Crime / Re: Police Clear D’banj Of Rape As Seyitan Withdraws Rape Petition by HabuD: 9:10pm On Jul 24, 2020
We all know the act actually took place but the length of time it took before speaking out destroyed any hope of getting justice. According to the law, rape is a criminal case and as such the burden of proof lies with the victim/prosecutor. For the law court to convict someone of rape, the prosecutor/victim must prove the following FIVE elements BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT. In other words, even if the victim can prove 4 out of the 5, the rapist cannot be convicted. And the victim must not also prove these 5 elements, but also prove them BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT. In other words, there must be no iota of doubt in the mind of the judge that the rapist actually committed the crime. (Note that in civil cases, as opposed to criminal cases, the victim is not expected to prove beyond reasonable doubt but in criminal cases such as rape, the victim must prove these 5 elements beyond reasonable doubt because the punishments for criminal cases are usually severe, and the reasonable doubt serves to satisfy the conscience of the judge that it is a criminal and not a mistaken innocent man that is being served with such severe sentence).

1.) That the accused had sexual intercourse with the victim or prosecutrix - In other words, that there was actual penetration. This is where evidence becomes useful e.g from an eye witness (who caught them in the action, not a witness who was reported to after the incident); or if the accused confesses to the crime.

2.) That the act of sexual intercourse was done without her consent or that the consent was obtained by fraud, force, threat, intimidation, deceit or impersonation - (This is usually the most difficult to prove. Note that the problem here is not that sex took place but that CONSENT WAS NOT GIVEN. So how can the victim now prove beyond reasonable doubt that she didn't give consent for sex? Remember the law court does not deal with words or sentiments but by evidence. So the victim has to prove with EVIDENCE that consent was not given before sex took place.
In some instances, this is where medical examination would have helped. But reporting the case several years later cannot establish this fact because it will be assumed that the victim would have sexed other guys since then, and so the evidence of forceful penetration e.g torn vagina, torn clothes would have been lost E.g. in the case of Seyitan, she probably would have had sex with other guys between 2018 and now, so proving this element would be difficult for her. This is why we advocate that rape cases be reported early if you want to have any hope of getting justice!).
Also in terms of the victim presenting an EVIDENCE before the law court, there are 6 elements they must prove (or such an evidence which is brought before the court must satisfy 6 things) for the judge to take such evidence as credible and true. If only one of these 6 elements is missing, the evidence would be regarded as dubious or unreliable and would be thrown out of court! That is a topic for another day!

3.) That the prosecutrix was not the wife of the accused - (this element is the easiest to prove. E.g it is very easy to prove that D'banj wasn't married to Seyitan);

4.) That the accused had the mensrea, the intention to have sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix without her consent or that the accused acted recklessly not caring whether the prosecutrix consented or not.

5.) That there was penetration.

Like i said, these 5 elements must not only be proven, but must be proven beyond reasonable doubt for the accused to be convicted. This is why very few accused persons get convicted of rape. This is why i laugh so hard when i see some of you guys talk so ignorantly about rape cases. Those of you that hurl abuses and curses on us that push victims to report early now understand why! If i were D'banj i would have pushed for this case and collected cool cash from this Seyitan girl. Its obvious that she can't even prove 2 out of these 5 elements not to talk about the whole 5 elements beyond reasonable doubt. When i see all these ladies come out years later to talk about a rape case that happened donkey years ago i feel for them because knowing that they might not be able to prove these 5 elements required by the law, the judge would end up proclaiming the accused guy innocent and throwing out the case, and to worsen matters, the accused guy would now become emboldened and might end up suing the victim for defamation like in the case of D'banj. And most of the people here on social media who ignorantly pushed the girl would start talking thrash.

Politics / Re: Godwin Erahon: Obaseki Can't Compete Under 2 Parties, It's Illegal by HabuD: 7:08am On Jul 02, 2020
I have told people that whoever comes third after PDP and APC in the general election in Edo stands a very big chance of becoming governor through the courts because the likelihood that both PDP and APC candidates would be disqualified by the courts is high. This is the time for the lesser parties to up their game and get reasonable spread of votes across two third of the LGAs in the state

Where are those that were castigating obaseki for leaving APC? You have now seen that he made the right choice afterall. If he had still remained in the APC, now that osho has been reinstated following the lifting of his suspension, obaseki would have been a goner. With this, osho would no more need supreme court judgment anymore to get back

Confirmedzombie:
Obaseki is not a wise man at all. He is not a politician.

Edo election is not a general election. I dont see PDP defeating APC in Edo state.

Obaseki or PDP has no formidable structure in Edo state.

The APC will deploy every Arsenal to retain power.
you mean the same PDP that won 2 out of 3 senatorial seats and 4 HOR seats, including presidential election in same Edo under this APC government? Even at that time, Obaseki was still a staunch APC member and their national chairman Osho was from Edo state yet PDP swept majority of senate, HOR, house of Assembly and Presidential votes. What do you think will now happen if Obaseki, the incumbent governor defects to that same PDP with the charismatic deputy governor as well as house of assembly members, not forgetting the incumbent PDP senators and HOR members who would influence the constituency that voted them to vote PDP? Please analyse politics well. Even with Obaseki in APC, PDP would still have won, not to talk of if he defects to APC. Even with federal government might and a biased INEC, APC can't win this forthcoming elections! Like i always said, this election is PDP's to lose.

Amaechi and Wike case is different ooh.
Amaechi didn't really make Wike. lt's a rob my back and l rob your back relationship.
What most persons don't know is that it was Wike and Magnus Abe that made Amaechi and not the reverse. Amaechi never really had any political structure and rode on the back of Wike's grassroot political structure to become governor on both terms. That was why Wike was able to easily dislodge Amaechi from power, and still does so till date. Even Magnus Abe is a tough nut for Amaechi.

If Obaseki's credentials are truly genuine, why not go to court and reverse things for himself?
On the other hand, if he knows he's contesting with a forged credentials and he went ahead to fight oshomole that knows him in and out, then thank God for getting a liar out of the Edo guber race
Point is, even if he goes to court and he is eventually reinstated into the race, will he still survive a primary election being orchestrated by Oshio, his very own enemy? There are lots of spikes placed along his path already. This certificate thing was only the first spike. The best option he has is to decamp to PDP. If its true that its the national secretariat of the APC that determines APC primary elections in the state level according to their constitution, then we need no soothsayer to know that Obaseki will never survive it in the long run even if the court initially rules in his favour. He will only end up wasting his time in the APC until the deadline for party submission of candidates by INEC elapses and he will then lose on both ends. So point is, since he knows his future chances in APC is bleak, he has no other choice than defect now before time runs out.

I really wonder why people are expressing shock or saying Obaseki is a goner like they never anticipated this outcome. Even a fool knew Obaseki would be battered! What else were you expecting? Oshio controls APC and determines who the candidate will eventually be, so were we expecting him to give his enemy Obaseki the ticket? Even a fool wouldn't do that! See, the real show of power or real determinant of who is more powerful between Oshio and Obaseki will be during the general elections, and not a party primary which had already been decided by the national chairman long ago! The game is not over, it has only just begun. Obaseki has a lot of options available to him. He can decide to remain within the APC and destroy them from within. He can also decide to join the PDP which would gladly give him the ticket to increase their already high chances of winning. For those citing that Obaseki's certificates might pose an issue to PDP eventually, the issue with the NYSC certificate was only an error in his name which he can easily correct with NYSC. He can also choose to start afresh by not presenting his HSC which they said had some discrepancies but rather put forward his highest certificate so far (degree with ibadan) (HSC will not be compulsory if he has a higher degree certificate that can stand in lieu of that. The court issue will arise if he presents an HSC and eventually cannot justify it, so he rather not present it). The matter is very simple!

TInubu's rise to the presidency would depend on how much he's able to render APC's mighty men useless.
APC is just one party in Nigeria. Becoming APC presidential candidate doesn't mean he will win the votes of Nigerians in the general elections. Infact the biggest mistake APC would make that would give PDP an easy ride at the general election is to field Tinubu as candidate. All PDP would need to do is to field a popular northern candidate who would largely win the votes of the north (most northerners who are politically suave would never vote a yoruba against their kinsman, coupled with the fact that they would prefer power to remain within the north). Of course, the south east and south south would naturally give their votes to PDP. The game would be PDP's to lose if Tinubu is fielded, trust me.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Bush, Romney Won't Support Trump Re-Election - New York Times by HabuD: 10:19am On Jun 08, 2020
This one will be really difficult for Trump. He has made a lot of enemies everywhere including his own party and internationally. Looks like the subtle bible prophecy is about to come true. Biden as president will pave the way for the Antichrtist...the beast who was slain but yet lived (a former world leader, one of great oratory and diplomacy who stepped down from power and whom many had thought his political career was over but who will come back, this time not to rule a country but the world as the Antichrist and so cause great amazement at how he was able to achieve such feat. He will be selected to be the world leader by the leaders of 7 great nations at a time of trouble). Those who are believers will understand what I mean( Revelation 13). Trump is a very conservative christian who will not tolerate some of the excesses of democrats who support most things that are antiGod such as homosexuality and abortion etc. The Antichrist cannot come with a man like Trump on the seat. Trump must be taken away for the liberals (democrats) who are lackadaisical to the things of God to come in and set the stage for the coming of the Antichrist. Some might just see the troubles of Trump from the physical, but spiritually these things are happening to fulfill bible prophecy and hasten the second coming of Christ, especially when we combine it with the events of this corona period... imminent compulsory vaccination by implanting a microchip (which is what the antichrist will use to command obedience...666), 5G will be enable tracking of all humans and transactions through the microchip, etc. I am thinking even the George Flyod killing was part of a set up to overthrow Trump by reducing his favourability. Even christians that are castigating Trump are unwittingly only helping to fulfill Bible prophecy by helping to install a government that will pave the way for the man of sin just as Peter unknowingly helped to fulfill bible prophecy by deny Jesus thrice.
What I am saying might sound stupid, but true believers who are spiritually minded will understand. They will understand the times and know that rapture is about to happen and the end is very near. Bible says "watch and pray", in other words, observe the events happening around you and compare them with what scriptures had prophesied, and pray earnestly.
Just mark this date, Trump is not coming back. He has played his own role in prophecy which God had assigned to him.

As far as am concerned, Kwara is within the north central while Baba is from North West. The chief of staff is not of the same tribe with Baba. It is the poor that talk about religion. Has the presence of Baba prevented anyone from practicing his religion?
First, We are not tallking about freedom to practice religion here but about appointments into key or sensitive offices! So stop muddling up things. Second, What happened to federal character? Do you know the major reason Jonathan rejected the Orosanye report? Because the report pushed for scrapping of federal character which in turn would have been disadvantageous to the north during his time, because most of the brains were within the south of the country. You can imagine if you 100 persons apply for a job of 50 positions and all 50 positions were given to southerners based on merit. Look at jamb, waec and neco exams and study the performances. The best candidates usually come from the south.
Thirdly, You were only able to point to the chief of naval staff as the only southerner? What percentage of the top governm, ent officials are from the north vis a vis the south? Is federal character being followed as was done during obj, yar'ardua and GEJ? Even Sani Abacha had most of his key officials as southerners! So what are you talking about. This argument is not about tribe or where I come from but about Buhari as an individual. He is the most nepostistic bigot that ever ruled Nigeria. Even Yar'ardua who was fulani was much more loved by southerners than their own brother GEJ! People still worship Abacha today in places like Bayelsa and Ebonyi. So the point is, its about the leader as a person and not where he comes from that will either endear him or push him away from his people. How can a man who calls himself president and who is supposed to be father of the nation rule like south east or south south doesnot exist. Even the south west that voted him in (and are still cowardly and stupidly singing his praises) are being neglected.

And to those who says he is too found of old people, baba don show say una dey correct cos the man na 75 years old.

My conclusion, he has a good biography and I pray he pledges his allegiance to both the president and the nation as a whole. May God help you do good and not be caught up in the politics and become useless AMEN.

And may he have the courage to tell the president whenever he is making a wrong decision or being advised to make a wrong decision.

And to those wishing Buhari dead, just pray you live as old as him o cos the man no dey die yet o and people that thought they will outlive him are gone and some terribly sick now ooooooo. May we all live long and may God bless the federal republic of NIGERIA. AMEN.

And to think he will go to the territory and abode of SARAKI to pick his new chief of staff baffles me ooooo.
What nonsense are you talking about? Is the man not a northerner? Is the man not someone very close to Buhari since his days as military head of state? Is the man not muslim? So what nonsense about Buhari not being an ethnic or religious bigot are you talking about? Did Buhari appoint a southerner or a christian or someone he is not close to but who has the experience into that office, in order to buttress your point that he is not an ethnic bigot? So point is that the president remains a big ethnic and religious bigot, the worst this country has ever seen! What i however agree with you is the fact that a new force might be emerging from all this.

Jonathan will just be somewhere right now and laughing very hard! They thought he was weak but now they have met the no nonsense person. Obasanjo once said that despite how dictatorial people said he was, he had not even used up to two-thirds of his powers as president. Buhari has not even used up to that level said and you guys are already shouting. Our constitution by default makes the president a dictator, forget those fundamental human rights or 'we are in a democracy' bullshit you hear people preach about. Even the president can manipulate the constitution and remove a sitting governor or lawmaker if he so desires, and nothing will happen, no one will shake. That's how faulty our constitution is. It empowers individuals not institutions. GEJ used only one-third of his powers even though he had powers to go way beyond that and people called him weak. Now bubu is using common broom to flog, people are shouting. What will now happen if he uses horsewhip?

Tomorrow these same people will still elect these sets of crooks as governors. I always tell people that Nigeria deserves the kind of leaders we have. They would see the handwriting on the wall prior to elections and still vote in these same crooks to lead them, and when they begin to deal with them, they will begin to cry out to God, as if they consulted God before electing these sets of crooks and insensitive beings. see, the Jews had nothing to do with the gentiles where the Romans fall among.
On the other hand, most Romans in the land of the Jews were centurions you know what that means?
They were free and were never bonds like the Jews. So, even if a centurion stoop low to say something about Italy to the Jews how will they possibly imagine that Italy was that far?
I am glad you said MOST ROMANS, which itself is even false. A centurion was a Roman commander of a hundred soldires, and they were few centurions compared to ordinary Roman soldiers and Roman citizens. So you saying MOST Romans were centurions is false. Its like you saying most of the soldiers in Nigeria are major generals or brigadier generals. What happened to the lower ranks? Can high commissioned officers be more than the ground troops they command? The higher you go the fewer they become.
Second, during Jesus' time, Roman citizenship was not just restricted to Romans. Some non-romans including Jews were also Roman citizens, either by birth or by induction for a certain accomplishment. Apostle Paul (though not during Jesus' time) was a perfect example. He was jew but was a Roman citizen by birth. Yet he mingled freely with his fellow Jews who were not Roman citizens.
Also you only disputed one of the many points that I had made earlier. How about the other points I had made earlier?
I sincerely think you need to have a good grasp of Roman history during the time of Jesus and the Apostles before you make comments, so that your comments would be very incisive.

Let's get this straight please. Matthew 24 started with some of jesus disciples asking him for sign of his presence (2nd coming). Jesus mentioned many things like earthquake, wars pestilences, food shortage ... and preaching to all nation's etc. Jesus knew what he was saying that preaching will be done in all the nations, not what you said above.bthe crucification is not the end that Jesus meant. The end is the end of this ungodly world.
Well said. But the end is not the end of this ungodly world. It is to establish the reign of Jesus as the true messiah after the destruction of the false messiah (the antichrist). Other nations will still be existing with their own rulers and kings and presidents while Jesus rules with his saints for a thousand years. At this time there will be no sin because satan (who deceives people) will be bound in the pit for that 1,000 years that Christ will rule. The end of the ungodly world will come after the 1,000 year reign of Christ and his saints when Satan will be released and he will deceive the nations once again to fight against Christ and his saints . The wicked kings and rulers of the world with their armies will be destroyed at the battle of Armageddon and the new earth will now descend from heaven with Jerusalem as its capital. Then all ungodliness will have been destroyed.

Have you heard of North sentinel island. The locals there are said to be very aggressive to outsiders. Some people that wandered to close to the island were instantly killed. That place remains largely untouched by civilization and external influence. What do you say about this?
In November 2018, John Allen Chau, a 26-year-old US missionary trained and sent by Missouri-based All Nations, was killed during an illegal trip to the restricted island, planning to preach Christianity to the Sentinelese. Seven individuals were taken into custody by Indian police on suspicion of helping Chau's illegal access to the island. Entering a radius of 5 nautical miles (9.3 km) around the island is illegal under Indian law. Fishermen told police that they had seen the tribespeople dragging Chau's body around but the authorities had not been able to independently verify his death as of 25 November 2018 The case is being treated as a murder but there has been no suggestion that the tribesmen would be charged.

Chau's journal indicated he was aware of the risks he faced, having been shot at by an islander with a bow and arrow on a previous attempted visit, and of the illegality of his visits to the island. In a final note to his family sent via the fishermen, Chau wrote "You guys might think I'm crazy in all this but I think it's worthwhile to declare Jesus to these people. Please do not be angry at them or at God if I get killed ..." The family is not insisting on the return of the body to the US.

ok,
However you are seeing it, it still did not dispute the fact that most people in Israel as at the time Jesus was explaining to his disciples in Matthew 24 never travelled wide, so there is possibility that most of them at some point believed that the whole earth was limited to their vicinity. And if you really look at what happened you will see that the gospel of the kingdom was preached within that vicinity by Jesus and his disciples before he was crucified right?
That tells you that everything spoken by Jesus in Matthew 24 happened within that area at that particular time.
Remember that during Jesus' time Israel was ruled by the Roman empire which virtually everyone during his time knew stretched from Europe in the west to Asia and Israel in the east and down to Africa in the south.
First, remember that Israel and Jerusalem were occupied by romans who had legions and citizens in Jerusalem. These people no doubt would have told the Jews about their cities in Rome and all the other Roman territories they had been to. Its like you never been to Ghana before but you have friends, relatives and even Ghanaians who live around you that have visited Ghana before. These people will certainly gist you about Ghana and describe wonderful cities in Ghana to you. By that, you will now know that a place like Ghana exists where people live.
Second, the Roman empire (just like the greeks and Persian empire before them) made their empire in such a way that they were interlinked for diversity of purposes (e.g businesses) and to make ruling easy. There were number of Jews who did business throughout the Roman empire including Europe and Asia at the time of Jesus and who came back and gave details of their visits to their relatives and friends back in Jerusalem.
Thirdly, though a lot of the Jews were raised in Aramaic, Greek education (as propagated by the Romans who inherited it from their predecessors, the Greeks) was the primary form of language and communication. This was done to make interactions within the entire roman empire easier for administrative and business purposes. So these Jews who were schooled in Greek were no doubt taught about the Roman empire which stretched further than the areas Jesus preached in Israel.
Fourth, the Greek word Jesus used in Mathew 24:14 "in all the earth" is "oikumenes" is translated "all the INHABITED EARTH", meaning all the inhabitants of the ROMAN EMPIRE, which they already knew was vast and covered the territories i had already listed above.
Fifth, the Greek word used in that same Matthew 24:14 for unto "all nations" is "ETHNOS" meaning "a tribe or race, especially A FOREIGN or NON-JEWISH ONE". Everywhere that greek word ethnos is used in scripture, it refers to the gentiles as a foreign tribe or race and as distinct from the Jews. So in essence, Jesus was telling his disciples that for the end to come, the gospel must be preached outside Israel, to the gentiles, including the Roman empire which was the world super power of that period. He was indirectly revealing God's plan of salvation was not only for the Jews but was to incorporate the gentiles who would believe in him (because at that time, the Jews thought salvation was only for them).
This was the mystery of the church (grk. eklessia meaning the called out or chosen ones), where those (whether Jews or gentiles) who would believe in Jesus as saviour would be chosen and called out, and formed together as a new and special entity called the church, as opposed to what the Jews thought at that time that the church was to be composed of only Jews.

understand how people view the world as that time Jesus was on earth.

1. The fastest means of transportation back then was horse, donkey or camel : meaning, there was a certain limited distance one could cover
2. Because men could not travel far, they tend to believe that the world ends at their immediate environment they can see. That means, for instance, the Jews living in that area of the ancient Israel in those days will never in their wildest imagination believe that continents like Africa, Asia, America, Australia, etc exist because there was no possible means they could travel far.

So when Jesus mentioned the world in that scripture he was referring to the standpoint of the coverage of their view based on the distance men could travel, he was not referring to the world in total.

To that note : Jesus and his disciples travelled from one city to another preaching the gospel of the kingdom, they started from Galilee preaching and were traveling to Jerusalem by foot, it was like traveling from Ibadan to Lagos by foot(based on the map).
That distance was enough for Jesus to say the gospel of the kingdom must be preached to all the earth because to them, that distance was all the earth.

After the gospel of the kingdom was preached by Jesus and his disciples who covered that little distance referred to as all the earth, Jesus was crucified at Jerusalem, that crucifixion was the end.
That crucifixion was what Jesus meant by saying then shall the end come.
Lolz...very funny and wrong analogy. The greek word Jesus used there in Matthew 24:14 for "all the earth" is "oikoumene" meaning "all the INHABITED EARTH" NOT restricted to just Israel! Infact that word specifically referred to the ENTIRE ROMAN EMPIRE which was the world power as at the time of Jesus. The Roman empire at that time stretched so far, as Europe to the west, down to certain parts of Africa including Egypt and Ethiopia, and then to Asia (Asia minor and major) in the east, and Israel down southeast. During the time of Jesus, the gospel was preached only within certain parts of Israel, not even in all Israel not to talk of all of the inhabited earth or Roman empire (some parts of Israel were inhabited by gentiles e.g Tyre and Sidon). Jesus preached only within certain parts of Israel because the gospel then was for only the Jews. (Note that the Israel during the time of Jesus was far different and diverse from the Israel during David's time which was purely occupied by Jews. Afer the Jews were exiled by Nebuchadnezzar, other nations began to infiltrate the empty land of Israel and built up their generations within the land of Israel. So when the Israelite were sent back to their land following the decree of Cyrus the great and formally during the reign of Artaxerxes, they met an already existing gentile population within Israel who had been living there for years and occupying the land after the Jews were exiled). It was when the Jews rejected the messianic truth of Jesus that he now turned to a few of the gentile cities. Remember the syrophoenician woman that asked Jesus for healing? Why do you think Jesus made the statement that you don't give the children's bread to dogs? Because the woman was gentile (from the region of Syrophoenicia i.e Syria and Phoenicia) and Jesus felt it was not yet time to give what belonged exclusively to the Jews to the gentiles. The woman's faith was so great and impressive to Jesus that it broke that principle and Jesus immediately gave her what was supposed to be for the Jews only.
During the time of the apostles, we now began to see the gospel spread to the gentiles through apostle Paul. Through him, it now reached the other parts of the Roman empire (Europe and Asia), while Philip took it to Africa through the Ethiopian eunuch.
So your assertion that the gospel had reached the whole world during the time of Jesus and that the end came at the cross is totally wrong.
There's much more facts I could give you but for lack of space and time.

This corona virus thing may not be the second coming of Christ but it might be the perfect set up for the antichrist to be revealed and an indication that the rapture is about to take place. The antichrist will come at a time when there is world chaos and he will proffer solutions to the chaos and to achieve this, he has to be set up as a world leader. He will be given authority to rule. Now note the following:
1) First, the church must be raptured before the antichrist is revealed. He is already probably in the world right now but has not yet been revealed. It is only the power of the church that holds him back from fully manifesting himself.
2) Second, for the antichrist to be fully manifest, there must be some sort of world chaos just as we see happening right now. If anyone ever told you several years ago that every part of the world will experience chaos at the same time, no one would have believed you. But it is happening right before our very eyes as was prophesied in the bible. So this gives us an idea that the time for the antichrist to finally reveal himself is closer than ever.
3) Following from the above, it means that the rapture of the church is closer, because the antichrist will only reveal himself after the church must have been taken away.
4) After the rapture would have taken place, the antichrist will have only 7 years to rule. The first 3.5 years of his rule, he will bring peace to the world. He won’t be as devilish as many expect him to be. His peaceful moves will win him the heart of many, especially when he strikes a deal with Israel to secure peace with their hostile Arab neighbours, something that had never been achieved before. There will be nothing like mark of the beast at this first 3.5 years. The first 3.5 years will be one of peace.
5) Now when his first 3.5 years are over, he will destroy the covenant he had made with Israel and set up himself as god in their temple. He will now demand to be worshipped. This is where the mark of the beast will be created. This second 3.5 years is when the great tribulation begins, where anyone who refuses to take his mark will be killed. Infact Jesus said that such tribulation will be the worst the world has ever seen, and if God had not shortened the time of the tribulation, then most persons would never be saved.
So a rough timeline is this:
 Chaotic world event occurs and then rapture of the church takes place OR
 Rapture of the church takes place and then chaotic world event occurs
 Then antichrist is fully revealed
 His first 3.5 years, one of peace and solidifying himself as false messiah of the world
 His final 3.5 years: one of great trouble (great tribulation), especially for Israel and those who missed the rapture but who who still trust in Jesus and refuse to receive the mark of the beast nor worship him
 After the final 3.5 years, the second coming of Jesus (this time as the long awaited messiah which the Jews had waited for. When he came 2,000 years ago, this same Jews did not receive him as messiah because they had expected the messiah to come with so much power and authority and not as a mere man which Jesus did) with the saints from heaven to defeat the antichrist and false prophet takes place. This time, Jesus comes with great power and glory (compared to his first coming as a man born in a manger), that the Jews who rejected him before will mourn so greatly in repentance at not accepting him before. The antichrist and his prophet are both thrown into the lake of fire while Satan is also bound in the bottomless pit for 1,000 years
 Jesus and the saints will now reign on earth for 1,000 years from Jerusalem. Other countries of the world will still exist with their leaders like they are today.
 When 1,000 years are over, satan will be released from the bottomless pit and he will go out to once again deceive the nations of the world (like he is doing today) and incite them against Jesus and his saints at Jerusalem.
 The countries of the world and their leaders (presidents, kings, etc) will now brace up for a fight against Jesus and the saints, and this final battle will take place at Armageddon. The kings and leaders and their armies will be so roundly defeated that bible says it will takes months for their bodies to be cleared up.
 Finally. New heaven and new earth will be unveiled from heaven. Jesus and his saints will rule forever.

The conclusion of the matter is in Deuteronomy 29:29: the secret things belong to God but the things which have been revealed belong to us. Truth is, our finite minds can NEVER understand everything there is to know about God or creation. It will just explode or run you mad! We have not solved simple calculus finish, is it now God we want to FULLY UNDERSTAND? Our minds cannot carry it all nor understand it! The bible does not definitely tell us everything there is to know about God or the creation but it gives us all that is sufficient for us to know at the level which our finite minds can carry. And these things can also not be understood from an intellectual point of view. They would sound foolish to the scientific minds, thats why we find a lot of persons on this forum unwisely inferring the bible as a foolish book. It takes the Holy Spirit to give one an understanding of these things. God is not stupid. He made these spiritual things to sound foolish to the intellectual so that the only way one can understand him or the things that pertain to him is to come to him by his Spirit not by science. God has even been quite gracious to allow science confirm most of these things that the bible had long discovered.
Conclusion of the matter is this - leave the complex matters to God (don't think you can solve it intellectually; you will only end up being foolish because you will discover things you might think are true but heaven which knows the 'real' truth will just be looking and laughing at your stupidity and the futility of your efforts) and take the ones he has been gracious enough to reveal to you at the level of your understanding.

Jokerman:

With your story, that means Noah existed before Adam, or are you talking of another flood before that of Noah??

Then Genesis also said, darkness was upon the face of the deep while the holy spirit moved above the waters, and then God said let there be light, and he created sun and the moon..

Are you saying pre-Adamites, lived without the Sun? If so what about the plants, how did they grow?
The pre-Adamites, probably they were vampires as they didn't need the sun ??
Regarding Noah's flood, I was only trying to give an illustration about how the preAdamite race were destroyed because of sin. Noah of course lived several years after Adam and the preAdamites. He did not precede Adam. I was talking about another flood that happened way before the time of Noah and even before the creation of Adam. Have you read scientific journals which stated that creatures like the leviathan and dinosaurs which existed millions of years ago were wiped out by a catastrophic event that resembled a flood? Do you know where this flood came from? This was the flood that God used to destroy the preAdamite race who fell to sin after Lucifer was thrown out of heaven and deceived them and all of God's creation to rebel against God since he could not defeat God himself. The darkness that came upon the earth was part of the resultant effects of the destruction God sent on that race. Read Jeremiah 4:23-26. It talks about the state of the earth in the preAdamite race after God had destroyed it. I have quoted it here for easy reference:
“I beheld the earth, and lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens [the skies/outer space where the sun, moon and stars were expected to inhabit and give light to the earth; NOT the highest heaven which is His place of habitation], and they had no light. I beheld the mountains, and lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly. I beheld, and lo, there was no MAN, and all the birds of the heavens were fled. I beheld, and lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the Lord, and by his fierce anger.”
And these preAdamite race were men not vampires as Jeremiah 4: 23-26 tells us. Between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2 there is a whole lot of events that occurred on the earth which was not recorded in Genesis but could be found in other parts of the bible, such as the rebellion and fall of Lucifer, who now became satan. Where do u think satan appeared from as the snake that deceived Eve? You think that was the way God made him?

DrBrainstorm:
Acoording to Bible scholars, the Earth is about 6000yrs old. God works of Creation started and was completed in 7days. But what if they were not actually days? What if it spanned over a million years?
Carbon dating has made us to know that the Earth is far more than 6000 years old.
Anyways, what do I know? undecided
Bible never tells us that earth is 6,000years old. Genesis 1:1 tells us that in the beginning (the Hebrew word there is re'shiyth meaning the DATELESS or eternal past) God (Hebrew is Elohim meaning Gods in plural) created the heavens and the earth. Notice it does not give any timing to the creation of earth. Then Genesis 1: 2 says "And the earth was (Hebrew word there is 'hayah' meaning TO BECOME or TO TRANSFORM INTO SOMETHING) without form and empty" AND the Spirit of God was moving over the formless earth. That verse can read 'and THE EARTH BECAME FORMLESS AND EMPTY'. This shows that a catastrophic event might have happened that made the earth in Genesis 1:1 to become formless and empty, especially when you remember that God is not an author of confusion or disorder. There is no way God can create something ab initio to be formless and empty. God himself even said he did not create the earth in vain, that he created it to be inhabited (read Isaiah 45:18; 1 Corin. 14:33).
The time between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2 was about millions to billions of years. Adam was not the first man on earth. There were races called the preAdamite race which existed on earth when God first made the earth. Satan, who was lucifer then was a ruler over this earth. But when he sinned against God he was thrown out of heaven and enticed the preAdamite man to sin against God. It was the sin of these preAdamite race that caused God to destroy the earth then with a flood (Jerem. 4: 23-26), just as he did years later with Noah. After all these events, this is where Genesis 1:2 begins when the Holy Spirit began to move over the waters or the flooded earth. So the book of Genesis 1 is actually the story of how God RECREATED or RESHAPENED the earth. Also remember that when God created Adam he told him to be fruitful, to multiply and to REPLENISH THE EARTH (Gen. 1: 28). You cannot replenish something unless that thing was full before and then became empty. To replenish means to fill up something that was initially full but later became empty.
So all these scientific discoveries dated to billions of years ago, including dinosaurs and abnormal men, actually existed in the preAdamite era; that is, between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2. Even scientists have discovered that most of these creatures such as dinosaurs were made extinct by a great catastrophe where they were submerged in a great flood. This gives further proof of the preAdamite era being destroyed by the flood from God. This is where the confusion lies for most persons. They think Genesis 1 tells us everything about the creation of the heavens and the earth.
There is a whole lot of proof I could give you, both scientifically and from scriptures, but for lack of space and timing.

Theconglomerate:
Now there are agents that I know that handle CAD whom you'll give your naira here in Nigeria to a designated naira account here and they'll forward the CAD equivalence to any account of your choice in CANADA.
I don't know anything about your Australian adventures as that isn't my route.
But then,we are random people on the internet and I can't give you my contacts for trust issues(you might not trust me and I don't trust you either),so I gave you this information to look for people like that at your discretion.
Alternatively, you can use USD and do it as it will be easier for you and clearer.
I don't want any random person on the net trying to accuse me of fraud, reason why I withheld putting you and my agent in talks.
Goodluck.
Thats the problem. I dont have an account in Canada but in Australia as well as USD Dorm accounts here in Nigeria (thats why I asked if there are banks in Nigeria that operate dorm accounts in CAD or Australian dollar). Thanks for the advice though.

If you want to send money from Nigeria to CAD,there are black market guys who would receive your naira and pay you CAD.
It will only be a problem only if you need the CAD currency cash here in Nigeria.
How does this work please? And please are there Dorm accounts in Nigeria that operate in Australian or Canadian dollars (espec Australian dollars). All I see is just USD or British pound dorm accounts.
I do not need it in cash here in Nigeria but need it for fees payment overseas. I especially need Australian dollars. But Canadian dollars would still be okay.
Thanks a lot

And yet these same doctors are still placed on a shameful hazard allowance of #5k every month while assembly members who do nothing hazardous earn millions for just warming red and green seats! Shame of a nation! It is no longer far fetched why Nigerian doctors emigrate to countries where sense is common and where they are better appreciated as soon as they graduate from medical school or as soon as they get fellowship

Web2020:
we are really not far from each other anyway, but my take is that any time you should be able say a thing the way it is or the way it was. Two things will make you to say it the other way round, which are: 1. You want to play along =hypocrite 2. You are afraid how others will react to the truth = Bondage. So, if you are free and you are not an hypocrite, you should be able to Express yourself any time any day. Which the commissioner just deed.
I will try one last time to elucidate this further to you using an example. We all know Abacha, in as much as he was a dictator and stole our national treasury (as every leader in Ngeria has) he was very much loved by the people of kano. On the day he died Kano was thrown into mourning. Now imagine if someone who hated Abacha shouted in the middle of kano at that time that such death serves Abacha right and that Abacha was a thief and so on, now such a person would have spoken the truth no doubt, but he will probably not end up with his head on his shoulders. So wisdom will naturally tell him that such moment or place is not appropriate to utter such words. By such act, he is neither a coward nor a hypocrite. On the contrary he is a wise man! Even you sir that is shouting hypocrisy and cowardice, i bet you would never have said that before staunch Abacha loyalists who had machetes ready to cut off your head! In fact i dare you to go to Daura or Buhari's household and tell them Buhari was a despot (if Buhari dies) and see if you will come back alive. And btw why hasn't your voice been vocal in the papers and on social media calling Abba Kyari a thief? It means you are also a coward and a hypocrite. To prove that your statements are not hypocritical and sheer cowardice, why not go out to Aso Rock and say such things about Abba Kyari or anyone in Aso Rock (rather than hide behind the commisioner's statements to make a point), afterall you said if one doesnt say the truth plainly he is a coward and a hypocrite! So let's be practical here. Hypocrisy and cowardice are one thing, wisdom is another! Wisdom guides one on the timing and appropriateness of words while fools rush to speak and act even when the situation or place is not right.
Finally with this, it's yours to believe what you want. You are entitled to your opinion, sir.

My dear, any circumstances that makes you to say something different from the truth means, you either an hypocrite or you are in bondage. It must be one at of the two
I never mentioned anything about saying something different from the truth neither do i support anyone to say anything from the truth. My point is, when saying the truth, one must utilize wisdom in considering the appropriateness and timing. Was it really appropriate and properly timed for him to utter such statement? Its not every truth that is appropriate to utter at a particular point in time. It might be the truth but it might end up causing more harm than good because of its inappropriateness.
