Please people using Ikorodu road axis should be careful. I got a long call that there is a barricade and hoodlums are having a field day vandalizing vehicles.

It was a call so I have no further proof

Heading to the office, lots of serious meetings long fixed for today even before NLC woke up to pms price increase.

Ikorodu road traffic currently looks relatively free.
CMS traffic inward island moving.

One word: observe the strike today by staying back at home IF you got other jobs!
Nice update bro. Thanks.

Further to that, the approach that works best is never to discuss or apologize the incident. After a while turn the table when she arises it by indicting her for snooping on your phone. Tell her you needed to confirm her trust status that's why you connived to have that joke on her and as would be expected she still fell for it. Storm out and keep to yourself and see her sending apologetic messages and even your friends to come and plead on her behalf. You might even get an appeasement knacking join

It's the Yorubas that form one Nigeria and buy from Ibo businesses that are causing this.

Politics › Fuel Hike: NLC-TUC Strike Updates by hardbody(op): 5:29am On May 18, 2016
Given the volatility in the polity and divided views on whether or not to proceed with NLC strike, what is the update in your part of world. These updates will help others at least apply caution and discretion in their movement.

As for me, I am presently on a short course outside the Nigerian jurisdiction and no one here knows what is going on Nigeria at least in terms of the strike.

I am personally not opinionated either way

Education › Re: Did I Do Wrong To Study In Maritime Academy Of Nigeria?? by hardbody: 9:24pm On May 17, 2016
Emexix:
The maritime academy of Nigeria oron is the only federal marine school is Nigeria.

The school which boasts of 4300+ trained Nigerian merchant Navy officers and over 65,000 other workers in the maritime industry since 1983 to 2015 and at this point is still below par in its academic excellence.

I enrolled for a short course which ran all through 2015, it was a 10months course of 2 semesters which I completed November last year.

Fast forward to may 2016, No result, No certificate to forge ahead in my career.

Like everyother professional career which requires both theoretical and practical experience to excel, the marine industry both deck and engine requires more practical experience.
But for my 2 semesters in the school, the lecturers could only teach u on the white marker board since the school lack basic equipments to take u practicals.
Well since I already work onboard ships, I have knowledge of the practicals so I wasn't really bothered but how about those who haven't?

Having completed the course, paid in full and having no issue whatsoever, not even the first semester result have been released, we where only 30 candidates for the session so I see no reason why they should withhold it.
We contacted the H. O. D who confirmed that the results are ready but the school have to setup a board meeting to deliberate on it before it could be released, (this was since mid February). Now the pain here is, the new session for 2016 will be starting first semester exams Monday may 23rd, without the results of the previous session released.
Having made the calculations, if they should go ahead to write the exams, and they eventually release the result, anyone having any issue like carry over will have to wait till 2017 to rewrite it and then wait again to same time 2018 to get your certificate. This is like running a programme of 1 year for 4 years due to negligence on the part of the scrappy institution.

A colleague who ran the same short course in a private institution same time last year and paid far less to what I paid to a federal institution as tuition already got his certificate and he will be rounding up his officers course by June this year while am still here with year half spent still waiting for a result which is probably sitting on the desk of someone covered in dust.

Fynestboi, Richirez, olawalebabs lalasticlala.. Mods help.
Bros I sympathize with you but as for your question, the answer is in the affirmative. You did wrong in studying there. Did you try to find out their historical antecedents before going there to register?

Having said that, this school should not abort the dreams of its students. One can approach the court for an appropriate writ compelling the school to produce the result. Talk to your lawyer.

HaneefahRN:
Ok, I never knew women propose to themselves on the man's behalf or invite his family on his behalf then use rope to drag him to the aisle.
It is wanting to eat their cake and have it, they want to gallivant around while having a maid at home to care for their needs. Some will spend money on concubines outside while their family suffers. But sadly when the consequences of their actions come, the wife suffers for it too. In this age of HIV/AIDs, hepatitis and other STIs, some women come down with cervical cancer later in life as a result of having a cheat as a husband.

When he is sick and frail, all his concubines would disappear leaving the woman he has grossly disrespected to go about caring for him.
This response has been taken out of context so I am afraid I won't respond further to it.

The Hook: Similar but opposite of the Banana, the Hook is a penis that's hooked with a curve that points down like a flamingo's beak.

The good: Doggy-style is awesome with a hook because it's perfectly hitting your center of gravity. There are also several fun and exciting positions that feel extra nice, like backward bull-riding (girl on top, facing his feet).

The bad: In traditional missionary position, since the pecker is pointing down it isn't going to rub you the right way when it comes to your center of gravity. No matter how he thrusts, at what angle or speed, he naturally bows away.

I have always wondered about these silly justifications. Then why marry then? Why not spend your life jumping from one pu.ssy to another, have the fullest of adventure and be hailed as Boss, while sparing another human being the hurt and emotional pain that comes with having a selfish partner with no respect for the marriage institution?
I guess its simply because the women wont let you keep jumping. They always want to drag you down the aisle and have you for keeps. Does that answer your question? I honestly do not want to respond to this thread.

Where is Gowon in all of these?

Buhari was in his infantry when they were decimating Igbos for want of self determination. Defenceless women and children were being bombed and shot at random by Tiv infantry fighting for one Nigeria amidst their Northern brothers. Today How far? Who is killing whom the most? I am not in the least happy that this is happening but kudos to the man that saw tomorrow.

By now we would all have been emancipated.

But again, i read somewhere that virtually all families in Benue have military men, what has then happened? Have they lost the desire to fight and defend their own? God bless the likes of Orkah....

Independence Bridge.
I was always under the impression that this bridge is called the 5 cowrie bridge. When navigating through the Muson centre end, look at some of the stone tablets as you approach the bend that leads you across the bridge towards Bonny Camp. You will see inscriptions that tend to say it it 5 cowrie bridge.
