Casualties of glitter.
There will always be a supply of people to be used , produced by hunger as long as there
are especially 3rd world countries that can't get anything right.

Slavery seems to be in human nature only that it changes form to adapt to the times.

Its a shame.

Lovely photographs. Item people are nice.
But if I may ask, Why is Item, Igbere, Alaye, Uzuakoli etc still under one LGA-Bende. All this groups as big as they are, are still in one local council. Yet Ngwa people have 7 LGA's. Only Item is bigger than Ugwunagbo Ngwa LGA.

My advice is to stay out longer with your pals and just let her be for as long as she wants.
At some point she'll want her man back.

Politics › Re: 42 Students From Lagos Jet Out For Leadership Training In South Africa. (pics) by hackney(m): 12:50pm On Aug 05, 2010
The trends of discussions here boil down to the fact that because the govt and the politicians are known to be usually
wasteful and selfish, everything they do is seen as wasteful no matter how positive.

Ofcourse states can afford to freely send students to such things but its just the
incompetence we know them for that is clouding our judgement on anything they do.

They just cant win.
And rightly so
grin

Family › Re: Travelling After 28 Weeks Pregnant by hackney(m): 11:03pm On Aug 04, 2010
@poster

Last Xmas in Lagos , B.A did not let a woman that was 7 months pregnant fly .
Even though she was flying via LDN to NY, the oyinbo woman asked her to go back to the
yankee embassy and tell them to route her via another country as by B.A policy , he pregnancy was too advanced.

I think that in general, most flights will not let you board them at that stage.

Politics › Re: Sudan Deports 400 Nigerians by hackney(m): 11:03pm On Aug 03, 2010
Nobody should encourage  nigerian govt to strengthen their immigration policies oo.
This is because before you know it immigration will be catching nigerian indegienes and before they
even listen to you , you don drop like 50 or else you go see yourself for chad.

Everything in nigeria develops "K" leg with high speed.
Politics › Re: Sudan Deports 400 Nigerians by hackney(m): 12:30pm On Aug 03, 2010
Why are nigerians in every nook and cranny of the world like a rat infestation? ? ?
Na wa o.

They have been shot in the market in poland, ejected in shanghai, accused of kidnap (abi na cannibalism) in india,
banned from some countrysides in italy, killed at random in russia, attacked in romania, treated like rats in libya, the list goes on.

Other countries are organised enough to at least know who isnt their national but can we even tell
who is hausa and who is chad in the north ? ? ?

A country like nigeria where all and sundry should be coming to look for work considering its natural wealth.
Now even countries that have nothing look down at nigerians.

No matter what your ego is, behind your back these other people say: "look at these self-important empty id!ots."
Everybody knows that nigerians are proud but nobody knows why.

The worst is that there is no end in sight because politicians will forever embezzle and the major tribes cant stand each other
(collectively).

So much shame
