American visa is processed @ the American embassy or condulate so I do not see how it relates to corruption in Nigeria.
If there is corrupt practice in processing the visa then the Americans should answer for that.
Visas are assessed on their individual merit but a lot of nigerians think they can get Us visa just for the asking.
