Despite the fact that some women who join their spouses outside Nigeria tend to change and become something else, there are still good women out there, if you feel 2months is early enough, then give it time to get to know each other. Long years of courting does not also determine a perfect marriage. People change, guys keep on searching for the perfect lady forgetting that they need to work on themselves too. Well, considering the fact that she knows you are outside the country means she knows she can have a good life and she would be meek and sweet. OP why dont u employ your parents or relatives to make a background check on the said lady. If she is good, people will speak for her. All the same I wish you the best. Some girls can be lucky sha, having been searching for someone who will take me out of this country. I promise to be the most loyal and supporting wife as long as you dont change from the person I use to know. OP abeg connect me na

Afolayan did a very good job on settings of the movie, very good location, though the storyline is not something new.. My review on Anikulapo is that there is something about "too much" learn not to overdo things especially loving too much.. It ruins the one who loves too much..

Fastforwarded.

This man became so nonchalant that he would even take this woman to the official apartment. I mean officials inhabit about 12% of this estate and the apartments paid for by the company are literally just beside each other. You could imagine his gut foolishness, in fact, the foolishness was from both parties. Nothing happened still tho.

About two months ago.
First off, the company does give staff official phones with official sims and the sims come with free call to every official line. I mean, you could make a billion-minute call with zero naira to other staff, although to some selected levels. By default, a junior staff isn't supposed to have one unless the drivers who need them to lessen their phone call duties.
He first abused his office by unofficially allocating an official line to this lady because he wanted to be doing day time "extra cool" with her and funnily enough, despite all he earns, he couldn't buy the lady a new phone. He had to go to the store where abandoned official phones are kept to get her one of the phones. How much dem dey sell phones sef? Man could honestly afford any phone.
Of course he got away with it at first not until last month when this lady and other staff were being driven home and the lady forgot her phone in the staff bus. Someone (I suspect already hated the man and never approved of what he had going with the lady) now went through their chats. Gathered enough screenshots as evidence and sent them to some of the bosses. I suspect it's the driver because only someone with an official line could easily guess the numbers of the top officials. The first seven digits of each line are the same, only the last four are different and the last digits are kind of shared according to ranks. So for instance, if our official line was 0706789-xxxx, only the xxxx would be different and whoever uses 0 7 0 6 7 8 9 0 0 0 1 is most definitely an oga at the top.
You do not have a business with this if you don't have an official line.
The person sha shared the proofs of their romance with the management and my people, after our monthly meeting today. He was asked to drop his car key, house key and the official phone. Just like that. That was it, please submit your resignation letter today and your refusal to submit it before 4PM still means sure dismissal. I watched as he cried his eyes out and in all honesty, I pitied him and the lady as well. The two of them were sent off today with zero compensation. No nothing.

By the way, man was always talking about how difficult life was for him until he got the job. Without being told, you could picture life of a man with seven children and a wife. I could only hope he saved enough which looks almost impossible with seven children. Even me wey still single sef, na blow as e dey come for years till I manage get small sense recently.
See ehn... Promiscuity dey damage things, make I no lie. Na so Egbon take return to trenches. I pity his beautiful wife and seven children, I pity the woman as well and her own three children. I even pity myself wey type this epistle untop another person matter.. Make we sha dey learnx sha.
Ire o.
Pls does your office have a branch in Kano. Pls would love to apply.

I mostly use white corn for my pap. I no dey for that millet or guinea corn wahala. Also if your pap doesnt turm out thick, put on fire with very low heat and keep stirring gently. U wont get lumps
Family / Re: A Week After We Got Married. by Hafizah(f): 8:50pm On Sep 29, 2022
Akamu simple yet difficult.. One thing hv observed, as long as it is refrigerated. U cant get it by just pouring hot water, u must return it back to the fire. Secondly always make sure your pap mixture is thick and well stirred before pouring hot water, u dont expect to get a thick pap when your mixture is watery already.. Thirdly preparing pap is divine grace from GOD

Why is your husband refusing to see a doctor. This myopic thinking that only the wife is the reason for not getting pregnant has died a long time ago, both spouse need to be tested. You can never tell the true character of a man in poverty. This marriage is not even upto a year. OP you are 33 but you give yourself the impression that you are 50, stop thinking you are too old to conceive. Let nobody frustrate you into doing things you dont want to do. Let your husband see the doctor too

This is just a phase, believe me, most if not all share similar experience with you. I dont know much about Ebonyi State but you have made it obvious that there are no job prospects there. You need to change location. Your first priority now is to check your contact, who do you think can bear with you for 3 months. Then u know the next step, u can start with teaching, thats the only hope for most unemployed. Teaching jobs are relatively easy to get in Kano. You can also use this method of checking for schools tnrough your church. Most catholic schools are everywhere, even in Kano. You need to strategise a plan. U wont always teach forever but thats a starting point. Everyone started little. All the best Sir, you will testify soon

gas and electric. I need a pot with think bottom that will not expend. And also stylish. Yes they are non stick pot.
Really dont know much about this kind of pot. I will suggest you go for tower, crownstar or mr. Chef, the aluminium pot that we use to know, these are new fashioned and I have no idea about their durability
Family / Re: I Need Help Before Making A Mistake To Buy This Pot by Hafizah(f): 9:08pm On Sep 05, 2022
No idea on this type of non-sticky pots as it looks like one, u have to consider what u use to cook, is it gas or stove, cos those pots cant stand high heat. Why dont u go for thicker aluminium pots like tower, mr. Chef or Crownstar

How well do you trust or believe in your friend, is your friend a female or a male? A female would be better, secondly if its a male, hope the said person has an understanding wife. If your friend is a good and reliable person, pls take your daughter from her, I dont know why some siblings can be so inconsiderate. Cant her husband pay his own kids fees. Its very annoying that your efforts are not appreciated. If your friend is trustworthy and kind pls take your daughter and make sure you hurry up plans so she can join you soonest. All the best

Romance / Re: Why Do Nigerian Girls Love Tall Guys So Much? by Hafizah(f): 10:59pm On Aug 25, 2022
I love this topic, as a lady, my major requirement in a guy is his height, dude has to be taller than me.. Just imagine walking on the street with a tall guy.. U dont have to look down but up, same way it comes with respect, a tall guy will put in your place but someone u are taller than cant easily control or demand respect from you.. Tall guys rock.. If u are a short guy pls find a tall lady, you owe your kids that..

I gave her solid info and good contact about a job, which led to her landing the job. She informed her mom it was through me she got the job, but never said a word to me about getting the job neither did she say thank you.

Her mother and mine are friends, it was through my mom I heard/knew she got the job. I called her out of the blue one day to ask, I also acted like I wasn't aware of the conversation between our mothers or the fact that she got the job. She pretended she didn't get the job through my info/contact person. I let it slide.

I rarely post stuff on my Whatsapp status but on my last birthday I did just for fun. She viewed my status and never reached out to say hello or happy birthday. It is not her viewing of my status and staying silent that bothered me, rather, it was a nagging gut feeling of, this person doesn't think of you as a pal the way you do, neither do they wish you well.

I don't ignore my instincts about people these days, before I go wound big time.

How rude some people can be!!!
