved greatly in terms of classical rap content when he was in competition with biggie, same with Jay Z. Jay Z, he got better has he got into a heat up competition with Nas. Both of whom were claiming to be the best Rapper in Newyork. But for Nas,he has been classical since day one, from illmatic in 1994( Which I regarded as the best rap debut of all time) to It was written, I AM, Nastradamus,Stillmatic etc. What I'm saying is, been in a competition helps you to improve on yourself so as to meet up or be better than your rival. For me,I love both 2pac and biggie in the 90s,I was rocking their hits, same with Nas and Jay Z,to me beef in rap comes with the territory and fans shouldn't take it personal. It's all business. |
Lifebender:Very easy and convenient, you can do it anytime of the day, even at midnight. There are online merchants like buypower.ng,irecharge etc, but prefer using my GtWorld App because I don't want to put my card details on just any site. It's very simple steps, just input your meter number, phone number, amount of token you want to buy,and payment method. You will receive a text and email(if you put email) almost immediately after the transaction, containing your 20 digit token |
So are you coming back to Nigeria or staying put there in Canada?🤔🤔 |
All you guys arguing with kobojunkie are tired already? You for continue now lol🤣🤣🤣🤣. No Nairalander has won an argument against him yet,I'm still waiting for the person 😅. That guy/girl Kobo is ready to go on with you till page 100. Till today I still wonder where he/she gets all his/ her energy and time from, ahh ahhh😂😂 |
blackbone989:These are internet pictures, take the pictures of the sneakers you have to sell and let people see the exact products you're selling. Stop using fake pictures. Or are you Caucasian trying to sell on Nairaland? I don't know who cursed Nigeria with wuruwuru, like leaders like followers. |
My last purchase was on Feb 7 using my Gtworld app. N10,000= 168units N59.50k = 1units Location is Mowe,Ogun state.

nnamdiosu:I'm about to renew my International Passport too. I have completed the online registration, what remains for me to do is make payment N25k online and I will be given a schedule date to come for recapturing and documents validation. The above process is not stressful but your passport will take longer time to be ready, compared to those who go through NIS staff. |
Maro4u:Very sad, I pray God will open doors for you |
G00DHardDick:You sound like a kid who hasn't experienced life. Imagine saying " All my homies knows the bro code" all of them? How did you figure? Just listen and learn from elders and STFP |
Jovialjune1:The Op wasn't against buying expensive phones you can afford. He was curious and asking why some people use expensive phones and have next to nothing as savings. If you use a phone of N400k or half a million and you eat from hand to mouth,or you have a miserable N50k in your account, you're a loser period. You can give your opinion now since you now know what the thread is about. You probably jumb to comment without reading the OP's body of content before. |
Failure2019:Let me give my opinion from two perspective 1. Anything worth doing at all is what doing well. You wrote waec,Jamb and post jamb so as gain admission, nobody puts a robe on your neck to force you to be an undergraduate. I blame you for your carry overs, and wouldn't be surprised if you're a lazy bunch like 90% of Students we have in tertiary institutions today. 2. Nevertheless that's not the end of life. As far as you were admitted on merit,it means you have the intellectual capacity to have at least 2:2. So pick up your lazy ass, grab your books, have a time table to read, attend lectures, remove frivolities like unnecessary friends, boys or girls, partying or cultism from your life. You will rise again. If you give it your all and still not excelling as you should,no problem, first degree won't determine your future, you can be anything you want, find your passion, learn the skill and make money from it What I studied at the University is not what I'm using to eat today, same with my boss. And same goes for millions of people. Find your passion, learn it perfectly,be the best you can, promote your skill and make money from it. |
udede:You started a business, grew it to a certain successful stage, then woke up one day to sell it off,and put ALL the money in another business and lost all? Fable or African forklore ![]() No business man who has ever lead a successful business will do that. Didn't sell off any business, probably sold your car and gamble with the money and lost it. Apart from betting,no other business will make you loose all you have at once, yes you can make losses over time and lose the business, but you can't lose all your capital and savings at a go, unless it's betting. |
Divoc19:Sorry about that Ma. May the God lord console and comfort you greatly. I pray God grant you your desire to more kids you will train and see grow up to become great in life. |
Didn't see that coming 😅😃😃. I came here to see your Gucci shirt, Louis Vuitton belt and fila jeans😃😅😃 |
constancefriday:Who are you? We don't give a f*ck |
@Nelbless This is my work. How does inverter work? 1. It converts your AC(Alternating current/electricity from PHCH) to DC( Direct current/ in other to charge your batteries) 2. When electricity supply is off,in a micro mini second, it converts your DC ( batteries) to AC( electricity. How many batteries do you need? 1. Since you are installing it for your parents, their power consumption (watts) will be lower compare to an average young or city person. 2. 2 200AH batteries is okay for your parents. What you should know about inverter to use? 1. Inverters are specifed in Kva or watts ( 1kva = 0.8watts) 2. The installed inverter must have higher watts (Eg 2kva) than your total home power consumption (Eg 1.5kva) to prevent overloading. 3. You can get a 2.5 Kva inverter for your parents,it's far more than the power consumption you listed up there. What shouldn't be on inverter? There are household items you can't put on your inverter, especially one done on a budget 1. Hot plates 2. Air conditioner 3. Pressing Iron- unless you just needed to press a shirt or a trouser urgently. Use AC/ PHCN to do your marathon pressing of clothes. How much does batteries cost? 1. Like 8 years ago, batteries cost between N40k to N60k, but now batteries are gold because of demand and exchange rate. For a good quality battery budget between N180k-200k 2. For 200AH,there are different brands out there with different prices,50% of batteries out there are outright low quality that won't take you a year before it stops retaining energy, they're the cheapest 30% of the batteries out there have average quality that will take you a year or less than 2 years before it backs off. 3. Only 20% of the batteries out there will take you for more than 2years and still backing up well and good. Eg Fullriver(USA made, among the top 3 best batteries in Nigeria). There's another one, very big and heavier than all others,it's desigh is completely different also, can't remember it's name. Notable mention are Ritar batteries, Cosmos batteries,Rubitech. Should you install inverter? Yes you should it pays far more than buying N30k fuel weekly. No noise pollution,no maintenance cost for years if you don't overload the inverter.

DominusPrime:Bros I am always more angry at those who got scammed than the scammers themselves. How can someone who have a functional brain see OP's thread that's an obvious scam, still contact him and later come here to complain of being scammed. I'm not saying anyone who got scammed is an idiot but most are. How can someone tell you he wants to sell dollar to you at N320,and you jumped on it? Especially on Nairaland, the office of scammers. |
Hmmm God is great. |
bestofrichy:This shouldn't call for much worry. It's pimples but you do break them, that's why they left little black spots. Don't mind those saying change soap or diet, scientists still don't know for sure what causes pimples. I had pimples, like a lot in my late teen and early twenties, used different stuff too, but it didn't go away. So I left it and was living my life. It eventually cleared on it's on. It will run it's cause and go on its own, don't worry |
