First, is the highest number of graduate claim necessary? Any proof of that?
Secondly, SE has 10.5m registered voters,why? You should create a thread about that, to ask them why they can't close their shops for an hour to register so as to have more propensity to choose who their next national leader will be.
Thirdly,are you insinuating that INEC is making false claims? That INEC intentionally invalidated SE voters? Does that make sense?

You installed the wrong video driver for your PC. Google the exact graphics or video driver that came originally with your PC.
Example
"Graphics driver for Dell e6510"
Click the link that has the website of your PC manufacturer ( like dell above)
Download the driver and install,then restart your PC after installation.

I have few Linus distribution myself,but I don't have them on my PC as O.S. only as bootable external hard drive and DVDs
I don't know about Alphine though,but I will say
1. Google the minimum requirements for installation of Alphine Linux on PC. Check your PC specs and see if it met the requirements.
2. You can't install Linux like an .exe software. You have to first download the package, create a bootable USB or DVD with the Linux OS, Connect the USB or DVD to your PC,restart and boot from USB or DVD.
3. When the USB or DVD has booted to desktop screen, follow the instructions to install either as the only O.S or dual boot with the current windows O.S.

Another thing I noticed is standy mode,this means there's Ac power from National grid(PHCN) into the inverter,so it's using the AC power for now, that's why Ac input is the same voltage as Ac output.
when Ac input is off(No electricity from PHCN), the input will read 0 volts, while output will read 220v +

So I recently installed Famicare 5.5kva 24V inverter with 4 tubular batteries. It's been like 2 days now and the yellow charging light is still blinking.

The Battery meter in the LCD panel is full and no longer blinking so I'm confuse as to what is going on. Is it fully charged or not?

Also why is the battery reading 27.0V when I have 4 12V 220AH batteries connected in series to it? Shouldn't it be around 48V? See picture attached

You didn't state any specific issue or fault with the inverter,you seem to be concerned with the lcd display.
Now to the issue of 27v displayed on the lcd screen ,it is correct as it is 27v.
Your inverter is 5.5Kva ,24 v. 24v means it can only use 2 nos of 12v batteries ie 24v, when it is charging it will rise to 27 volts plus.
Your 4 nos of batteries were not connected in series ( 12+12+12+12=48v). But they were connected in parallel ( 12+12=24v) connected with (12+12=24v).
Your inverter is 24v inverter,If your 4 batteries were connected in series,the Inverter would have blown due to over voltage.

Too bad my broilers for December were all killed by soldier ants in August.

My pen was invaded by those monstrous ants and those little two weeks old broilers and turks were dismembered.

Please, I have a Canon camera that I have been using for quite some time now. Unfortunately the memory card that contains lots of pictures stopped displaying.

Please is there a way I can recover all my pictures?
Is there an App or software that can be used for such.

All the pictures I have taken with my phone camera or downloaded on the internet since 2015 are all stored on my Google photos now,I can access them by just strolling to the date it was uploaded.
Your photos should be stored on your phone memory not SD card. Anyway to avoid future occurrence, download Google photos on play store,if it's not already on your phone,log in with your Gmail account,go to settings and select the folders you want it to upload automatically from your phone to Google photos.
For me,I allowed camera,download, Whatsapp and screenshots.
Whenever you take a picture or downloaded a picture,it is uploaded automatically to your Google photos account,by this,you can't lose photos ever again
