jaydacorsair: This mistake that was made is not from Brabus. I am not trying to protect him, Tho he bleeped up in some areas. The guy he gave this project to supervise left the job also and the iron-bender did a wrong job by reducing the size of the columns. This has cost money and also time for us to get pass this stage. So far we have used 45 tons of granite and we haven't floored the dpc yet.
The reason I started looking at the topic is because I gave a project to someone and he came in.
Alot of abracadabra, the more you look the less you see kind of thing and you know whathuh he disappeared!
His boys used up all my materials, messed up everywhere (that is what oga said story)

When he reappeared: more grammar and more money but...that project is over & done.

I thought: ok this is another way I could have done it.
Then Now I hear Oga left it to another Oga who ALSO left and the Ironbender...

I have given other jobs to Europeans and Chinese (with my presence for Chinese) and no grammar.

Nigerians should start to factor in the customer in their desire to 'make a kill'.
Brabus left Lagos to PH knowing fully well that this project was in public view and he still commissioned another person and the other person left and Ironbender reduced the size (to make moneyhuh) and now...

I will NOT comment on this topic again because I don't want to go look for where I kept my gunhuh
Politics › Re: Baba Suwe Loses N25M NDLEA Damages Suit by gtrust: 7:14pm On May 31, 2013
kingsolo215: The Court of Appeal is right on this. He was detained on the orders of a Nigerian court, therefore he was legally held under the law of the land. It's a pity he had to go through that ordeal, but it was a necessary evil. He should just go and rest and stop wasting his money paying lawyers who would want him to continue the case even when they know it is a lost battle. They just want to get paid. Baba suwe should wise up
They had no right to detain him and charge him to court when he had nothing on him.

Overseas, they detain you, search you, scan you and everything sharp sharp and if nothing is found they always apologise and reorganise your flight and if necessary accommodation.
Everything is done withing 24 hours and there's NO press and TV. (INNOCENT UNTIL GUILTY)
I read on newspapers and nairaland that this man carry drugs only to come read here now that it never happened.

You can now imagine the poor people who have lost the travel arrangments and money because of some incompetent NDLEA.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Robert Mugabe Sleeping During AU Summit by gtrust: 7:01pm On May 31, 2013
Thats why we need to get rid of old, overused and frustrated politicians out of the way. No sane country elects an 80 something year old old cargo to rule them.

Though I like Mugabe for dealing with white oppressors who think they can come to our land and bully us, Mugabe is old and should retire. Same way I don't support Buhari the desperate and outdated serial looser.
Why you dey talk like thishuh
He is NOT the only one sleeping.

Look at the picture again: the two YOUNG men besides him as also clearly sleeping.
The other young man behind is probably sleeping as well.

I beg, be careful with this your yarn!

It is NOT Buhari's age. It is Buhari himself. The man get plenty comma attached to his name and his image!
Foreign Affairs › Re: Bill Clinton’s Secret Son With A Prostitute Exposed by gtrust: 6:56pm On May 31, 2013
ACM10: How Clinton go 4k that dirty woman. It will be a real let-down if this story turns out to be true. The boy looks irresponsible with tattoos. He must be the son of a male stripper
Very soon you go say David Beckham na IRRESPONSIBLE man as well because he designed his body with tattooshuh
Better be care how you stigmatize people from looks!
The guy is American and NOT Nigeria.
They do alot of tattoos, ear-rings, nose rings, studs, gold teeth and things like that. Go figurehuh

Irresponsibilityhuh that na another story.
Mind you there is a difference between recognising someone and knowing someone.
You got to know someone to be able to come to that conclusion.
That is why our sisters (girls) will just marry any body from RESPONSIBLE FAMILY. It's easier that way!
Politics › Re: Mimiko, Nwayanwu Fault Video Clips On NGF Election by gtrust: 6:41pm On May 31, 2013
dridowu: the video captured the most important aspect of the election ( the counting )............................so i dnt undastand all ds jargons Mimiko is saying. Kudos to Aregbe
1st of all it is illegal to video un-consenting adult and you cannot also video an under-age without parental consent!
Have you checkedhuh

2nd if you decide to release then release the entire video so that we can see what transpired there.
Telling people what you want them to hear 'get as the thing be'!

Besides, it's just a forum so let Amaechi call his own meeting.
Jona Jang has already called 2 meetings openly and Amaechi can do the same.

So wetin be wahala herehuh

Properties › Re: Lets Build This House. by gtrust: 5:14pm On May 30, 2013
brabus: @all experts in the house,

Do I need to destroy my 1000 x 1000 by 300mm thick column base to fortify this house?

This is not the time to apportion blames but to save a bad situation.
Bros, just destroy everything and start afresh!
You should have known this job was a bit tricky but I like your courage.

You need to start afresh, remove the blocks and column in a reuseable way and
also review the drawing again before restarting.

You are the 'oga at the top' here so nothing like 'it's the way the owner wants it'!
Anything like that, please, shout it out here oh!
Properties › Re: Lets Build This House. by gtrust: 6:49pm On May 28, 2013
ironbender101: I dont think anything is wrong with the drawing....
Brabus should just return the guy's money and leave PH and return to Lagos.
The owner should just tear down the whole thing and start afresh.

Wahala dey!!!

Sorry my brother the owner, this shouldn't have happened (huh)
Politics › Re: Jang Opens New NGF Secretariat by gtrust: 6:31pm On May 28, 2013
Alxmyr: Let Amaechi open his own office.

Sho, Office finish for Abuja?
Exactly!
In a peer relationship: no be by force.
It has to always be be consensus and never by election.
Even if people decide to elect they finally decide by consensus amongst a few based on a unifying factor.

If Amaechi is serious and understands what a forum is then he would have resigned since.
He has to carry everybody along. these are governors already of their respective states.

Just like a full man in a forum, na by forcehuh

Open the offices and let's see who goes where. simple.
Politics › Re: Jang Opens New NGF Secretariat by gtrust: 6:20pm On May 28, 2013
mikeansy: whats wrong with Jonah Jang?

grown up men acting like kids

anyone who allow themselves to be led like this is not worth being a Governor!

shame!
Stop noise!
Jang was selected to be Chairman of the governors' forum.
That is the way it has always been.
He never contested and there has never been a time when people contested by secret ballot in a peer relationship.

You have to open support: in words and in deeds!

People just set up Amaechi for destruction and I wonder why Amaechi has not realised this.
Just like a foolish rich boy who has many friends but when the money finish....

It's a peer relationship my friend and the chairman does not direct other governors on how to govern their states so why electionhuh for whathuh

Do you not belong to a peer relationship at your work placehuh
It's an amicable thing, full of fun and no back-biting. it's for support and not for humiliation.
Politics › Re: Voting And Counting At Governors’ Forum (Video) by gtrust: 6:08pm On May 28, 2013
rman: NGF may not benefit anyone like you said but the realization that some governors will lie brazenly on such a minor election says a lot about who they are and what they represent. You fail to understand my point and instead decided to brand me to justify your questionable character, SERIOUSLY?

Now I know why democracy will fail in this clime. It is people like you and your sense of reasoning that are in it.
Elections is merely a process that is meant to get the best and most prefered candidate into a position, that is all. After the electoral process should be tasks and work to be done.

Majority of the citizens don't really care about party but their welfare and the deliverables ;which includes the decesions that will be made by the elected persons.

If I know you are a liar, even if I don't care before, that realization will make me do away with whatever you are trying to sell.

You are not helping PDP's case at all by your posts on this topic!
Akpabio did not lie!
The man has a problem with English which means he ALWAYS translates his Ibibio into English and most time the meaning is lost. This is why he is often misquoted!

I think he meant Forum have a consensus and that the house is divided.
Original consensus candidate being Jona nominated by the Northern governors' forum.
In that terms, Jona will be the winner or if Amaechi insist then they have to go back to the drawing board.
Politics › Re: Voting And Counting At Governors’ Forum (Video) by gtrust: 6:01pm On May 28, 2013
jenti: embarassedWhat a shame. What a great disappointment to our younger ones. So this is the man we call iroko, a man we held in very high esteem who for a pot of porridge sold his integrity n this is Baba Jang , the A lying old man, a disgrace to Christianity. This old man lied that he won an election ,went to church n offered an abominable ( 419) thanksgiving to God. The Bible says God is not mocked, whatsoever a man sow he will reap. It's all a matter of time. You can fool man, you cannot full God. If d Presido is wise, he will read the handwriting on the wall. What they do for Amechi, they will eventually do to him. Nothing lasts for eva lipsrsealed
This is actually more complex than what is being said here.
Now, tell me about Amaechi's 1st term: how many votes and who did he contest againsthuh

Forum chose their leader by open balot and not secret balot and the loser ALWAYS accepts otherwise the winner ALWAYS steps down for 'the interest of the forum'.

Normally, Jona would have stepped down for Amaechi if he is 'popular' to lead the forum.
Otherwise, Amaechi will step down or both step down, it is ALWAYS brotherly (sisterly if you like).
IT IS NEVER A BIG DEAL...Question is WHYhuh WHY NOWhuh

They should tell us exactly what is the going on.

It is not that David has died and the David's virgin has remained a virgin but because Absalom wants the throne of David that is probably why Solomon killed him (Absalom) because the throne was given to him! (make person correct me I beg)

You do not video unconsenting people.
It's a criminal offence!

Nairaland General › Re: Pregnant Woman Sold Unborn Baby For N200,000 by gtrust: 2:46pm On May 24, 2013
cold: Surrogacy is an arrangement in which a woman carries and delivers a child for another couple or person. The surrogate may be the child's genetic mother (called traditional surrogacy), or she may be genetically unrelated to the child (called gestational surrogacy). In a traditional surrogacy, the child may be conceived via home artificial insemination using fresh or frozen sperm or impregnated via IUI (intrauterine insemination), or ICI (intracervical insemination) performed at a health clinic. A gestational surrogacy requires the transfer of a previously created embryo, and for this reason the process always takes place in a clinical setting.
The intended parent or parents, sometimes called the social parents, may arrange a surrogate pregnancy because of female infertility, other medical issues which make pregnancy or delivery impossible, risky or otherwise undesirable, or because the intended parent or parents are male. The sperm or eggs may be provided by the 'commissioning' parents, but donor sperm, eggs and embryos may also be used. Although the idea of vanity surrogacy is a common trope in popular culture and anti-surrogacy arguments, there is little or no data showing that women choose surrogacy for reasons of aesthetics or convenience.
Monetary compensation may or may not be involved in surrogacy arrangements. If the surrogate receives compensation beyond the reimbursement of medical and other reasonable expenses, the arrangement is called commercial surrogacy; otherwise, it is often referred to as altruistic surrogacy. The legality and costs of surrogacy vary widely between jurisdictions, which results in high rates of international and interstate surrogacy activity.

Why can't the National Assembly enact a legislation to legalise this act in Nigeria.A lot of women are suffering in silence.
The gov't is still trying to sort out Malaria and Typhoid!
Just wait there they will soon finish! lol

Sanusi is the Central Bank Governor. His job is to watch over the economy. His job is to caution about overspending...and he has just said that. He has not said the war should end or that Boko Haram should be left alone. But if you folks don't think that there are many people who will be made billionaires as a result of this war, you're more sheepish than I thought.

adeokunade: I think the S.G is on point construction workers always work in haste in other to meet up with delivery date. This is because the work is usually slow at the begining and most developers chop into the money meant for the exercise which always make them to start rushing later. The effect of this is to over stretch the labours and this in turn will not make them to deliver efficiently. So if LSG is requesting for break for building developers I think it makes sense
