Lo, it is an amusing thread, i really don't have much to say. One thing i know though is that miracles and signs are not a very reliable way of winning people to God. It's just a bait , and experience both biblical and personal shows that such people USUALLY continue looking for baits their whole life(premature babies as it were) and do not live strong christian lives. i'll elucidate more later. Busy.

Yesterday I finished a work out routine and was having a break when I saw a lady spotting a low cut which I find really attractive on girls.
Had a little discussion and collected her number and promised to call her later. I had genuine intentions.

Because I saw her in a fitness arena, I felt she might be interested in swimming. So when I was going to swim in the evening, I asked her if she wanted to come along and swim with me. She said yea, I should pick her up somewhere opposite a supermarket.

I got there and waited a while before she appeared. She was now wearing a wig and I was like hmmmm?

Immediately after exchanging greetings, she said she wanted to shop. Wanted to buy so so perfumes and stuff and was looking at me to give her money. I looked at her and studied her as her value crashed and the interest plummeted. I asked her how much? She said 2-3K.

I gave her 3K and she added that she doesn't even have a bikini and bla bla.
I waited for her to finish her shoppin . When she came out, I did not care about what she bought. When she stepped into the car, I told her that I wanted to go alone since she had no bikini to swim with. She was like huh?? I said yea. Deleted her number immediately she stepped out.

Why do some ladies think that every guy that show interest is after their kitten and they start from the word go to extort as much as they can?

Seriously, I had a similar experience precisely a month ago that I even felt like sharing here here but I think this thread has giv'n me the avenue.
It happened to my Aunt who had a tumour(late tho') that was diagnosed to be carcinogenic(it was discoverd when she went for her regular check up). The doctor said it was good that it was discovered early so it won't metastasize and she would need to be operated. When she informed her husband, he bluntly and outrightly objected it saying as far as he's alive, no member of his family would undergo sugery(he even boasted of how his wife delivered their second baby normally even when the doctor said the only option she had was a CS) that it's convenant the Lord made with him. He said the God he serves has never failed him.
Well, as time went by. The man continued fasting and praying. He even went to the mountains. So also the tumour continued to grow still believein in His Yaweh.
Eventually, it was discovered the tumour was malignant and spread drastically within a month. My aunt gave up the ghost last month based on her husband's strong believe in God. Ooh, did I metion he's also a pastor?
Everyone that heard of it blamed him for being so stupid and jeopardizing the life of his wife.
Now, this is my quetion, as a believer, what exactly did the man do wrong?
