I still think you are talking about anormalies and not the general average, someone making 3000 pounds a month in the UK can live like someone in Ikoyi or Lekki and not have to pay for their own security. Even at 3000 pounds when converted to Naira equals over 1.2 million Naira per month, I've yet to see majority of middle class Nigerians making that much in a month, even the ones that manage to come close to it are still lamenting the lack of adequate ammenities, I don't know what you mean by middle class but middle class in Nigeria usually make less than 2000 pounds per month, you can ask your around....lol. You said where on earth are there no good roads or hospital? One question, have you been to 9ja lately? Try traveling from island to Badagry and see if you won't spend 4 to 6 hours on the road. God forbid you or your family ever encounter a medical emergency, that's when you'll know the difference between 9ja and abroad.

What they don't just understand is the UK seeks to have and has a large Middle Class, Nigeria on the other hand doesn't have one-- you are either rich or poor!

And may I say that 60k pounds is not a bad salary-- most people in the UK don't earn that much, and their quality of life is waaaaaaaay better than the average Nigerian's

That's why I said most EU countries. I live in the UK and have a lot of social worker friends (adult social care) a lot of the elderly folks here are in care homes depending on their financial threshold. If they cannot afford care, the government steps in and covers their costs. Those who opt to live in their own homes have carers come tend to their needs at home.

Asa's recent albums have been very flat, I watched her perfomance in Kenya she had to be singing songs from her very first album which we all agree was a huge success but after that all her subsequent albums have not lived up to the standard.

Asia's first album has been the best so far-- rich, original and very cultural.

Your video says nothing... There are areas like this everywhere in the World. The guy even has other videos of the same Ukraine on YouTube.

Eastern Europe is generally poorer than Western Europe and most of those countries were labelled 2nd World Countries as against the 3rd World you are so keen on using-- they are not as rich as the 1st World but not as poor as the 3rd World.

Asides that, Ukraine's HDI is not the same as that of the '3rd World' Countries. It is higher and I think that is a more reasonable index for measurement.

what has this gotten to do with the fact that even in UK and indeed all over the world, some circumstances warrant physical restraint either in emergency or psychiatry. However, the restraint must not be punitive, must be proportional to the degree of damage or danger the patient will pose to self or others.....and even if you don't believe in such practice, since it is not illegal in ukraine, you can't call it abuse simply because it is against your own practice. Moreso, it is not every facility that have enough manpower to assign two nurses to be monitoring a patient in a busy ward. Reality in practice in understaffed setting means something like this is inevitable. By the way, it is not illegal in ukraine so
