ChangeIsCostant: Two Nigerian immigrants Wisdom and Osas, who came up with the idea because they had no money but did not want to beg on the streets. I doubt if Chinedu and Emeka will do such after crossing the desert and Mediterranean sea to reach Italy, they would rather look for Mafia bosses to work for and help them to sell that thing to the Italians and not to leave Naija to go and be sweeping streets in Italy. Osas gleefully sweeps the streets and allows his picture to be showcased to the world just like his Edo sisters fighting and beating themselves to fainting over men, Emeka and Chinelo would never allow their pictures to be shown with broom or prostituting openly except it is like Hushpuppi, Easy-money or Bishop. We can spot the difference in attitude. |

Asari Dokubo wrote:
It's such a shame that we enjoy living in denial.
Charley boy was protesting for Buhari to either resume or resign and he was brutalized and visited with a festival of teargas leading to his collapse. And this atrocious treatment was meted to him, not under Buhari the tyrant but under the same man (Osinbajo) who stand to benefit should Buhari quit.
24hours later, the remorseless genocidal Arewa Youths did their own protest and were guarded and guided by police escorts on horseback. The same police that just anointed the 66 year old Oputa son with teargas.
When I see Igbo man claiming #OneNigeria and trying to use his head to break the Nigerian coconut I simply want to pause and die crying. Crying at a people with an iniquitious sense of history.
Nzeogwu executed a coup with soldiers from the rest of the country but at the end, it was tagged an Igbo coup and millions of my kind (both soldiers & civilians) were mercilessly slaughtered.
Today, we have a quit notice and hate songs hanging round our necks in the north and an Igbo man is leading Buhari #ResumeOrResign protest to set the stage for the North to accuse us of ousting Buhari even when we stand to gain absolutely nothing from either his resumption of duty or resignation.
Why are the Yorubas quiet?
Where are the Femi Falanas, Tunde Bakare, Soyinka and co??
Any student of strategic studies knows that the Yorubas are simply being strategic with their silence.
The fact that our brother chose to protest for the return of the death merchant called Buhari or his resignation (none of those two options will benefit either Ndigbo or Nigeria in general) rather than protest for the over haul of this Lugard Cage, is a testament to the fact that his "Our Mumu Don Do" campaign is nothing short of a tragic irony.
He didn't protest the quit notice against his own people. He didn't protest for the FG to understake to protect Igbo lives come Oct.1st. He didn't even protest for the amendment of the atrocious 1999 apartheid manual called the constitution or even for restructuring at least.
He was fighting a war in which him and his people stand to gain nothing but loose everything.
Charles Oputa might end up as a tragic victim of his misplaced patriotism.
Nigeria makes patriotism impossible for Ndigbo.

Deedeedee3: It has been a month since the Northerners ordered the Igbos to go back home so they can achieve Biafra, but yet none has been reported to have heed the advise. Instead, they spend their time insulting Yoruba people. It has been over a fuccking month! Now tell me, who is stopping Igbos from going? Most anti-Igbo articles are written by Yoruba Muslims far more than Northerners. There is a subtle fear that if Igbos goes the Yorubas will be left at the mercy of the Fulanis as they dont have the courage of the Igbos to stand and speak up about the way the country is moving. |
Politics › Re: Arewa Quit Notice: Traditional Rulers Want Igbos To Invest In Southeast by Guyman02: 4:44pm On Aug 14, 2017 |
The effect of the quit notice is that new investments in the North will be affected. Even foreign investors will be scared of putting so much money in certain areas of the North outside areas that have recently identified themselves as Middle Belt. I can see opportunity for the Middle Belt to benefit and attract some developments to their areas if they will reject the appellation 'North Central' imposed on them by the Core North |

Politics › Re: If Oil Can’t Save Venezuela, It Sure Can’t Save Nigeria Says Ben Murray by Guyman02: 10:28am On Aug 14, 2017 |
Bruce should be informed that America just threatened to invade Venezuela on 'humanitarian' grounds as usual because of their oil like they did in Iraq, Libya, Syria etc. The economic sanctions by US in connivance with white oligarchs who control import and export in that country to achieve regime change in Venezuela has taken its toll on the economy of that country Oil is still very important in global politics, forget about the western media rhetoric of going green, even America has pulled out from the climate change agreement so as to explore more oil in America. America is still going ahead with new pipelines despite protests by native Indians that it threatens their reservations.
Ben Murray Bruce has not made much common sense on this sense, he is being hoodwinked by his western friends and thats the problem with African leaders. Remove American interference in their internal affairs and Venezuela will sort itself out. Can you imagine that America has thousands of personnel in their Russian embassy most of them CIA agents that Putin just expelled 755, same way they are all over Venezuela fueling unrest and not criticizing violent streets protests by the opposition. |

Explorers: The Beast aka US President’s state car has no keyholes on its doors.
The way to open the doors on the limousine is a secret known only to the Secret Service.
It has alse been reported that there are threee identical Limos that to throw off any would be attackers.
The car is hermetically sealed with theability to generate its own atmosphere in the event of a chemical or biological attack.
No exact specs on how thick the armor plating is but its been reported that the car could withstand the direct hit from a tank round without causing damage to the occupants inside the car.
With things like rocket propelled grenades, night vision optics and these multi spectrum infrared smoke grenades that allegedly work as a counter measure for RPG’s and Anti tank missiles you could easily put up a fight if needed.
But the main objective is to keep one occupants alive no matter the cost.
Anytime the Beast is moving there will be a motorcade of about 20 vehicles following him and one of those will be carrying medics that will be attending to the Commander in Chief in no time flat.
It has a private plane that transport it wherever the President goes. Story for amateurs, Russians will laugh at what you have here. Even the so called Stealth bomber was brought them by Yugoslavian forces. Why is America apprehensive about North Korea? Its because they know that the missile defenses are not what they are portrayed to be in live combat |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Paul Kagame Wins 3rd Term After 17-year Presidency In Rwanda by Guyman02: 11:29am On Aug 10, 2017 |
kjhova: Haba! Are you familiar with happenings in Rwanda or you are only just reacting based on the jaundiced report from AP?
"Kagame, the controversial president of Rwanda..." is as jaundiced a statement as can ever be made by anybody. The Western powers and there media have this view of Paul Kagame as an autocrat but cannot dispute the fact that since Kagame took power in Rwanda, this small but densely populated central African country has been the fasted growing economy in Africa, the most gender equitable, most educated (in dual European languages of French and English), the most peaceful and all.
Rwanda has the lowest unemployment rate in continental Africa and the least dependent on foreign aids amongst the East and Central African community. Infact, Kagame has reduced Rwanda's foreign aid to budget ratio from about 80% after the 1994 genocide to less than 20% in 2017 and the government is bent on achieving zero dependence on foreign donors before president Kagame leave office.
According to my good pilot friend (omo Naija wey finish from OOU) who left Arik Air for Rwandair and now resides in Kigali, Rwanda is the best managed country in Africa today. In Kigali, the government have a dedicated programme to rehabilitate street children and the quality of government funded education available to homeless Rwandan children beats standard private schools in Nigeria.
Kagame is not a sit tight dictator, no, not by such definition of Idi Amin or Paul Biya. Kagame, if he isn't derailed either by external forces or by his own folly, could be the Lee Kuan Yew of Africa. Thank you. I think the days of western media fooling the world is gone for good. Even US President Trump calls them Fake News CNN, BBC, AP, Fox, etc Kagame has transformed Rwanda, today the people have almost forgotten that there was genocide a few years ago because most are educated now. The Hutu and Tutsi think more about growth for their country than hate for one another. That is what northern Nigeria needs now, educated majority and Boko Haram will disappear |

Keffi was a Gbagi town captured by jihad Fulanis who have consistently installed themselves as Emirs just like they do in the Yoruba town of Ilorin and also rule over the Nupe tribe as Etsu Nupe in Bida. This is one of the reasons the Fulani Arewa youths hate Nnamdi Kanu for constantly reminding Nigerian tribes about how they sold their birth rites to the Fulanis since the days of Uthman Dan Fodio. Jukuns, Kanuris and the Tivs are among northern tribes who did not capitulate to the caliphate which have renewed the jihad using Boko Haram against the Kanuris in Borno, herdsmen terrorists in Benue and Mambilla Taraba as warned recently by General TY Danjuma.
The Jukuns who don't want to take any chances from historical experience have formed the Manbilla militia to check mate the invading jihadists and the FG quickly deployed the Army there to protect the Fulanis, while the docile Benue State Governor was busy calling on the Fulani led Federal Govt to come and help them while their people are being slaughtered and it took the state assembly to declare no grazing law in Benue. |

Now many will come here to deny that ISIS are not Muslims even when this behanding is done according to Sharia law. The major reason why Islam survives till this day is the fear of being murdered for any Muslim who quits publicly as he/she will be declared an infidel and the punishment for apostasy is death.
Anyway, I blame Obama and America who brought ISIS to Iraq, Libya and Syria for regime change. Muslims there lived peacefully with their neighbors until the Yanks arrived with their 'freedom and democracy' tied to tomahawk bombs |
