If my brother wants privacy on our father’s property, he should go and buy his own land and build his house not divide our father’s property with a fence. Family house for that matter. What you won’t do when the owner (our father was alive) you don’t attempt it when he is gone even from earth.

The siblings obviously want things the way their father left it. So why would he take a solitary decision to distort their family house. Any good wife would have advised him against it.
