Laalasticla:Please read again. He came to set an example for a sin-free life and empower you with the Holy Spirit to achieve this. |
There is something i learn and come to believe. When you see a good/product stay in the market for a very time. There could many reasons for this, but it boils down to one fact: Nobody has seen any value in it to own, nobody wants it!
|
Laalasticla:Lol can you still be saved and be in sin? Omo we should be careful of falling in error, emitting from our liberty. You can do without sin! Christ came to set that example and empower you with the Gift of the holy Spirit to achieve this. One blot of sin and you won’t enter heaven! 1 Corinthians 6:9 - Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor (perversely) effeminate, nor homosexuals, Christ redeemed is from the curse of the law, did he redeem us from having to follow “the law”? At your bolded, you just said (example). If you commit fornication, it has consequences but it doesn’t mean you are not saved (that your name is still not in the Book of Life) lol. Brother you don’t want to find out, anybody that has been saved once and continues in sin, would go to hell for free! |
femi4:Room ke. Which room would you see for 10k a year ![]() If this is true, it has to be a tent deep in the forest ![]() |
kelechi50:Brother ehn. In this life nobody can escape “harvest”. Whether you sow good or evil, harvest must come. Nothing good every comes out of such money, you buy car: it will crash and may take precious lives with it, you train children with it; they will eventually turn to error, house built with it: turns to ashes etc There are monies that i avoid with all of my soul, money from doing evil, money that is not mine (if i can’t talk my way out of the responsibility of keeping it, i would open excel and track it even to the nearest kobo). Last last, may we not miss eternal home in Heaven cuz of something as trivial and temporary as money. |
It is time for Israel to end Fighting terrorism is never easy, fighting a faceless and hidden enemy can be very tiring and difficult but the rate innocent children are being killed is a cause for concern. Plus Israel doesn’t seem to understand they are in fact raising a new generation of terrorists that would afflict them, these Palestine children might not fully understand what is going on but they can see; when they grow up i can’t imagine what would be on their agenda for Israel. It is a lose-lose situation.
|
InfoGuru118:Na wa. If is man just minded his business and didn’t offer free ride, he would still be alive |
Orlandoo:The question is who exactly go pay lol |
. |
Orlandoo:Yes, defend yourself. Not massacre innocent people. |
Predictor3:I don’t even know how men marry women by promising them heaven and earth, like why? The thought of a woman being with me solely cuz of what i have no dey make my john-bosco energize i won’t even enjoy her company talk less of marry her. |
Chidimercy:You need to open Stockbroking account (take your pick from Stanbic Stockbrokers, MorganCapital etc). You would also need to broaden your knowledge on stocks, read easy books like “stock investing for dummies” etc. You are in for the long haul you don’t really need expert knowledge, you approach it as a regular market you go to buy chicken; your foremost concern is getting value for money. Meaning you want to buy the best quality chicken at the best possible price. “In my opinion” (it is my opinion o lol. Experts can chip in). I noticed that good NSE stock do atleast 400% at all at all in that 10 years time horizon. Some even do 1000% upwards. If you don’t believe run excel of all the stocks as at today and then compare with their price as at 10 years ago. Even N50,000 per month is sufficient for this endeavor, “once a month just walk into the market and pick the best brand of chicken at the best price” - no matter the company. no sentiment or no being stuck up on one company. Then never liquidate them, no matter what. |
yinkus6750:Of course it would be a black woman. We blacks are lacking so much value.. Thank God from basic training i got in my GT years. Same attitude to work in like to instill in my younglings at work by example. Once it’s 8am and I am not at the entrance of my place of work. I send a running late text. Once i am not in by 8am, they know already that it’s either i step in within 1 minute or they get a text. They see the way i conduct myself and they follow without me telling them. How can you be late, you still don’t have the common sense to communicate. I avoid people with low standards, i shows in the smallest of their dealings |
Chidimercy:How old are they now. Money market is not bad but If their 18 years of age is far away (10 years from now), I would advise you do 100% stocks on their behalf. Or you split between MM and Stocks based on your risk appetite. |
ezebunafo:This is rubbish. If i own a company, I believe staff have a right to unionize. If i have nothing to hide, what am i afraid of. In my opinion, Dangote is not a good company to work for. Yes my opinion. From what i have heard, Dangote’s pay is usually sub par compared to the industry’s pay. |
megawealth01:At the bolded, it is not “looks much more expensive”. it is for a fact much more expensive. Where what you are mentioning works effectively are 1st world countries where interest rates are so low (US - 4.25%, UK - 4%….). I would never advise anybody to take loan and buy stocks in “Nigeria”. For business where your RoI is more than 27%? Its between “Maybe” and “Yes” cuz you are slaving for your creditor. It is good to be vast in knowledge but sometimes we forget the purpose of this enlightenment, it is not just to follow blindly. I would advise, for the Nigerian environment ehn, be very knowledgeable then write your own playbook to fit the environment. Cuz if Adam Smith was born in Nigeria, half of what he wrote would have never seen light of the day. Nigeria’s economy would invalidate them ![]() Final bullet: don’t forget the “rule of 72” 72/27 = 2.67 years. Meaning what ever amount you take as loan at 27%, would double in 2.67 years (ie 50 million becomes 100 million in just 2.67 years). That is not a small burden if you ask me. |
LeoThaGreat:Treat investors well you say? Have you visited any of these communities, the level of poverty is visible to the blind. You can even stay there, cuz even from your moniker I don’t think you can sleep comfortably there. Omo i just tire. The rich shouldn’t expect to live comfortably when it is poverty all around them. God help us
|
owobokiri:This is serious and cause for major concern. If you are reading this and don’t understand the gravity, there are just two states seperating Kwara from the the center of excellence of Nigeria (Lagos state) ![]() Just two states away from Lagos, bandits are having a field day. There is a rule i always apply; if something is happening to others around you, never think it can’t happen to you. *********************************** The smart move for Governor SanwoOlu is to start lending neighboring states resources to fight insecurity. Read your bible, when a conqueror is coming: waging war against a country that is two/three borders away. Do you think Kings of old just fold their arms and say it doesn’t concern them? No! They lend resources. Cuz when countries are conquered, they are next!
|
Beerbeer:Grateful as how? Gratitude is in action, when it was time for action you showed your true colors. Oga continue to hustle for yourself, nobody owes you anything especially when no be them born you. |
Sonnobax15:If you no get body, no put body! ![]() |
armadeo:Poverty is not an excuse, people were even poor in the 70s 80s, talk-less of now the quality of life has improved. I watch a clip of an interview with Warren Buffet, I can’t reallyy remember the context but he was talking about something that bothered him; he said something about how greed was increasing. He made mention of the Great Depression; people were poor but contented, that he beats him that now quality of life has greatly improved, people are so dissatisfied. T-shirt ke? You are going too far. Extra “Pencil” that is not yours? You go explain tire. At the bolded, I don’t understand some parents of nowadays. These failures we see in morality and craze for money are from the home. Recently, I told my mum. Landlord wahala is too much for me, that i would buy a house soon (me prophesying to myself). You need to see how this woman start grilling; with which money? Apart from your regular job are you doing something I don’t know about? “Please don’t run faster than your legs, don’t get into something illegal”. This is me with a full time job, talkless of a man his 22 year old daughter in University sending him money and he is happy about it. Tufiakwa! |
brain54:Most people see these red flags at relationship stage and ignore it to the extent that you even marry her. Babe wey small argument, she go comot. Hang out with friends all day, no return your text/call. Na hin you go wife lol. OYO |
Who are the people renting it to them?! Ironically the caretaker of my apartment building is an elderly man. If it was in the 80’s such an elderly man seeing a young boy with no point-able source of income would refuse to rent to him. Fast forward to 2025, I can categorically tell you this elderly man is among the greediest and untrustable person I have ever met ![]() The older generation of nowadays are nothing to write home about. I know families, that their young daughters are the breadwinners. Like what tha heck! As a father your daughter in 200L Unilag sends 50k and you don’t question how she got the money?! Who does that?! This would never happen in the 70’s or 80’s no matter how poor the parents are.

Is armed robbery not death by firing squad? Has the law been changed ![]() Let’s do the need abeg |
Ibtxxo:Oga take responsibility. All these are yours to change. Leave your old man out of it. |
Shawarmagirl:It is just irresponsibility. When i become governor, there would be a special task force to protect children. If an under 18 is seen hawking, the child would be taken and their parents called to pick them up at the nearest station. Once parents arrive, they will be locked for atleast 3 days and the children would be sent to orphanage till the parents can proved that they are now responsible and financially able to carter for children. In short it would be a crime for parents that have “offended” in this regard to have more children ![]() |
Omayie:As you posted it here. It is either you read the trend name or you don’t know how to read Anyways you go gree collect N1.2 million? |
Babe wey you met at night club at 2am na hin e reach your turn, you can turn am to wife lol. Who has that picture of a man rolling eba/fufu |
