Just came back from ABUJA: You get the feeling that The Govt (if you can call it that) has no business with the masses and vice-versa. It is that simple.
in most parts of nigeria ,people just supply their own power,healthcare,boreholes,shelter and food.
I think people should even stop paying tax in nigeria.

First of all thank you God almighty for your sustenance and gift of good health while i toiled in school.
it would have been impossible without you. FOR REAL!!

Also thanks to my Dad who kept promising term after term that he would kill a goat if i came 1st in class.
the moral support worked wonders!!
Also for demanding that i read engineering " because i already have a doctor" .
Also for the discipline\canes if i came 3rd ( " the people in front, do they have 2 heads??".

Thanks to my mum for making me believe\understand that fantastic grade = fantastic job (that a good market sells itself)

Thanks to my elder siblings for keeping up the standard worthy of emulation.

Finally , a big thanks to my current Boss for believing in me though i told him i didnt have the core apps experience

Saw a woman (most likely nigerian) carrying her baby that way at CANARY WHARF STATION! !
I was like wow!!  it was quite strange in that environment and im sure she's from SOUTH LONDON

This is a very good move.
The days of shouting early in the morning in the name of prayers should stop completely
especially in built-up areas.
I dont see why prayers should disturb people that do not want to partake in it.
And by the way, what is wrong with quiet prayers? ?? ? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?
After all after all those prayers, pastor will be sleeping with the young choir gurlz.

That kind of noise is best suited for when in the wilderness or something.

The poor man has nothing to comfort himself with,no recreation,no outdoor activity Xcept pounding out his frustrations every nite atop the wife hence the very flenty flenty children.Moreso they cant afford family planning or know anything abt it.

First of all, Poor people are usually not very intelligent and in a lot of cases that is why they
are poor in the first place. (not that im saying that im rich oooooo. )
as a result ,not thinking about how the kids will be trained, they continue to have these kids and  eventually
send them off to be maids and houseboys.

I know a man that is having many kids because  with many children, at least one must hammer. (can you imagine)

Also , as with most vicious cycles, a poor man is idle because he has no investments or high end jobs
taking up his time so what does he do? he keeps shaging his wife; ofcourse he cant afford contraceptives!! and 9months later : VOILA!!  another bomboy.
And so the poverty cycle continues.

Ofcource the kids wont go to proper schools (all those village schools with no windows or ceilings) and then they
come out half-baked (or even not baked at all).And the cycle continues.
That is actually one good reason why there are people in the village.
